The invention relates to a stretcher for lifting wounds from the ground without altering the position of the injured person's body to be transported to the hospital.
Widely known for lifting the wounds from the ground to be transported to the hospital, this transport poses problems for lifting the wounds, which;so far they have been solved in a satisfactory node.
It is known that an injured person must stand as far as possible in the state and position in which he was found, until a qualified person is to carry out this transport. Lifting and modifying the position of the injured wounds · causes a series of additional serious injuries such as spinal fractures, fractures of the limbs, and injuries can become complicated. To pick up a properly injured person requires at least three, but preferably four qualified helpers. Even then, the injured person cannot be prevented from lying on a stroller in a different position from the one immediately after the accident and it is certainly a risk that the displacement and transport of the injured person will often cause additional and serious injuries.
There are known land that allow the lifting of a wounded person from the ground and tr.atis61922 '' -2 · 'taking to the table where he will be' taken care of without changing this position. For this, ό flexible material tape is used which is wrapped with two tightening straps so as to form a cylinder and which can be placed under the person. injured by placing the roll under the head or legs and then this band unfolding under the injured person. In this way, there is no movement of change between the band and the injured person, the band being placed under the injured person without needing to change the person's position. 'However, this well-known device has the disadvantage that due to the movement of the pretty thick roll beneath the body of the injured person, a further movement-up and down of the injured person will occur, and subsequently the injured person must be lifted by firing and lifting the support band. Inevitably, the backing band will slightly bend what constitutes a big one. disadvantage and finally, in order to use this tar, the injured person must be able to be lifted on both sides.
The present invention relates to a large one by which an injured person can be lifted, ... so that any change of position can be avoided with certainty · body '; to the injured person. THIS PRICE LEI 2.90.
the tar is characterized by that banr yes it is itself closed and guided by at least two parallel guides placed at a distance from each other in the same frame, while the fixed support face is provided between guides and frame, this frame being provided with a displacement mechanism that can be coupled to a drive mechanism to drive the support band in the peripheral sense so that when the frame is moved in the longitudinal direction of the support band against the base, a corresponding displacement is executed. the support band, but in the opposite direction.
During use the tar is brought globally under the body of the injured person by means of the displacement mechanism whereby due to the displacement of the support band towards the frame, the rigid support face is brought under the body without any movement of the body to the base (soil). Thus, for example, a mouth-to-mouth breathing already started does not need to be interrupted when the injured person is sitting on the stretcher. As a result, the body is brought to the support face of the tape exactly in the same position as the one in which it was found, Any pillow resting, clothing and the like are also placed on the plate exactly under the same conditions. The stretcher can then be reached in the room in which the treatment will take place, reversing the displacement described above the injured person can be placed on the examination table, exactly in the same position Ga that was found,
The die displacement mechanism consists of an endless band, provided under the support band and guided by a series of parallel supporting rollers that sit on the ground. Due to this feature a uniform movement of the stroke can be ensured especially on a soil with asperities.
At the end of the frame can be provided two parallel drive rollers, between the canes are guided the support band and the drive band, these rollers being driven in such a way that the respective peripheral speeds are equal, On each wheel axis can be adapted a wheel the chain is also guided by a drive chain, guided on a gear wheel.
The drive strip can be composed of two narrow, side-by-side strips, each suspended on a separate drive roll and which can be driven one to the other either synchronously or independently. Due to this feature it is possible that, when the driving mechanism consists, for example, of a remote controlled electric motor system, the trolley can be moved and the trolley operated like a crawler vehicle.; using a wide, according to the invention, provided with a remote control and electrically driven, the wound can be removed from a field of. mine, the weight of the bore being distributed over a large surface, and the reduced pressure on the surface unit, this will not influence mine detonators.
According to the invention, the frame frame comprises a frame, having on its side a small diameter guide roll for the support band is coupled with the support plate, and which is slightly inclined upwards towards the back end of the frame, a series of supporting rollers being provided under the support plate and supported on the sides of the frame, said supporting rollers being closed by the drive strip.
In the following, an example of the invention is given with reference to Figures 1 ... 8, which represents:
- Figures 1 ... 3, diagram of the principle of operation of the fair;
- Figure 4, kinematic diagram of the stroke:
- figure 5, represents on a larger scale a detail of the gap, according to figure 4;
- figure 6, represents on a larger scale a detail of the gap, according to figure 4;
- figure 7, perspective view of the gaps, according to figure 4;
- figure 8, perspective view of the mechanism for driving the bargain, according to figure 4.
Figures 1 ... 3 show schematically the simple embodiment of the invention, as well as the idea that underlies it.
The board, according to the invention, is composed of a frame 1 represented schematically, a support plate 2 fixedly connected thereto. At the front end of the frame 7 is provided a guide roll 3 for the tape, and a guide roll 4 for the tape and a displacement roll 5 are provided at the back end of the frame. The drive roller is driven by means of a pinion 6 and a crank 7. The frame rests on the base (the ground) β by means of the displacement roller 5 and a slide 9, so that the front end of the roller 3 is barely displaced from the ground. An endless tape 10 is provided around the rollers 4 and 3.
The scroll roller 5 is driven in the direction of the arrow (clockwise), according to figure 1, then the roller 4 and consequently the band 10 will be moved in the opposite direction to the clockwise. When the roller 4 and 5 have the same diameter, then the respective peripheral speeds of roller 5 and roller 4, as well as of tape 10 are equal. When training the roller 5 the frame will move towards. right in the direction of the arrow, and the band 10 moves to the left towards the frame, in the direction of the arrow and above the support plate 2. This means that when the front roller 3 reaches below an object 11 which must be raised from the ground 8, this object it will be transferred to the support plate 2 without changing its position with respect to the ground 8. There is no change of the strip 10 with respect to the underside of the object, the tape being as it would be said "unfolded under object 11. Obiscus 11 is transferred to the support plate 2. tape 10 serving as an intermediate sheet, exactly in the same position as that in which the object 11 and parts of it were facing the ground. This means that when "object 11 is a human being, it can be transferred to a tar without changing the position of the body.
Figure 2 shows the situation where the object 11 is located halfway on the support plate 2. Figure 3 shows the situation where the object is entirely on the support plate 2. When the displacement roller 5 is removed from the roller drive 4 the whole frame can with be moved to the ground without changing the position of the object 11 (on the support plate 2, show that the frame can also be raised and moved.
To lift the object 11 from the support plate 2 the aforementioned movements are reversed.
In another example (Figure 4), a cross-section is shown schematically! a, an embodiment of the invention, using an endless tape to train the frame.
The support band 10 is guided to the front by a guide roller 12, at the other end of the fair is located a guide roller 13 and a drive roller 14. Another travel belt 15 is guided by a guide roller 16 having the most forward position and a drive roller 17. Below the support strip 10 is a support plate 18. On the axles of the rollers 14 and 17 are provided with gear wheels 19 and 20 respectively, these gears being driven by a chain 21 which is guided by a tensioning roller 22 and driven by means of a gear wheel 23 by means of a crank 24,
The rollers 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, as well as the gear wheels 22 and 23 are mounted in an appropriate frame (not shown in this figure), which also bears the support plate 18. On this frame are mounted horizontal rollers 25 with the help of which the entire tar stands on the ground.
According to the invention (FIG. 7), the frame is made up of struts 26, 27, on which the rollers 25 are mounted. These struts are provided between the struts 28, 20 longitudinally, which at their end face the arrangement of the guide roll 12. The guide is actually a combination of a series of individually supported short rollers. to ensure the necessary rigidity.
Longitudinal lengths. 28 and 29 each carry a reinforcing plate 30 on which the rollers 17 are mounted, and 14. On these plates is also mounted a frame 31, on which is mounted the cogwheel 23 of the drive and the crank 24. The roller 13 is fixed on two sliding parts 32 and 33, with which the support band can be extended.
Their mode of operation of the gauge is illustrated by figures 4, 5 and 6.
Acting on the crank 24 clockwise (figure 4), the gear 23 acting on a chain 21 having a movement according to the arrow shown in the figure is moved.
This chain acts on the cogwheel 20, which imprints a movement of the roller 17, in the clockwise rotation direction (figure 5), the roller which moves the strip 15, which at the other end passes over a roller 16, a tape having the meaning of movement according to the indicated arrows (Figures 5, 6). The chain, 21 may also act on the gear 19, which is fixed to the roller 14, which prints a counterclockwise movement to the needles, a roll which in turn acts on the belt 10, by means of the friction force «it is born between banide and reel. At the right end of the band 10 passes over a roll 12. The upper face of the band 10 has an upward movement, and the one below it has a downward movement, as illustrated in Figures 5, 6.
The principle of displacement of the stretcher to lift the patient off the ground has been shown and represented schematically with the help of figures 1, 2, 3.
Due to the fact that the diameters of the rollers 14, 17 and the gears 19, 20 are equal, the band 10 has an upward movement with an equal speed with respect to the frame advancing under the patient through the belt 15 and the gear 20, the rollers 16 and 17 .
