Full description
Background of the invention
The present invention relates to attaching materials, for example drinking straws, which are packed in pocket tape bags onto containers, for example film pocket drinking bags.
Among modern technologies, there is a well-known method for placing drinking straws in thin-cover bags, as shown in the following figure 10. The drinking straws 1 1 are packed in thin-wrapped bags 2, originally attached to form the protective bag tape 1. On the tape of the preservative bag there is a layer of adhesive tape that is covered by the carrier tape 4 (also called cover tape or protective cover). The carrier tape 4 is removed from the transfer roll 0 1 and the location of the adhesive is revealed. The straw bags 2 are cut individually from the next strip of straw bags 1 during the cutting stage using the cutting knife 5. The cutting knife at this stage can move forward, backward and/or rotate, using suitable devices such as the discharge hole in the transfer roller 9, where the preservative bags 2 are carried on the transfer roller 9. The pressure device 7 shown in Figure 0 1 is equipped to be used as a lever to press the storage bags 2 with the drinking straws 1 1 onto the drink filling bags 3, which are passed beyond the device to attach the drinking straws. In this way, the drink containers 3 are supplied with drinking straws 1 1 which are placed in storage bags by attaching them to the drink containers 2.
General description of the invention
The object of the invention is to provide further improvements with the aim of creating rapid and flawless gluing, and specifically to provide methods, devices and tools that aid in improving this method, improving this method and improving products manufactured by this method.
The desired objective is achieved by the method and safeguards 1 and 17, the device and safeguards 19, the package and safeguards 21, the bag tape and safeguards 2 2, the method and safeguards 33 and 34, and the device. The protective element 39, the method that aligns with the protective element 40, the adhesive tape that aligns with the protective element 42, and the device that aligns with the protective element 43.
Wherein useful embodiments of methods, devices and materials are disclosed in subsequent safeguards.
With the help of adhesive tape according to the present invention, which has adhesive areas separated from each other by non-adhesive areas extending along the length of the adhesive tape. According to the invention, a tape for preservation bags can be produced such that non-adhesive areas are formed in parts located between the centers of two adjacent preservation bags. Using the tape of the preservative bags according to this invention, it is possible to implement the method, such that the preservative bags stick to the drink containers, while the knife that separates the preservative bags from their tape is far from friction with the adhesive habit and thus the accumulation of the adhesive material on the knife is avoided, which reduces its life. Knife blade service.
It is advantageous for the present invention to use an adhesive with a high initial adhesion strength. According to the invention, the adhesive tape, the tape of the storage bags, and the drink container provide us with the possibility of performing the process using a light adhesive that has a high initial adhesion strength. Based on the fact that the adhesive backing (such as a storage bag or carrier tape) with the drink package and the contents of the bag strip and adhesive tape will protrude over the original adhesive area, some adhesive flow but not leakage is acceptable.
According to the invention, using adhesive tape, individual adhesive sites can be placed on any objects. This occurs due to the fact that a single adhesive is used on objects in addition to the carrier tape. The holder bar can be pressed
Covered and then the carrier tape can be easily removed. This happens due to the fact that the carrier tape that applied the adhesive to the object can be peeled off, freeing the carrier tape from the last adhesive part. It is easy to grab the carrier tape and then remove it after it is separated because there are parts where the carrier tape does not stick to that object. An exhausting search for an angle from which to hold the carrier tape and then remove it is unnecessary, as is common with commercially available double adhesive tapes. After removing the carrier tape, the adhesive remains on the item. Therefore, according to the invention, the carrier tape can be presented as a double adhesive tape or as an adhesive carrier tape.

Detailed description
The strip of storage bags 1 is shown in Figure 1. This strip consists of a thin material that shows the storage bags 2 arranged parallel to each other. The storage bags 2 that make up the storage bag strip 1 can also be arranged longitudinally, one after the other.
Each of the storage bags 2 contains one drinking straw 1 1 or more 0 In addition, these bags, instead of drinking straws 1 1, may contain tools for cutting food made of plastic, for example, or tools for stirring food, additional tools or small gifts. One or more of these items can also be placed inside a storage bag. As for the field of foodstuffs, storage bags 2 have the advantage of a hygienically sterile cover for drinking straws 1 1 or other materials that can be placed in storage bags 2.
Storage bags 2 are produced according to Figure 1 from two thin strips in front and behind the drawing surface, between which we place drinking straws 1 1. Thin strips are placed in front of and behind the drinking straws 1 1 in sections 3 1 to separate the drinking straws 1 1 from each other. Moreover, when the protective bag 2 is cut from the protective bag tape 1 in sections 13, the sections 13 work to isolate the outside air and prevent it from entering the straws. Drinking 1 1 and it remained clean even after the storage bag 2.
The adhesive zones 2 1 extend along the pouch strip 1 and in a longitudinal direction along the pouch strip 1, mainly at the center of each pouch 2. As shown in Figure 1, however slight deviations from the exact location of the adhesive areas 2 1 of the storage bags 2 can occur.
It is also possible according to the invention, as shown in the middle of Figure 1, for the adhesive area 2 1 to extend upwards to reach the sections 3 1 to the left of the middle of the retainer bag 2. As shown in Figure 1, each preservative bag 2 is provided with an adhesive area 2 1 . However, it is also possible to provide each storage bag 2 with a number of adhesive areas 12, where it is also possible to add a number of carrier tapes 4.
We place the adhesive areas 2 1 periodically along the strip of the protective bag 1. Also, the formation of pouches 3 and sections 31 on the pouch tape 1 is repeated periodically. Typically, the periodicity of adhesion zones 2 1 and the periodicity of capsular sacs 2 are the same.
The covering material for drinking straws 1 1 is made of any suitable material: plastic, paper, cloth, film material, or any fine material. The adhesive in the adhesion areas 2 1 consists of any suitable adhesive, preferably one that has a high initial adhesion ability. It is also possible to use adhesives with certain flow properties. Accordingly, a strong adhesive ability is produced, as such adhesives are also called soft labels. An example of this type of adhesive used is “hot melting”.
The sections 13 shown in Figure 1 of the invention may extend up to the upper right portion of a drinking straw 11, so that the main portion of the pouch band 1 consists of sections 3 1 . It is also possible for the adhesive area 2 1 to extend from section 3 1 above the straw to the adjacent section 13.
It is useful to cut the strip of storage bags 1 into separate storage bags 2, if the sections 3 1 are wide, then there will be a large area within which the process of separating the storage bag 2 from the strip of storage bags 1 takes place.
Figure 2 according to the invention shows the contents of the adhesive area 12. The possible shapes of the sticky area 21 are square, rectangle, circle, triangle, or any regular or irregular shape. The adhesive area 2 1 can also be divided into several separate adhesive areas, each of which comes in the aforementioned shapes. The adhesive area 2 1 is then re-divided into two, three or four areas
Or more.
Figure 3 according to the invention shows the contents of the adhesive tape 4 1. This type of adhesive tape 4 1 can be advantageously combined with carrier tape 1 as shown in Figure 1. The adhesive areas 2 1 are located on the carrier tape 4. The separate adhesive areas 2 1 are separated from each other by non-adhesive areas. In the modification shown, the side non-adhesive areas extend from the upper edge to the lower edge of the carrier strip 4. The adhesive areas 2 1 extending along the carrier strip 4 are separated from each other by non-adhesive areas 15, which are formed by
Removing the adhesive 0 2. According to the invention, it is possible to form non-adhesive areas 15, by rendering the adhesive material ineffective, that is, for example, by exposing the adhesive material to radiation, or certain chemicals, fumes, gases or dust. It is also possible to cover the adhesive material 20 with an insulating layer to become non-adhesive areas 5 1.
On the upper and lower edges of the carrier strip 4 there are non-adhesive areas 6 1 extending along the length of the carrier strip 4. The carrier tape thus protrudes in all directions onto the adhesive areas 2 1, where the adhesive flows slightly without leaking out.
As shown in Figure 3, the sizes of the sticky areas 2 1 should not always match the sizes of the non-sticky areas 15, but they should be very similar. Based on Figures 4 and 10, according to the invention, a method for attaching the preservative bag 2 to the drink package is shown in the invention. According to the invention, the strip of storage bags 1 shown in Figure 1 is passed, as shown in Figure 10, through a device for affixing storage bags to beverage containers. The carrier tape 4 is removed using the removal rotor 10, removed and transported away. The stripping rotor 9, shown in Figure 10, is shown schematically with a general view in Figures 4a and 4b. In Figures 4a and 4b, the bag strip 1 is fed from the right and appears in each case near the removal vane 9. The storage bag strip 1 consists of storage bags 2 arranged in a row, each containing a drinking straw 1 1 . The adhesive areas 2 1 appear on the outside of the pouch tape 1, such that the adhesive 20 2 appears on the pouch tape 1. At a certain point in time, as shown in Figure 4a, the cutting process does not occur even though the adhesive area 21 and its adhesive are at the front of the knife 5. As for the case in Fig. 4b, where the knife 5 does not have an adhesive area 2 1 in front of it, the knife will move toward the stripping rotor 9, so that the pouches 2 are cut off from the pouch tape 1 with the sharp front edge of the blade. The movement of the cutting knife is controlled by a suitable control device, so cutting occurs between the centers of the storage bags. Cutting is done in sections 3 1 of the bag strip 1. The cutting process is carried out depending on the location of the storage bags 2 and/or the adhesive areas 2 1, where the control device receives this information automatically, electrically or
Visually or otherwise. The stripping roller 9 shown in Figure 4 can be considered a stripping roller as shown schematically in Figure 10. The storage bags are then placed in the gaps of the removal roller 9. The cutting process can be operated or adjusted by the rotary position of the stripping roller or stripping rotor 9.
The holding bags 2 are located to the left of the knife 5, then separate and can be placed on the stripping rotary 9 using suitable devices, for example, vacuum slots or gripping devices
The other.
According to the fact that the knife 5 separates the storage bag 2 from the storage bag tape 1 in the non-adhesive part of the adhesive tape 2 1, where the knife 5 does not meet the adhesive from the adhesive areas 2 1. Thus, the accumulation of adhesive on the knife can be avoided, as this type of accumulation can harmfully shorten the service life of the knife5 or lead to operational errors. According to the invention, by using the bag tape 1 with the adhesive tape 4 1 it is possible to significantly extend the service life of the knife, i.e. the time during which the knife cuts without problems.
As shown in Figure 10, once the storage bags 2 are separated, the drinking containers 3 are compressed with a pressure device 7.
According to the invention, a further embodiment of the invention's method of affixing the preservative bag 2 to the package 3 consists of placing an adhesive 20 with a tip, as shown in example of Figure 6, on the tape of the preservative bag 1 and then cutting the preservative bag 2 from the tape of the preservative bag 1, as shown above. And attaching the preservation bags 2. The holder tape can then be removed 4. The rotor 31 can be used so that the adhesive 20 can be applied to it, and then we in turn apply the adhesive to the strip of the bag 2, for example by pressing. The rotor surface is at least partially adhesive. For this reason, the rotor surface can be coated, for example, with silicone, Teflon, rubber, or an anti-adhesive layer such as anti-adhesive paint. The rotor then acts as a transport pulley.
The adhesive is immediately applied to the rotor 31 in the adhesive areas 2 1 separated from each other by non-adhesive areas 5 1 and transferred to the bag strip 2. Here the adhesive areas 2 1 are placed on 2 on the pouch strip 1, such that the pouch 2 can be cut off from the pouch tape 1 in sections 3 1 in the section where the non-adhesive areas 5 1 are located. In this way, the rotating carrier bar 4 can be replaced with the rotary one, through which it is possible to improve performance. Wherein the embeddings of the previously described method, or the embeddings set forth in claims 2, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 14, and 61, are useful according to the method described herein.
The device for applying this method is shown in Figure 9. The head 7 1 is positioned aligned with the rotor 31 and can apply adhesive 20 intermittently to the rotor 31 . The pouch tape 1 can be fed through the rotor 31 and the adhesive material 0 2 is transferred from the rotor 31 to the pouch tape 1. In addition, below the rotor 31 there is a cutting device 5 to separate the preservative bags 2 which are attached to the packages 3 by a pressing device 7. The head 7 1 can be adjusted so that the adhesive material 0 2 is on the strip of the pouch 1 so that the adhesive areas 2 1 are formed and placed approximately in the middle of the pouch 2. Thus, the pouch 2 can be cut from the non-adhesive areas 15 on the pouch tape 1 in sections 3 1. The adhesion areas 12 are separated by the presence of non-adhesive areas 15. To control the head 7 1 as shown in Figures 7 and 8 and as shown below, there are control devices 21 and signal and oscillator converters 23, 24 and 25. There is also an inspection camera as shown in Figure 8 that can be used advantageously.
According to the invention, the syrup container is shown enlarged in Figure 5. Here to drink containers as an example of drinking utensils, liquid containers or other packaging. On the drink package there are 3 preservation bags 2 containing a drinking straw 1 1. It also shows the adhesive areas 12 that extend centrally in a lateral direction to the storage bag, i.e. in the direction of the double arrow 22. For the vertical orientation of the storage bag 2, the adhesive areas 12 can be placed anywhere. The preferred location of the syrup container depends on the container to which the storage bag will be attached. in case
Use thin storage bags filled with liquids, the preferred location can be the bottom.
To the right and left of the drinking straws 22, Parts 13' and 13& of Sections 3 1 can be seen on the strap of the preservative bags 1. Sections 13' and 13& are created by cutting holster 2 from holster strip 1.
Due to the fact that the non-adhesive sections 15, shown as in Figure 3, are used with the adhesive tape 14 of the clipboard tape 1, the adhesion area 12 does not extend in the direction of the double arrow 22 to the edge of the clipboard 2. As a result, in fact, the bag 2 is longer in its longitudinal direction than the width of the carrier strip 4, so the bag 2 extends beyond the adhesive areas 2 1 in both directions 22 and 23. Without the non-sticking zone 15 the sticking zone 2 1 extends to the edges of the preservative bags 2 in the direction of the double arrow 22, as in the modern technique.
Due to the fact that the bag 2 extends beyond the gluing area 2 1 in both directions 2 2 and 23, a soft adhesive can be used that flows slightly without the adhesive leaking between the bag 2 and the thin package, thus using an adhesive with high adhesion ability, i.e. achieving High initial paste.
According to the invention, an apparatus for producing adhesive tape 4 1 is shown in Figure 6. Provide the head 7 1 to transfer the adhesive 0 2 into sections of the carrying tape 4. The device is also installed in accordance with the invention to produce adhesive tape 14, with a device that feeds the carrier tape 4. This may be a decoiler. According to the invention, the device can include carrier tape transfer tools 4 under the head 7 1 which are not shown in Figure 6.
With rotors or other stripping devices it is possible to make use of having the carrier strip 4 in contact with the head 17, as this connection may be slight. According to the invention, it is possible to separate the bearing tape 4 from the head 7 1 and apply an adhesive, i.e. by spraying from certain distances.
The invention describes a method for producing adhesive tape 4 1 as shown in Figure 6. The device not shown for feeding the carrier tape 4 supplies the carrier tape 4 coming from the left in Figure 6, where the carrier tape 4 can pass through the head 7 1 so that the adhesive 20 is spaced across the head 7 1 and placed on the adhesive tape 4. This results in adhesive areas 2 1 and non-adhesive areas 5 1 .
After placing the adhesive 0 2 in the adhesive areas 2 1 on the carrier tape 4, the resulting adhesive tape 4 1 emerges from the starboard side of the figure 6, and can then be used directly in the production of the carrier bag tape 1, for example according to the invention, i.e. its rotation. If the adhesive tape 4 1 is curled according to the invention, it is advantageous to use carrier tape 4 with poor adhesion on both sides. It is also useful if one side has worse adhesion properties than the other so that when the reel stops rotating the adhesive tape 4 1 in the invention, the adhesive 0 2 remains in the adhesion areas 2 1 on the side of the carrier tape 4.
When using the adhesive tape 4 1 produced according to the invention immediately, it is useful if the carrier tape 4 has poor adhesion properties on one side only. The weak adhesion required, for example, may be the result of the carrier tape material covered. It is very useful for the carrier tape 4 to be made of silicone. Teflon or any anti-adhesive coating such as anti-adhesive paints is also used. A carrier tape consisting entirely of a material with weak adhesion is also used.
According to the invention, it is possible during the production of the adhesive tape 4 1 to apply the adhesive to the adhesive places 2 1 with a number of heads or a number of adhesive application elements parallel to each other on the main coil to pass the carrier tape material. Thus, the carrier strip material is cut into separate carrier strips 4. In the invention it is also possible to make separate carrier strips 4 from the primary reel and provide them with adhesive 0 2 in areas 2 1.
Shown in Figure 7 according to the invention is an apparatus for producing a strip of preservative bags 1. There are reels 18 and 19 of the same or different sizes to supply the bag tape 1 and the tape
Holder 4 to run between them and press together. In addition, the device 7 1 provides the analogous function shown in Figure 6 for applying the adhesive 0 2 to the carrier tape 4 in the adhesion areas 2 1 . According to the invention, the device is equipped to cause the adhesive areas 2 1 to essentially meet on the retainer bag 2 midway along the strip of the retainer bag 1. In particular, it is useful for the non-adhesive areas 15 to meet the adhesive areas 2 1 on those parts of the storage bag 2 that refer to the sections 13 (see Figure 1), so that it is later possible for the storage bags 2 to be cut from the storage bag tape 1.
Referring to the device shown in the schematic diagram in Fig. 7, this is achieved by introducing the control device 21 connected to the signal converter 4 2 and the header 7 1 . It is possible for the signal transducer 4 2 to obtain a specific location from the storage bag 2 . The signal converter 4 2 may be configured mechanically, electronically, optically or in other ways. The hollow cupboard, inside which the drinking straws are located, may be useful for shaping and also organizing the signal transformer. Signal transducer signals 24 control the device 21, for example at the beginning, middle, and end of the holding bag 2 or at the drinking straws 1 1 in the holding bag 2. The control device 21 may later send a signal to the head 7 1 to apply the adhesive 0 2 . It is therefore possible to exactly match the adhesive areas 2 1 and the non-adhesive areas 5 1 on the appropriate storage bag 2 to the storage bag tape 1.
According to the invention it is possible to synchronize the application of the adhesive material 0 2 by the head 7 1 according to a temporary cycle, where this cycle may depend on the speed of the carrier tape 4 or on the carrier tape 1 where the amount of adhesive material 0 2 placed in the adhesive area 12 is prepared in a way. Useful Instead of using the stripping rollers 18 and 19 to combine the carrier tape 4 and the carrier tape 1, it is also possible to use only one roller to remove the carrier tape 4 or the carrier tape 1 or even not use rollers at all and feed the carrier tape 4 and the bag tape. Hold 1 together, so that when presenting a narrow point, a narrow point is reached by pulling bars 1 and 4.
According to the invention further modifications of the apparatus for the purpose of producing the pouch tape 1 are in accordance with the fact that the head 17 does not apply the adhesive to the carrying tape 4, but is instead regulated so that the adhesive 0 2 is applied to the pouch tape 1. The adhesive area covers 2 1 and the carrier tape 4 are placed in a manner similar to the device described above. Here also it is possible to apply the adhesive material using the head 7 1 through the channel of the separate storage bags or the contents of the storage bags, or it is possible to synchronize it according to a temporary cycle, as this cycle depends on the speed of the carrier tape or the storage bag tape 1.
According to the invention, Figure 8 shows an apparatus for producing a strip of preservative bags 1. The head 7 1 is used to transfer the adhesive material 0 2 to the carrier tape 4. The carrier tape 4 is directed or transported through the removal rollers 28. Devices may also be used to hold the carrier tape 4, and devices may include one or more removal rollers 27 to guide the carrier tape 1. Rollers 18 and 19 are used to combine carrier tape 4 and bag tape 1 together and stick them together with adhesive. The two tapes are pressed together using rollers 18 and 19.
Furthermore, the wheel holder 25 is used so that the drinking straws 1 1 located in the pouch strap 1 are placed inside the teeth of the wheel. Thus, the straws can be fed such that the distance between adjacent straws and/or the rate or cycle of feeding the straws 11 or the storage bags 2 are adjustable, and the cog wheel 25 can alternately or additionally function as an oscillator so that the straws 1 1 can be passed freely. Oscillations. The inspection device 30 is used to inspect the carrier tape coming from the end of the head 7 1 0. For example, the inspection device 0 3 is used to inspect the presence and/or lateral position of the carrier tape 4 or the adhesive tape 14, and it can also examine the characteristics of the adhesive tape 4 1 in terms of size and /Or quality, for example, or the presence of sticking places 12 on the carrier tape 4. The inspection device 0 3 is also connected to a control device 1 2, and when defects are found, it begins certain measurements, such as shutting down the device, sounding an alarm, adjusting the pulleys on the holding device, adjusting the other pulleys or the head 7 1, or so on.
The control device 21 is also connected to one or more oscillator carriers and the head 7 1 . The controller 1 2 adjusts the head so that it places the adhesive 0 2 on the carrier tape 4 . Devices 9 2 are provided to direct the pouch tape 1 to appropriate positions.
The oscillator transmitter 24 is located on the pulley 8 1 and is configured to detect the passage of drinking straws. The oscillatory transmitter 24 can be equipped to detect drinking straws visually, mechanically, electrically, or otherwise. It connects to officer 21 and can pass through these control vibrations.
The inspection camera 26 communicates with the control device 21 to capture images of the bag strip 1. Several measurements are estimated from the images in the control device 21, by using appropriate software to process and evaluate the images. These images include the size of the non-sticky areas 2 1 , the correct position of the sticking area 2 1 in relation to the straw 1 1 , and the correct distance between the sticking areas 2 1 . The inspection camera 26 is used for monitoring and control purposes. For example, the inspection camera 26 is used to check the proper location of the adhesive areas 2 1 relative to the pouch 2 on the pouch tape 1 during operation and then readjust the position of the adhesive head 7 1 relative to the time, i.e. delaying or accelerating compared to the previous reading. According to the invention, using the device in Figure 8, the adhesive 20 can be applied to the head 17 to the adhesive locations 12 on the tape of the carrier bags 1.
In accordance with the invention, the following methods for producing pouch tape 1 are described. The carrier tape 4 and the storage bag tape 1 are fed in two ways. For example, the pouch tape 1 can be pulled from the storage package or pulled from the reel and the carrier tape 4 in the same way. In two ways, the carrier tape 4 and the carrier tape 1 are connected to each other to the appropriate devices 18 and 19. The signal transducers 23, 24 and 25 transmit traffic signals of a certain portion of the carrier tape 1 to the control device 21. Then the control device 21 adjusts the head 17 that transports the adhesive 0 2 to the places of adhesion 2 1. According to the invention, the adhesive is placed on the carrier tape 4. In another way, according to the invention, the adhesive is placed on the carrier tape 1. If the adhesive is placed on the carrier tape 1, then it will be placed through the control device 21 in the longitudinal direction of the carrier tape 1.
1 Mainly in the center of each storage bag 2. The adhesive-free places 15 are mainly located in sections 3 1 according to Fig. 1, i.e. in the part where the preservative bag 2 is cut from the preservative bag tape 1.
If the adhesive head 7 1 is applied to the carrier strip 4, the adhesive is placed at the attachment sites 12, and so when the carrier tape 4 and the adhesive tape 1 are bonded together, the attachment sites 12 are located primarily in the longitudinal direction of the carrier tape 1 and centrally with respect to the carrier tape 2. The non-adhesive areas 15 are mainly located in the 13 sections of the pouch tape 1. The head 7 1 is adjusted to place the adhesive 0 2 in the sticking areas by setting a time cycle that depends on the speed of the carrier tape 4 or the storage bag tape 1. The strip of preservative bags 1 produced according to the invention is then examined with the inspection camera 6 1 as described above.
The resulting pouch strip 1 is then rotated in accordance with the invention or placed smoothly in the package, or used immediately with a device as shown in Figure 4 and Figure 10. In this case, the carrier tape 4 shown in Figure 10 can be fed, removed, i.e. removed via the removal roller 10 of the device located to the left as shown in Figure 7, and then complete a closed cycle for the carrier tape 4. The removed carrier tape 4 can also be recycled and reused to produce adhesive tape 4 1 or bag tape 1 according to the invention.
