Leg holder device

Abstract

In a leg holder assembly on a bed or chair for gynecological or urological treatments and / or examinations, comprising two leg holders each having a rod-shaped post (22) and a leg rest disposed at one end thereof, the post (22) having its leg rest remote end is adjustably mounted on a holder receptacle (14) via a ball joint (18) and can be locked in a desired position by means of a locking device (44), the ball joint (18) is in each case arranged on the holder receptacle (14) such that the central axis (40) of the ball pivot (38) is directed horizontally and at an angle of approximately 45 ° to the longitudinal central axis of the patient support of the bed or chair in a central center position of the hinge parts (38, 42).
