p0008According to FIG. 1 to 3, the firing of according to the invention comprises a base part 1 with two correspondingly shaped side walls 1 ', on which a two side walls 4' and a back portion 4 'of existing clamping lever 4 along a hinge axis 5 by means of two rivets pivoted is, which may optionally have a recess 4 ‴ as shown in Fig. 3, wherein the bottom part 1 of the pivot axis 5 has in the conveyance direction before and / or indicated by the arrow B has a projection 2 in order according to the invention, as shown in Figure 1, and 2 is shown to produce a gap between a toothed belt 16 and this bottom portion 1, and the bottom part 1 includes a bore 3 to fix this (z. B. by a rivet) on the shoe upper part 23. The clamping lever 4 may, ' "have and is in its closed position by means of two side walls 4" in a further embodiment, shown in Fig. 3 in its back part 4 has a recess 4' formed inwardly directed knobs 6 locked, the in 'engage, which on both side walls 1' last section of the closing movement of the clamping lever 4 in curved grooves 6 are formed of the bottom part 1 and at the end of holes 6 are located, "in which the respective knobs 6 engage in the closed position of the tensioning lever. 4
p0009The clamping lever 4 includes a two-armed pawl piece 7, which is rotatably hinged at a distance from the pivot axis 5 in the tensioning lever 4 between the side walls 4 'about a pivot axis 8 and acting in a position which is controlled by a spring 9, which recessed in a seat 'is arranged the latch piece 7 and between this arm and the inner surface of the back portion 4' on an arm 7 acts of the tension lever 4. the latch piece 7 is formed from the position shown in FIG. 2 to a in the back part 4 'of the tension lever 4 stop 10, as seen in FIG. 1 is to be rotated a certain angle and can intervene by means of the second arm 7 "on a steep flank 17 in the toothed 16th In the case of another embodiment, which is shown in Fig. 3 and in which the back portion 4 'of the tension lever 4 in the area of the spring 9 in the present invention has a recess 4' 'which spring 9 is then advantageously a helical spring around the pivot axis 8 of the pawl piece 7 and this either with a shortened arm 7 'or formed one arm.
p0010At the bottom part 1 of a twin backstop 11 is positioned by a pin 12 which acts on this base part by means of a spring 14, so that the available on the lying in the transport direction B by the pin 12 arm Spermasen 13, 13 'of the backstop 11 on the toothed belt 16 are pressed, this spring being arranged at an axial seat of the backstop 11 and between the backstop 11 and one of the side walls 1 'of the bottom part 1 acts. Pressing on the second arm 15 against the spring force 14 of the backstop the Spermasen 13, 13 'of the corresponding teeth of the toothed belt 16 are separated.
p0011The bottom part 1, between its base and the backstop 11, and between the two side walls 4 'and this timing belt 16' of the tensioning lever 1, a timing belt 16 is passed, its teeth each have a steep 17 and a flat 17 'have edge, on can have shown its 23 situated in the direction of the shoe upper end as shown in Fig. 4 to 8, different, m mutually assigned latching means 18, 18 ', 19, 19', 20, 20 '21, 21' 22, 22 'and its direction of transport is indicated when locking the shoe in figures 1 and 2 by the arrow B.
p0012The operation of the toothed belt closure of the invention is explained in detail below with reference to Figs. 1 to 3.
p0013The belt 16 is inserted into the bottom part 1 between its base and the latch pieces 7 of the clamping lever 4 until the toothed part of the belt 16 engages the toothed portion 13, 13 'of the backstop 11th When the clamping lever 4 is pivoted in the direction of the arrow A about the pivot axis 5 from the closed position to the maximum opening position, with this movement, in which at the same time with the arm 7 'engaging in the toothed belt 16 latch piece 7 of up to Touch stop 10 rotated about the pivot axis 8, the timing belt 16 in the direction of arrow B transported and thus transforms the pivotal movement of the tensioning lever 4 and the latch piece 7 into a linear translational movement of the toothed belt 16th, assigned to this linear movement of the belt force overcomes the resistance of the spring 14 of the backstop 11 so that the passage of the belt 16 with successive engagement of the toothed portion 13, 13 'of the backstop allowing 11 in consecutive toothed sections of the belt 16th
p0014Such pivotal movements of the clamping lever 4 are carried out until the shoe is tightly closed, it being ensured by the construction according to the invention that during the displacement movement of the belt 16 at least one tooth each opening and closing of the clamping lever 4 is overcome. After the desired closing bringing the clamping lever 4 to its fully closed position in which mutually associated latching 6, 6 ', 6 "accidental opening of the tension lever 4 prevent and the lever 4 in this position covers the mechanism against ingress of foreign bodies. In another, not shown embodiment, the release lever 4 may additionally by a lying in the transport direction B behind the closure clip, which is mounted longitudinally movable on timing belt 16 or to the floor part 1, are secured against accidental opening.
p0015During the closing movement of the clamping lever 4, the spring pushes the latch piece 7, on whose arm 7 'to 9 is, with this arm on the backstop 11 and overcomes the resistance of the spring 9, so that, as seen in Fig. 2, a rotation of the latch piece 7 by a certain angle is effected. This rotation makes it possible to achieve with a closed lever 4, a remarkable reduction of the forming in the direction of arrow B between the latch piece 7 and the toothed part of the belt 16 of the opening mechanism. This brings the great advantage that the probability of the penetration of foreign bodies into the locking mechanism is greatly reduced.
p0016For relaxation or opening the shutter to open the clamping lever 4 and presses the arm 15 of the backstop 11 toward the base of the bottom part 1, whereby the locked lugs 13, 13 'of the lock 11 is separated from the lying near the backstop teeth of the toothed belt 16 will. By opening the clamping lever 4 of the clamping mechanism is activated something, that is, by engaging the latch piece 7 in the timing belt 16 is a partial relief of the backstop 11 is obtained, thus facilitating the separation process of the corresponding teeth. This means, above all in view of the fact that the closure is used in many ways and under different external conditions, such as snow, dirt, wet, cold, a significant advantage, because this one easily possible under such conditions damage to the corresponding serrations is avoided, thereby the closure a long service life is guaranteed. In another embodiment, the release lever 4, a in Fig. To be seen 3 recess 4 '' exhibit, which 11 allows access for releasing the backstop without opening the clamping lever 4. In such an embodiment, the latch pieces 7 can einarmig toward workspace and spring 9 may be formed as a spiral spring about the axis 8, bringing back the operation of the invention is achieved.
p0017In order to enable spring back of engaging in the toothed belt 16 latch piece 7 after every pivotal movement of the tensioning lever 4 to its original position before the clamping cycle and a better engagement of the arm 7 'with the teeth of the toothed belt 16, in which in the transport direction B before and / or subsequent to the clamping lever base part of the bottom part 1, a projection 2 is formed, through which the timing belt 16 so as to slide in that between the bottom part 1 and the belt 16, a gap for returning the cam of the latch piece by bending of the toothed belt 16, as well as for ensuring a form-locking engagement of the pawl piece arm 7 is generated "in the toothed belt 16 without the belt upon actuation of the latch piece 7 will be damaged. The spring back of the latch piece after the end of each tension cycle is supported by the spring 9 and accelerated. This inventive operation of the longest possible Eingreifstrecke the latch piece is made possible in the toothed belt and thus a maximum transport each chip cycle.
p0018The toothed belt 16, for example, the following may be connected with the footwear:

a) it can as shown in Figure 4 can be suspended by means of a metal ring 18 directly on the edge of the shoe upper 23 to one or more hooks 18 '.

b) it may be 'suspended as shown in Figure 5 by a metal hook right on the edge of a shoe upper 23 in different slots. 19;

d) it may as shown in Figure 6 have, at its end located in the direction of the shoe upper 23 end a push button 20, the 'connects with a corresponding form-fitting located on the shoe upper counterpart. 20;

e) it may, as shown in Fig be seen 7, at its end on the underside of a mushroom-shaped pin 21, the aufweiset an enlarged cross section at the lowermost end, and thus in one or more counter-structures 21 attached to the shoe upper 23 'locks into place.

f) it may, as shown in Fig. 8 at a ski shoe schematically, having at one end one or more rope pulleys 22 'cooperate with respective ropes or laces 22, wherein realized by such embodiment particularly simple under- or translations can be.
