stretcher
The invention relates to a stretcher with a support band made of flexible material which can be inserted between the load and the lower surface on which the load rests with respect to the load without displacement of the support band.
Picking up injured people lying on the ground for hospitalization and this themselves has always been a problem, for which no satisfactory solution has yet been found. Doctors agree that one

If possible, the injured person should remain in the position and posture in which he was found until an expert permits the transportation. The lifting and changing of the posture of injured people can cause serious additional injuries (vertebral fractures, fractured limbs, with the risk of a complicated fracture). At least three, but preferably four, trained assistants are required to responsibly pick up an injured person. It cannot be avoided that the injured person is placed on the stretcher in a position deviating from the position immediately after the accident and that the transportation causes additional, often serious injuries.

A stretcher is known, in which the aim is to lift an injured person from the floor and bring them to the treatment table without the injured person changing their position significantly. In this stretcher, a band made of flexible material is used, which has two pull straps to form a cylinder is curled up. It can be placed under the injured person by placing the roller under the head or feet and then rolling it under the injured person. There is no shift between the ligament and the injured person and the ligament 50 is brought to the injured person. However, this known device nevertheless causes a certain up and down movement of the injured person as a result of the initially relatively thick roller moving under the body of the injured person. In addition, the injured must be taken up by tightening and lifting the irage. It is inevitable that the strap sags, which for to.
<img file="LU59740A1_D0002.tif" />
the transport of the injured person is a considerable piece of the game.
Finally, the injured person must be accessible on both sides to use this stretcher.
The invention has for its object to provide a stretcher with which an injury gate can be lifted and transported in such a way that a change in the position of the injured body is avoided.
To achieve this object, the invention provides a stretcher, in which the carrying strap is endless and arranged on a frame at least two parallel, spaced from each other. *
Guides is guided, between which a fixed support plate is provided, the frame being provided with a movement mechanism which can be coupled to a drive mechanism for driving the support band in the circumferential direction, in such a way that.
that when the frame is penultimate in the longitudinal direction of the supporting band relative to the ground, an equally large, but opposite.
set directional movement of the carrying hand relative to the frame is effected,

In operation, the stretcher as a whole is brought under the body of the injured person by the locomotion mechanism, whereby the rigid support straps'; 3:
plate is brought under the body without movement of the body with respect to the surface. Accordingly, mouth-to-mouth ventilation that has already started does not need to be interrupted during the transfer to the stretcher.
The body is in exactly the same state in which it is

found was placed on the support plate. Any support pillows, clothing and the like are brought to the stretcher in the same position. The stretcher can then be brought as a whole into the treatment room. By performing the above movement in the opposite direction, the injured person can then be placed on the treatment table if necessary, still in the same position as that found. Even laypersons are able to pick up and injure an injured person with the stretcher according to the invention without there being any risk of harming the injured person, while the stretcher can be operated by one person. It is clear that this is a great advantage, since now in traffic accidents the injured person can be transferred from a vulnerable to a safe place and there is no need to wait until an expert has assessed the fitness for transport, In addition, this action can be performed by a layperson.
If a disconnectable coupling is arranged between the drive of the frame and that of the belt, there is the possibility of removing an injured person from an inaccessible place, for example under a vehicle, by bringing the injured person onto the stretcher as the stretcher moves forward, the coupling switched off and the stretcher is moved back.
The movement mechanism of the frame is preferably operated by a second endless treadmill attached to the frame under the carrying belt and guided over a number of parallel floor support rollers

educated. This measure ensures a uniform movement of the stretcher, especially on uneven terrain.
At the end of the frame, two parallel, adjacent drive rollers can be provided, between which both the support belt and the treadmill are guided, which rollers can be driven in this wayr-that their peripheral speeds are the same. A sprocket can be attached to each roller axle, via which a drive chain is also guided via a drive sprocket.
The drive belt can be composed of two narrow belt parts lying side by side, each of which is looped over a separate drive roller and can be driven both synchronously and individually. This measure offers the possibility, if the drive mechanism consists of, for example, a remote-controlled electric motor system, to move and control the stretcher in the manner of a caterpillar vehicle. It is conceivable that this makes it possible to remove wounded people from a minefield with an inventive, remote-controlled and electrically driven stretcher, in particular because the weight of the stretcher is distributed over a large area and the low surface pressure does not trigger the detonator,
A preferred embodiment is that the Rahmon has a framework that has on the front side a guide roller of smaller diameter for the support band, to which the support plate, which rises slightly in the direction of the rear side of the frame, connects, below which support plate a number

support rollers mounted in the sides of the framework and enclosed by the drive belt.
In the drawing and the following description, execution examples of the inventive concept are explained. 1A, 1B and 1C show the stretcher in various positions, the mode of operation of the schematically showing stretcher positions,
FIG. 2 shows a side view of the stretcher in one embodiment in the diagram,
FIG. 3 on a larger scale an individual slot of the embodiment according to FIG. 2,
FIG. 4 on a larger scale another detail of the stretcher according to FIG. 2,
FIG. 5 shows a perspective illustration of the stretcher according to FIG. 2,
6 shows a perspective view of the stretcher according to FIG. 2 from a lateral point of view.
FIGS. 1A to 1C show a possible, simple embodiment according to the invention in a schematic representation.
The principle of the inventive concept is explained on the basis of these figures.
Lie stretcher according to Figures 1A-C consists of a frame 1 with a rigidly connected support plate 2. At the front end of the stretcher, a guide roller 3 for a band is mounted on the frame 1.
At the rear end of the stretcher, a guide roller 4 for the belt and a roller 5 are provided on the frame 1. The roller 5 is driven by a pinion 6 and a crank 7. The frame 1 is supported with the roller 5 and an Itufe 9 on the floor 8 in such a way that the roller 5 located at the front end of the stretcher is just lifted off the floor. An endless belt 10 is guided around the rollers 4 and 3.
When the roller 5 is pulled in the direction of the arrow 11, the roller 4 and thus the belt 10 move in the direction of the arrow 12. If the rollers 4 and 5 have the same diameter, the peripheral speeds of the roller 5 are the roller 4 and the volume 10 the same. As soon as the roller 5 is put on, the frame 1 moves to the right in the direction of the arrow 13, while the belt 10 moves with respect to the frame 1 to the left in the direction of the arrow 14 'above the support plate 2. Accordingly, if the front roller 3 gets under an object to be picked up from the floor, then diè-sor is guided onto the support plate 2 without its position relative to the floor changing. There is no displacement of the belt 10 with respect to the lower side of the Gogenstand 15. The tape is unrolled as it were under the Gogenstand 15. In exactly the same position, in which the object 15 and its parts are with respect to the floor, the same is brought onto the support plate 2 with the band qO as an intermediate layer. If the object 15 is a human, it is transferred to the stretcher xxxxxSaôf & sSEpçxx without changing the position of the body.
<img file="LU59740A1_D0008.tif" />
FIG. 1B shows the position in which the object 15 is partially brought onto the support plate 2. Figure TC shows the position in which the object is completely on the support plate 2.
If the roller 5 is now uncoupled from the drive roller 4, the entire frame 1 can be moved relative to the floor without the position of the object 15 on the support plate 2 changing. Of course, the frame 1 can also be lifted and moved.
To lift the object 15 from the support plate 2, the movements described above are carried out in the opposite sense.
Figure 2 shows a side view of a schematic section through an advantageous embodiment. In this version, an undeadless belt is used to drive the frame.
The carrying hand 10 'is guided via a small front guide roller 1β and a guide roller 17 and a drive roller 18 located at the other end of the stretcher. A treadmill 19 is guided over a front guide roller 20 and a drive roller 21. There is a support plate 22 under the support belt 10 '. On the axes of the oars 18 and 21 there are gears 23 and 24 attached, which are driven by a chain 25, welcho üor a tension roller 26 is guided and is driven via the gear 27 by means of the crank 27.
Lie rollers 16, 17, 18, 20, 21 and the gears 26 and 27 are arranged in a suitable frame, not shown in this figure, which also carries the supporting plate. The frame carries xveiter a number of horizontal support rollers 29 with which the Ganzo is supported on the floor.

As FIG. 5 shows), the frame has two long beams JO, on which the support rollers 29 are mounted. These longitudinal beams 30 and 31 are arranged between two longitudinal beams 32 and 33, which carry the guide roller 16 at their front ends. In practice, this guide roller 16 consists of a number of short, individually stored roller blinds in order to maintain the required rigidity.
The longitudinal members 32 and 33 each carry a mounting plate 34 at the head end of the stretcher, on which the pollen 21 and 18 are mounted. These plates also carry a frame 35> on which the drive gear 27 is mounted with the crank 28. Finally, the roller 17 is fastened to two sliding pieces 36, 37, with the aid of which the carrying band 10 can be tensioned.
The device operates in the following manner (see Figures 2 and 4).
<img file="LU59740A1_D0012.tif" />
When the crank rotates in the direction of arrow 38, the chain 25 moves in the direction of arrow 39 and drives the roller 18 in the direction of arrow 40 and the roller 21 in the direction of arrow 41. The lower side of the treadmill j.
moves in the direction of arrow 42 and the obéré side in the direction of arrow 4-3.
The lower side of the carrying band 10 'moves in the direction of the arrow 44 and the upper side of the band 10 moves in the direction of the arrow 45. It thus shows that the same movement as in the embodiment according to FIGS. 1A to 1C. /:

is carried out: the frame moves to the right and, since the diameter of the eolias 18 and 21 and the pinions 23 and 24 is the same, the belt 10 'moves with the same speed with respect to the frame to the left. The effect does not need to be described further.
Figures 3 and 4 show the position at the drive end and the front end of the stretcher on a larger scale. These figures clearly show how the belts are guided over the guide rollers.
It should also be noted that the stretcher can also be equipped with a lifting wheel system so that it can be moved without the treadmill being in contact with the ground. Furthermore, the stretcher can be provided with a suitable shield, for example to receive and transport radioactive contaminated patients.
