Care and/or make-up cosmetic composition structured with silicone polymers

Abstract

makeup cosmetic composition consisting in: a liquid fatty phase structured with continuous at least one structuring polymer having a weight average molecular weight of 500 to 500,000, containing at least one formula (III) or (IV) rest ** see formula * * where 1) R 1, R 2, R 3 and R 4, which may be identical or different, represent a group selected from: - hydrocarbon-based groups C1 to linear C40, branched or cyclic, saturated or unsaturated, possibly containing in its chain one or more oxygen, sulfur and / or nitrogen and which are possibly partly or completely substituted with fluorine atoms; - C6 to C10 aryl groups, optionally substituted with one or more alkyl groups C1 to C4; - Polyorganosiloxane chains possibly containing one or more oxygen, sulfur and / or nitrogen; 2) the groups X, which may be identical or different, represent a C1 to C30 alkylenediyl group linear or branched, possibly containing in its chain one or more oxygen atoms and / or nitrogen; 3) Y is a linear or branched, C1 to C50 saturated or unsaturated alkylene, arylene, cycloalkylene, alkylarylene or arylalkylene divalent group, possibly including one or more oxygen, sulfur and / or nitrogen and / or bearing as substituent one of the following atoms or groups of atoms: fluorine, hydroxyl, cycloalkyl C 3 to C 8, alkyl C1 to C40, aryl C5 to C10, phenyl optionally substituted with 1 to 3 groups C1 to C3 hydroxyalkyl, C1 to C3 and C1 to C6 aminoalkyl; or where 4) Y represents a corresponding to the formula group: - T represents one based on trivalent or tetravalent hydrocarbon C 3 to C group 24 linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated, optionally substituted with a polyorganosiloxane chain, and possibly containing one or more atoms selected from O, N and S, or T represents a trivalent atom selected from N, P and Al, and - R 5 represents an alkyl group C1 to linear or branched C50 or a polyorganosiloxane chain, possibly including one or more ester, amide, urethane, thiocarbamate, urea, thiourea and / or sulphonamide, can possibly join another polymer chain; 5) the groups G, which may be identical or different, represent selected from divalent groups: wherein R 6 represents a hydrogen atom or a C 1 alkyl to C 20 linear or branched, provided that at least 50% the R 6 groups on the polymer represent a hydrogen atom and that at least two of the groups G of the polymer are a group other than: 6) n is an integer from 2 to 500 and preferably from 2 to 200 m is a number integer from 1 to 1000, preferably from 1 to 700 and better still from 6 to 200. - polymer being solid at room temperature and soluble in the liquid fatty phase at a temperature of 25 to 250, said fatty phase containing at least one liquid compound capable of reducing the enthalpy of fusion the selected structuring polymer between monoalcohols, said composition containing at least one pigment and forming the liquid fatty phase, the structuring polymer and the compound capable of reducing the enthalpy of fusion of the structuring polymer a physiologically acceptable medium.
