According to FIG. 1 to 3, the firing of in accordance with the invention, a bottom part 1 with two correspondingly shaped side walls 1 ', on which one of two sidewalls 4 & quot; and a back portion 4 'of existing clamping lever 4 along a hinge axis 5 by means of two Rivets is articulated pivotably, which as shown in Fig. 3 where appropriate, a recess 4 '' 'can have, said base part 1 in the direction indicated by the arrow B Transport direction before and / or after the hinge axle 5 has a projection 2 in order According to the invention, as illustrated in Figures 1 and 2, a gap between a Toothed belt 16 and to produce this bottom part 1, and the bottom part 1 has a bore 3 contains to fix this (z. B. by a rivet) on the shoe upper part 23. Of the Clamping lever 4, in a further embodiment, which is shown in Fig. 3, in his Back part 4 'has a recess 4' '', respectively, and is in its closed position by means of on both side walls 4 '' formed, inwardly directed knobs 6 locked in the last section of the closing movement of the clamping lever 4 in curved grooves 6 ' engage, which are formed on both side walls 1 'of the base part 1 and at its End bores 6 '' are located, where the corresponding knobs 6 at closed Position of the clamping lever 4 snap.
The tensioning lever 4 includes a two-armed pawl piece 7, the distance from the hinge axis 5 in the tensioning lever 4 between the side walls 4 '' about a pivot axis 8 is rotatably articulated and acts in a position which is controlled by a spring 9, which is arranged in a recessed seat on an arm 7 'of the latch piece 7 and acts between this arm and the inner surface of the back portion 4 'of the tension lever 4th The Latch piece 7 is from the position shown in FIG. 2 to a in the back part 4 'of the Tensioning lever 4 formed stop 10, as shown in FIG. 1 can be seen to a certain Angle rotated and can by means of the second arm 7 '' on a steep flank 17 in the Timing belt 16 engage. In the case of another embodiment, shown in Fig. 3 is and wherein the back part 4 'of the tension lever 4 in the area of the spring 9 According to the invention a recess 4 '' 'which spring 9 is then advantageously a Coil spring at the hinge axis 8 of the pawl piece 7 and this either with a shortened arm 7 'or formed one arm.
At the bottom part 1 of a twin backstop 11 is positioned by a pin 12, acting on this base part by means of a spring 14, so that in the direction of transport B located by the pin 12 located Arm Spermasen 13, 13 'of the backstop 11 are pressed onto the toothed belt 16, said spring at one axial seat the backstop 11 is located between the backstop 11 and one of the Side walls 1 'of the bottom part 1 acts. Pressing on the second arm 15 against the Spring force 14 of the backstop are the Spermasen 13, 13 'of the corresponding Teeth of the toothed belt 16 are separated.
The bottom part 1, between its base and the backstop 11, and between the two side walls 4 '' of the tensioning lever 1 is guided through a toothed belt 16, whose Teeth each have a steep 17 and a flat 17 'flank, this toothed belt 16 to his 23 located towards the shoe upper end as shown in Fig. 4 to 8, different, m mutually assigned latching means 18, 18 ', 19, 19', 20, 20 '21, 21' 22, 22 ' may have its direction of transport and upon closure of the shoe in Figures 1 and 2 is indicated by the arrow B.
The operation of the timing belt closure of the invention is under the other Referring to Figs. 1 to 3 explained in more detail.
The belt 16 is in the bottom part 1 between its base and the latch pieces 7 of Tensioning lever 4 is inserted until the toothed portion of the belt 16 into the toothed part 13, 13 'of the backstop 11 is engaged. When the clamping lever 4 in the direction of the arrow A about the Articulation pin 5 is pivoted from the closed position to the maximum opening position, is is with this movement, in which at the same time in to the arm 7 '' the timing belt 16 engaging pawl piece 7 until touching the stop 10 to the Articulation axis 8 is rotated, the toothed belt 16 in the direction of arrow B and thus transported the pivoting movement of the tensioning lever 4 and the latch piece 7 into a linear translation movement the toothed belt 16 turns. The on this linear movement of the belt transmitted force overcomes the resistance of the spring 14 of the backstop 11, so that the Passing the toothed belt 16 with successive engagement of the toothed portion 13, 13 ' the backstop permits 11 consecutive toothed sections of the belt 16 becomes.
Such pivotal movements of the tensioning lever 4 are carried out until the shoe firmly closed is being ensured by the construction of the invention that at the displacement movement of the belt 16 at least one tooth each opening and closing of the Tensioning lever 4 is overcome. After the desired closing bringing the Clamping lever 4 assigned to its fully closed position, in which each prevent engagement means 6, 6 ', 6' 'accidental opening of the tension lever 4 and the Clamping lever 4 in this position the mechanism against ingress of foreign bodies covers. In a further, not shown embodiment, the tensioning lever 4 can additionally by a lying in the transport direction B behind the closure clip, the mounted longitudinally movable on timing belt 16 or to the floor part 1, additionally be secured against accidental opening.
During the closing movement of the clamping lever 4, pushes the latch piece 7, on whose arm 7 ' the spring 9 is, with this arm to the backstop 11 and overcomes the Resistance of the spring 9, so that, as seen in Fig. 2, a rotation of the pawl piece 7 is effected by a certain angle. This rotation allows, in the closed Lever 4, a remarkable reduction of between the latch piece 7 and the toothed portion of the belt 16 forming in the direction of arrow B of the opening to achieve mechanism. This has the great advantage that the probability the penetration of foreign bodies into the locking mechanism is greatly reduced.
For relaxation or opening the shutter to open the clamping lever 4 and pushes the Arm 15 of the backstop 11 toward the base of the bottom part 1, whereby the locked Lugs 13, 13 'of the lock 11 of the lying near the backstop teeth of are toothed belt 16 separately. By opening the clamping lever 4, the tensioning mechanism slightly activated, that is, by engagement of the latch piece 7 in the Timing belt 16 is a partial relief of the backstop 11 and thus achieved the facilitates separation process of the corresponding teeth. This means, above all in Noting that the closure versatile and under different external conditions, such as snow, dirt, wet, cold is used, a significant advantage, because this is an easily possible under such conditions the damage corresponding toothings avoided, whereby the closure a long service life is guaranteed. In another embodiment, the release lever 4 a in Fig. 3 to Seeing recess 4 'have that without access to the loosening of the backstop 11 Open the clamping lever 4 allowed. In such an embodiment, the pawl piece 7-armed toward workspace and the spring 9 as a helical spring around the axis 8 be formed, bringing back the operation of the invention is achieved.
To spring back of the engaging pawl 16 in the toothed belt piece 7 after each Pivoting movement of the tensioning lever 4 to its original position before tightening cycle and to enable a better engagement of the arm 7 '' in the teeth of the toothed belt 16, is in which lies in the transport direction B before and / or after the clamping lever base portion of the Bottom part 1, a projection 2 is formed, via which the toothed belt 16 slides so that between the bottom part 1 and the belt 16, a gap for returning the Cam the pawl piece by bending of the toothed belt 16, and for ensuring a form-locking engagement of the pawl arm piece 7 '' is generated in the toothed belt 16, without the belt being damaged during operation of the latch piece. 7 The Back jumping jack piece after the end of each clamping cycle by the spring 9 supports and accelerates. This inventive action is a as long as possible Eingreifstrecke the latch piece to the toothed belt and thus a allows maximum transport each chip cycle.
The toothed belt 16, for example, the following may be connected with the footwear:<sl>
a) he may, as in Fig. 4 by means of a metal ring 18 right on the edge of a be shoe upper 23 is attached to one or more hooks 18 ';

b) it may as shown in Fig. 5 by means of a metal hook right on the edge of a his shoe upper 23 hooked into various slots 19 ';

d) it may as shown in Fig. 6 at its end lying in the direction of the shoe upper 23 End a push button 20, the on with a corresponding Shoeupper located counterpart 20 'form-fitting connecting;

e) it may, as shown in FIG. 7 can be seen, at its end on the bottom of a mushroom-shaped pin 21, which at the lower end an enlarged cross-sectional aufweiset and thus in one or more attached to the shoe upper 23 Against structures 21 'snaps;

f) it may, as shown in Fig. 8 at a ski shoe schematically, on a End having one or more pulleys 22, with respective ropes or laces 22 'cooperate with by such embodiment particularly simple under- or translations are realized can.
</sl>
