Technical field
The invention relates to a tube arrangement with fastening means for fastening a pipe on a substrate.
Underlying the art
Fasteners for pipes to documents such as ceilings, walls and floors of buildings, as well as metal parts such as sheet metal parts, for example, automobiles are usually made of pipe-clamp-like elements which receive the pipe and must be specifically attached to the respective documents at specified intervals.
Tube assemblies for heat exchange purposes are used for heating or cooling, and also to control the temperature of the home, and can also be for temperature control of technical systems and widely used wherever it comes down to a temperature of surfaces, even larger areas, such as sports facilities, road bridges and the like.
For example, in a floor heating system which is laid under screed, the aforementioned document includes an insulation panel of foam or mineral wool, which optionally bears a support plate and is at the opposite flat sides, if necessary, covered with sealing films. This insulation serves as a thermal and impact insulation. On this insulating board a steel mesh, for example, laid the thing is supported by support members that are designed to hold the pipe for the heating medium (DE-OS 28 07 446). After laying of the pipes and their connection means the entire assembly is sealed with screed.
There are also other arrangements of this type have become known in which the tubing is laid on the insulation board by tacking (DE-PS 31 25 318).
The foregoing and many other prior art tube assemblies have the disadvantage that they require special intermediate elements between the base and the tube, which must be specially prepared and optionally attached using special tools to the support or laid, around the pipe into the shape desired in each case apply the pad and connect to each predetermined locations with the pad.
Disclosure of the Invention
The object of the present invention is to provide a pipe arrangement of the aforementioned type, in which the pipe laid in a simple manner without using special tools on the surface of the substrate and can be securely attached thereto.
According to the invention this object is achieved in that the fastening means are formed as a fastener, the parts of which are connected to the pipe and the support and by their mutual engagement the pipe is releasably attached to the pad. The parts of the fastener can be formed by a hook portion and a loop portion.
It is preferably provided according to the invention in that the parts of the fastener are made of a fixed to a surface of the backing loop part and a part connected to the tube hook part, but can optionally also the loop portion with the pipe, and the hook part may be connected to the pad.
In the tube assembly according to the invention, the pad is advantageously provided with a label. This allows the part with the hook tube provided directly by pressing with the hand or foot at the marked locations securely and safely, but at the same removably connect with the pad.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the tube arrangement according to the invention also retaining members may be secured after the application of the tube and to its mounting to the base in a corresponding manner, before or.
According to the invention a particularly simple laying of pipes is thus achieved, since the fastening is effected by simple pressure on the hook portions of the fastener. Surprisingly, the compound thus produced is sufficiently strong and safe, although between the hook portions of the pipe and the loop portion of the backing not otherwise in velcro fasteners desired, extended planar mutual engagement connection is formed.

Preferred embodiments of the invention
Subsequently, a tube assembly 1 will be described with reference to a heat exchanger in which a tube 10 is connected to a source of a heated or cooled heat transfer medium and is laid on a base 2 in form of an insulating board. The tube arrangement 1, however, can be realized in a similar manner in conjunction with another document, which may be, for example, the ceiling, the wall or the floor in a building, but also any other supporting document for the pipe to be laid 10, for which only exemplary metal walls shall be called by equipment, sheet metal parts of automobiles and the like. In all such cases, fasteners are used on the type of fasteners 3 and 3A for the rapid and safe, detachable routing of the tubes 10. Suitably, the respective substrate 2 is coated with a loop portion 30 entirely or partially, on which the tube 10 in a the ways described below is connected to a hook part, is supported by the mutual engagement between the loop portion 30 and the hook portion. but may optionally be provided with the hook portion and the pipe 10 with the part 30 and the pad. 2
Figure 1 shows a first embodiment of a heat exchanger arrangement to Temperierzwecken, ie for heating or cooling a room in connection with a wall, the floor or the ceiling of the room or a technical or other system through a heat exchanger, which, coming from a heating or cooling source in circulation is passed or circulated through the tubing. 1
The tube assembly 1 is attached to a support 2 in the form of an insulating panel using a commercial adhesive closure. 3 It consists in the illustrated embodiment of a meander, spiral or otherwise laid pipe 10 of cross-linked polyethylene, but can also be made of other plastics or metal; only a U-bend of the meandering pipe laid 10 is shown in FIG. 1
The insulation is in the illustrated embodiment, in the conventional manner of a foam 20, which can for example be porous such as polyurethane foam and on the upper and lower flat side with a sealing film or cover 21, for example, of a metal such as aluminum or a metal sheet such as aluminum sheet is sealed. Instead of this, a mineral wool slab or a closed-cell foam such as polystyrene can be used. In the latter case, the sealing films 21 may be omitted.
The foam 20 and the lower sealing film 21 are underlaid with a supporting plate 22, and thus, for example, firmly connected by an adhesive.
The adhesive fastener 3 contains the loop portion 30 which covers the whole, the support plate 22 facing away from the surface or a selected portion of the surface of the foam 20 and the upper sealing film 21st This loop portion 30 is made of a woven or flat jagged material with which the hook portion of the fastener firmly but can be releasably connected.
The loop portion 30 is connected with the foam 20 or the sealing film 21 by gluing. If this requires a waterproof adhesive is used, can be dispensed with the sealing film 21st Optionally can be chosen in place of the adhesive bond and an adhesive bond; for the respective opposing surfaces with loop parts and hook portions are occupied.
In the illustrated embodiment, the hook portion 31 of a plurality is formed of annular hook members, which are arranged at predetermined intervals on the tube 10 so that the hook elements of the hook members to the outside, that protrude from the loop portion 30th The annular hook members can be arranged freely displaceable, but non-displaceably on the tube 10th
In the simplest embodiment, the annular hook members are adhered to predetermined locations on the tube 10, wherein the bonding can be effected over the whole area or selectively by a cold or hot adhesive, but also by a multi-component adhesive. The connection between the ring-shaped hook members and the tube 10 may also by welding, for. Example, ultrasonic welding, laser welding and the like can be prepared with the interposition of a suitable material or molding, as well as by injection molding of thermoplastic plastics, which the gap between the annular holder member and the tube 10 fill.
A particular embodiment of a ring-shaped hook member of the hook portion 31A, Figure 8 shows in sectional view of ring closure. The figure shows band-shaped hook member with overlapping disposed ends 63 and 64. The end 63 includes a hook portion 60 which is provided in a conventional manner at its rear side with a woven fabric band 61st The other end 64 also includes a loop portion 62 which is provided in the usual manner with the fabric tape 61st The fabric strips 61 are joined together so that the hook portion 60 and loop portion 62 are arranged at the end 64 back to back.
The ends 63 and 64 may be closed by adhesive closure to a ring which surrounds the tube 10 at a predetermined position without being fixed to it. But the band-shaped hook member can be tightened before the adhesive fastening connection, so that the ring-shaped hook member is clamped at the predetermined location fixed to the tube 10th
The loop portion 30 of the fastener 3 is expediently provided at predetermined locations with markings 32, which are indicated in Figure 1 only. Such labels 32 may be in any manner as a color mark as chosen his fabric markers or the like. The markers 32 allow for the positioning of the tube 10 or the tube 10 connected to the hook members of the hook part 31 at the loop portion 30 in such a manner that the respectively desired course of the tube assembly 1 is obtained.
The actual laying of the pipe 10 is carried on the surface of the loop portion 30 on the base 2 forming insulating panel by pressing the hook members of the hook part 31 of the loop portion 30 at the locations of the markers 32. The pressing is carried out in the simplest manner, by hand or with the foot and leads to a tight and secure connection between the tubing 1 and the pad 2, which is not affected by the subsequent operations and the subsequent operation of the heat exchanger assembly. Nevertheless, the connection is easily releasable, so that during the laying readily, if necessary, corrections can be made to the laying pattern.
The illustrated in Figure 2 in plan view the second embodiment of the tube assembly includes a base 2 forming the insulating panel of the type as described above in connection with FIG. 1
On the support plate 22 facing away from the upper flat side provided the insulation board with a grid 33 of mutually perpendicular strips 34 and 35 of the loop portion 30 of fastener 3A. The strips 34 and 35 are fixed, for example, connected by bonding with the surface of the substrate 2 forming insulation. A tube 10 of the type as described above in connection with Figure 1, is provided in the manner described therein with the hook members of the hook portion 31 of fastener 3A and is also in the described manner therein with the strips 34 and 35 of the grid 33 firmly but releasably connected. The raster 33 forming strips 34 and 35 of the loop portion 30 need not be perpendicular to each other, but can be in any, is optimal for the particular application example, be laid on the surface of the substrate 2, for example, also in diagonal directions, meandering, under a angles to each other, and the like.
In a further embodiment shown in Figure 2, the tube or the tubing is not directly connected to the grid 33 of the loop portion 30th A tube 10A is held rather by a pipe-clamp-like holding member 40 at the pad 2 forming insulation. This is achieved in that the holding member 40, see also FIG. 3, an arcuate part 41 includes, of the tube 10A overlaps from above and provided on both sides with side panels 42, substantially parallel to the surface of the pad 2 forming insulation board or the grid 31 of the loop portion 30 run. The side part 42 needs where appropriate also to be present only on one side of the arcuate portion 41st At the grid 33 facing side 42 belt-shaped hook portions 43 of the fastener 3A on the side panels firmly and inseparably attached, the retaining member 40 adheres to those fixed to the grid 33 of the loop portion 30 and by means of which the tube 10A securely in the pad 2 forming insulation board is positioned.
extend in another, illustrated in Figure 7 embodiment of the tube 10 band-shaped hook portions 59 transversely to the longitudinal direction of the tube 10A and across secured thereto, so that the laterally projecting ends of the band-shaped hook portions 59 with the grid 33 forming strip 34 or 35 or a surface laid loop portion 30 come to hold the tube 10A in engagement connection.
The band-shaped hook portions 43 and 59 are secured to the side portions 43 of the holding member 40 and the tube 10A in the manner of the compounds as described above for the annular supporting members of the hook part 31 and the tube 10th
Figure 2 also shows a guide member 50, which is designed according to German Utility Model 86 14 639 and serves the pipe 10A safe for supporting at arcuate laying and to lead. This guide member 50 is connected to the grid 33 forming strips 34 and 35 firmly but releasably connected to the insulation board facing side through it, for example by gluing fortified rectangular or other shaped hook members 51st
The laying of the pipe 10A is performed in this embodiment freely on the grid 33 of the strips 34 and 35. Its positioning is achieved in the simplest manner by means of pre-wired guide members 50 and by pressing the retaining members 40 at the predetermined or with markings 32 provided places. The holding members 40 and the guide members 50 can also be attached to a surface laid loop portion 30 as in the first embodiment of FIG. 1
Figure 3 shows a cross section through a holding member 40A in connection with the pad 2 forming insulation foam 20 with upper and lower sealing films 21 and a support plate 22. The damper plate bears on the top of the grid 33 of the loop portion 30, of which one, the strips 34 and 35 recognizes. The support member 40A includes an arc-shaped part 41, which engages over the pipe 10a from above. Broad side parts 42A are set each having at least one strip-shaped closure member 43 to the grid 33 of the loop portion 30, but releasably attached. The holding member 40A is made of a highly heat conductive material such as aluminum and serves as a heat spreader in all cases in which the heat transfer medium carrying tubes 10A are moved from each other at a relatively large distance. Preferably, the side portions 42A are formed so that they cover the greater part of the space between adjacent tubes 10A.
4 to 6 show further embodiments of band-shaped hook members 53, 55 and 57 which are connected to a pipe 10 of the aforementioned type and the engaging strip 34 and / or 35 of the loop portion 30 or a surface laid loop portion 30, the tube 10 firmly, but detachable holders on the respective pad. Here, the band-shaped hook portions 53, 55 and 57 are attached to the tube 10 by one of the connection methods, as have been described above in connection with FIG. 1
In the embodiment of Figure 4, the band-shaped hook part 53 is connected in the longitudinal direction with the tube 10; in the modification shown in Figure 5, the attached in longitudinal direction to the tube 10 hook part 55 is divided transversely and forms a plurality of strip-shaped holding members which are arranged to each other on the tube 10 at a distance. In the embodiment of Figure 6, the band-shaped hook member 57 is helically wound around the tube 10th The number of connection points over a predetermined length of the tube 10 depends on the pitch of the helical winding. Also in this embodiment 57 may be divided transversely to the longitudinal direction into a plurality of strip-shaped holding members, the belt-shaped hook part, which are arranged to each other on the tube 10 at a distance.
