p0001The invention relates to a method for fixing pipes on a flat pad with the aid of an adhesive tape, and a device for performing this method.
p0002In particular, the invention is concerned with a method for fixing of heating pipes of a floor heating or wall heating on the floor or on a wall.
p0003A common method for fixing pipes underfloor heating to a thermal barrier coating of a floor is so far is that the heating pipe is selectively secured by staples, which are pierced into the insulation layer and are held by barbs in it. For impressions of the staples can be used a manual tacker. A disadvantage of this type of termination, however, is that the thermal barrier coating is locally damaged by the staples, so that undesired refrigeration and impact sound bridges.
p0004In another known method, the heating pipe is helically wrapped with a Velcro strip, and on the support a Flauschbahn is completely laid or in the form of individual strips, in which the loop tape can get caught. Although this type of termination allows easy installation of floor heating systems, but are extensive preparatory work necessary to wrap the heating pipe with the Velcro strap.
p0005The object of the invention is to provide an alternative method for fixing pipes by means of an adhesive tape.
p0006This object is achieved in that a portion of the adhesive tape is placed in an approximately at right angles through the tube extending position and is pressed by means of the pipe cross-punch on both sides of the tube against the base.
p0007In this method, the cumbersome wrapping the tube with the adhesive tape is eliminated. In addition, the consumption of adhesive tape can be considerably reduced, since relatively short sections of adhesive tape need only be locally distributed on the length of the heating tube positions attached.
p0008In the adhesive tape can be a Velcro or optionally by an adhesive tape.
p0009To press the adhesive tape against the substrate may be a manually or electrically operated setting tool used. Optionally, the setting device may also have the form of a carriage, which is moved along the tube on the base and is attached to the at certain longitudinal intervals, a portion of the adhesive tape.
p0010An apparatus for carrying out the method according to the invention resides in a setting tool with an attachable onto the base housing, in which a plunger, which has a recess for the tube, is guided displaceably.
p0011Advantageous embodiments of the device are specified in the dependent claims.
p0012In one embodiment, a severing device for the adhesive tape is attached to the housing. The drive of the cutting device, for example, a cutter can be coupled with a drive for the stamp that of the supplied endless belt adhesive tape a portion of suitable length is separated once the plunger is actuated to press this section against the base. The adhesive tape can be withdrawn from a supply roll, which is also secured to the housing of the device. Preferably, then with the drive for the stamp, a tape feed coupled with which the adhesive tape is transported at each stroke of the punch to a distance corresponding to the length of the cut off section of the adhesive tape.
p0013In another embodiment, the stamp from a magazine precut strips of adhesive tape supplied.
p0014An exemplary embodiments are explained with reference to the drawing.

p0016In <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> four parallel tubes 10 which are to be mounted on a flat substrate 12 in cross section. For example, it may be in the tubes 10 to heating pipes of a floor heating. The backing 12 is then a floor on which the heating pipes are to be laid. For fixing the heating pipes on the floor used in the present invention an adhesive tape 14. In<figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> is a portion of the adhesive tape 14 is shown above the second tube from the left, which extends transversely to the longitudinal direction of the tube 10 and is to be pressed with a punch 16 on both sides of the tube 10 against the base 12 as shown in <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> is shown at the two further to the right pipes. The punch 16 has a recess 18 which receives the cross-section of the tube 10, while lying on both sides of the recess parts of the punch press against the base 12th
p0017In the adhesive tape 14 is in the example shown by a Velcro strip, which cooperates with a threaded the entire surface or in the form of individual strips on the pad 12 Flauschbahn.
p0018In <figref idrefs="f0001">FIG. 2</figref> are two parallel strips 20 of the Flauschbahn shown, which are at right angles to the pipe to be laid and fastened 10 to the substrate 12, for example glued. The width of each strip 20 is considerably greater than the width of the adhesive tape 14 so that no exact "locations" is required when attaching the adhesive tape fourteenth
p0019In <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 3</figref> is a setting device 22 is shown, which serves the adhesive tape 14 in the in <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> attaching manner shown on the base 12, so that the tube 10 is thus fixed.
p0020The setting tool 22 has a housing 24 in which the plunger 16 is guided vertically displaceable. From the housing 24 exits upwardly a drive rod 26 having at the upper end a handle 38 on which the entire setting device 22 can keep up with the hand and wear.
p0021At the lower end, the housing 24 has two centering feet 30, which are shaped similarly to the punch 16 and the in <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 3</figref> in the direction perpendicular to the plane of a row so that their recesses form a tunnel for the pipe 10th By means of the centering feet 30, the setting device 22 can be at the location at which the tube 10 a strip 20 of the tener checked, put by hand on the pipe 10, that the movement path of the plunger 16 is centered on the tube.
p0022On the housing 24 are attached by means of a holder 32, a supply roll 34 for the adhesive tape 14 and a feed roller 36th
p0023By means of the feed roller 36, the drawn off from the supply roll 34 adhesive tape 14 is frictionally transported via a tape guide 38 into a space inside the housing 24, which is below the punch sixteenth
p0024On the housing 14, a drive arm is vertically movable 40 out of the feed roller 36th To a vertical leg of the drive arm 40, a rack 42 is mounted, which meshes with a person sitting on the shaft of the feed roller gear 36 44th The gear 44 is coupled with the feed roller 36 via a free wheel, so that the feed roller 36 is rotated only during a downward movement of the drive arm 40, while when the upward movement of the drive arm 40, only the gear 44 is rotated, without the feeding roller 36 is carried along.
p0025On the side of the housing 24, which faces the feed roller 36, further comprising a severing device 46 is mounted, can be separated from the advanced by the feed roller 36 of the adhesive tape 14 with sections of suitable length.
p0026When the tube 10 is to be fixed to a particular location on the pad 12, so the setting tool 22 is in the in <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 3</figref> manner shown mounted on the pipe 10th Subsequently, the handle 28 is pressed downward, so that the drive rod 26 enters the housing 24th Characterized the drive arm 40 is moved downwards so that the feed roller 36 is rotated and feeds the adhesive tape 14 as shown in<figref idrefs="f0003">Fig. 4</figref> is shown.
p0027A housed in the housing 24 percussion mechanism, which is known as such from conventional Tackergeräten, ensures that during a downward movement of the drive rod 26 of the plunger is extended 16 delayed down. For example, during the downward movement of the drive rod 26 only a striker spring is initially stretched, during a guided in the housing 24 slide which bears the stamp 16 at the lower end, locked in its raised position remains. Only when the drive rod 26 is further moved downward, it activates a timer, by which the lock is released, so that the slide under the force of the impact spring snaps down.
p0028By a similar mechanism, a blade 48 of Kappmechanismus 46 is operated. At an appropriate time therefore the knife 48 moves downward and moves past a cutting edge, so that the advanced section of the adhesive tape 14 is separated, as in<figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 5</figref> can be seen. Upon further downward movement of the ram 16 then the separated portion of the adhesive tape is pressed down so that it wraps around the pipe 10 while it enters the recess 18 of the punch. Finally, the both sides of the tube 10 over protruding ends of the severed portion of the adhesive tape are pressed against the strips 20 of the tener on the base 12 so that the tube is securely fixed on the base. The aforementioned impact mechanism ensures that the pressing of the adhesive strip is against the pad always at the right speed and force.
p0029In the housing 24 furthermore a return spring not shown is accommodated which, when the force exerted on the handle 28 force is released, the drive rod 26 extends upwards again out of the housing 24, whereby the slide with the punch 16 and the knife 48 of the cutting device be taken back to its initial position.
p0030Then, when the setting tool 22 is placed elsewhere on the pipe 10, a new cycle can begin.
p0031The punch 16 and the centering feet 30 are interchangeable and can be exchanged for stamps and centering feet, which recesses are adapted to different pipe diameters. Likewise, the rack 42 is attached to the exchangeable drive arm 40th The length of the rack 42 determines the feed path to which the adhesive tape 14 is advanced in a single stroke. can therefore be adapted to the respective pipe diameter and this feed path by changing the rack. Optionally, the feed quantity be greater than 24, the width of the housing, the advanced section of the adhesive tape is then temporarily by bulge within the housing 24 and below the plunger located in the raised position 16 slightly upward.
p0032The embodiment described can be varied in many ways.
p0033For example, the adhesive tape 14 can be formed by an adhesive tape, if the pad 12 is sufficiently smooth or is in strips or fully covered with a sufficiently smooth film.
p0034It is also possible to use a pre-perforated adhesive tape from which the individual sections can be separated easily. Optionally, can then be dispensed to the cutting device 46 and it is sufficient to block the adhesive tape using the feed roller 36 temporarily while the punch 16 is lowered, so that the detected by the punch portion of the adhesive tape is torn off from the rest of the adhesive tape.
p0035In another embodiment, the adhesive tape 14 also have a changing series of Velcro sections and flexible sections that can be cut more easily and also better conform to the circumference of the pipe 10th The Velcro sections are then only in the areas that actually come into contact with the fleece on the pad 12th
p0036Finally, it is also possible to use an adhesive tape, wherein the single Velcro strip portions are arranged releasably on a carrier strip.
p0037This in <figref idrefs="f0002 f0003 f0004">FIGS. 3-5</figref> Setting tool 22 shown is provided in particular for laying pipes 10 underfloor heating. The drive rod 26 is then so long that the handle can be easily operated 28 standing.
p0038For a device to be mounted with the pipes to a vertical wall, for actuating the punch 16 may be provided a pivot lever or the like.
p0039Likewise, devices are also conceivable in which an electric drive is provided for driving the punch 16 and possibly the cutting device and of ribbon advance.
p0040For the laying of floor heating systems, the setting device may also have the form of a carriage, in the longitudinal direction of the tube on the floor can be moved into a position in which it engages over the joining tube 10th
p0041Another embodiment of a setting tool shall now with reference to the <figref idrefs="f0005 f0006 f0007 f0008 f0009 f0010">Fig. 6-12</figref> are explained.
p0042This in <figref idrefs="f0005">Fig. 6</figref> Setting tool 50 shown has a base 52 similar to the centering feet 30 in <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 3</figref> to the substrate is placed, and a tunnel 54 for receiving the pipe to be laid has. On both sides of the tunnel 54 forms the base two upstanding arms, in which a forked slide is guided 56, which has a handle, not shown, at its upper end. In the fork-shaped slide 56 of the zone is encompassed on the base 52 is a magazine 58 is mounted in the form of a rectangular box which receives a stack of precut strips 60 of adhesive tape (Velcro tape). Below the lower end of the magazine 58 a plunger 62 is guided for vertical movement between the upstanding arms of the pedestal 52nd With the help of the slide 56 the plunger 62 can move in the vertical direction and at the same time by means of a turning mechanism, as is known, for example from Datumsstemplern, rotate through 180 ° about an axis 64th In Datumsstemplern this mechanism serves in the upper end position to align the stamp face of the stamp so that it points upward and is pressed against an ink pad, while, when the punch is lowered at a stamping process down, is rotated into a position, in which it has the document to stamping down. In the setting device 50 described herein, the turning mechanism serves the stamp 62 align so that it in its upper end a strip 60 of adhesive tape from the bottom of the stack in the magazine 58 takes over and in its lower end position the acquired strip against the frieze on the pad 12 presses to fix the running through the tunnel 54 pipe.
p0043The magazine 58 has openings 66, which allow to check the level of the magazine. The strips 60 are biased downward towards the lower end of the magazine 58, for example using an object placed on the top strip 60 of the stack weight 68th
p0044The sequence of movements of the setting tool 50 is in <figref idrefs="f0006">Fig. 7</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0007">8th</figref> shown. In<figref idrefs="f0006">Fig. 7</figref> 56 has been pushed down a bit, which is also the axis 64 of the plunger has moved 62 down the slide. The movement of the plunger can be (the percussion mechanism described in the first embodiment z. B.) translated by an unshown gear overdrive, so that the lowering of the punch, at least in phases greater than that of the carriage 56. performs During the lowering movement the punch 62 a rotational movement about the axis 64, so that in<figref idrefs="f0006">Fig. 7</figref> looks in a recess 70 of the stamp, in which a single strip 60 (which has been removed from the bottom of the stack) is frictionally held. The stamp also includes a tunnel to the corresponding recess 54 to 72 for the pipe to be laid. This recess 72 is, however, in<figref idrefs="f0006">Fig. 7</figref> bridged by the strips 60th
p0045In <figref idrefs="f0007">Fig. 8</figref> 62 has been further lowered so that the recess 70 now faces downwards and the strip is placed on the captured in the tunnel pipe of the stamp. On further lowering the tube would then enter the recess 72 of the die, while the loop portions of the strip 60 on either side of the tube to the pipe and finally pressed by the punch against the frieze. During the subsequent upward movement of the carriage 56 of the punch 62 leads from the reverse sequence of movements in order to take a new strip 60 from the magazine.
p0046<figref idrefs="f0008">Fig. 9</figref> shows a view of the interior of the magazine 58 and a vertical section through the punch 62, which is located here in its upper end position. The recess 70 has, the shape of a flat bed, the depth of which almost the thickness of a single strip 60th On the vertical walls of the magazine guides 74 are formed, through which the strips 60 are centered, however, they remain little friction in the vertical direction in the magazine movable. The plunger 62 abuts with its surrounding recess 70 circumferential wall at the lower ends of the guides 74, and by the load of the weight 68 of the lowermost strip 60 is pressed into the recess 70 with its peripheral edge slightly clamped in the peripheral wall of the recess 70 becomes.
p0047<figref idrefs="f0009">Fig. 10</figref> shows the state in which the plunger 62 has been slightly lowered and removed from the lower ends of the guides 74th In this state, prevent inwardly pivoted latch 76, the rest of the stack nachrutscht. The latches 76 are also driven through a gear not shown by the carriage 76, so that their movement is precisely coordinated with the movement of the punch 62nd Due to the aforementioned translation, which accelerates the downward movement of the punch 62, the frictionally held in the recess 70 strip 60 is moved down faster than the other strip of the stack, the only subject to gravity. This arises Assigns between the bottom strip 60 and the rest of the stack is a gap into which the bolt can enter 76th During the upward movement of the plunger 62, the bolt 76 is retracted again in time, so that the weight 68 can press the next strip into the recess 70th
p0048<figref idrefs="f0010">Fig. 11</figref> shows a section through the plunger 62 in the state of the setting device, which is also in <figref idrefs="f0008">Fig. 9</figref> is shown. The sectional plane runs vertically here, but at right angles to the sectional plane in<figref idrefs="f0008">Fig. 9</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0009">10</figref>, There are shown only the bottom 60 of the strip housed in the magazine stack. The bottom strip is located in the recess of the punch 62. The peripheral wall of the recess is at the points at which the bars are 76, interrupted by slots 78 so that the latch up can come close 60 directly to the pile of strips. Now if suddenly the plunger 62 moves to the recorded in its recess strip 60 downward, as in<figref idrefs="f0010">Fig. 12</figref> is shown as driving the latch 76 inward so that they catch the next higher strip 60 before it can slide under its own weight.
p0049In a modified embodiment, the bolt 76 are elastic in the in <figref idrefs="f0010">Fig. 12</figref> biased engagement position shown, and they are urged in the upward movement of the plunger outwardly, so that the next strip can fall into the recess 70th In yet another embodiment, jaws 78 are provided instead of the bolt, which are integrated in the lateral guides 74 and some maintain the strip 60 at the lower end of the stack clamping in position while the punch is moved downwards with the strips received therein. If the stamp again reached its upper end position, the jaws are temporarily released so that the next strip can enter the recess 70th
