Implant systems with fastener for mounting on an articulation surface of an orthopedic joint

An implant system for correcting the surface of at least a portion of an articulation surface of a bone, the system comprising: an implant (300; 326; 360; 500; 550; 580; 602; 630; 640; 670; 700 ; 754; 776; 794; 900) having an upper surface joint (306; 510, 554; 758; 780; 798; 931) and a surface (303; 509; 556; 760; 782; 800; 938) of juxtaposition bone; an elongated fastener (372; 462; 482; 570; 586; 592) having a first end (384; 486; 572; 588) is removably connected to the implant so that the fastener protrudes outwardly from the surface of juxtaposition to bone; a tubular bone anchor (374; 374A; 374B; 374C) removably surrounding at least a portion of the fastener; and an enlarged head (376; 488; 576) secured to the fastener so that at least a portion of the tubular bone anchor surrounding the fastener is selectively captured between the enlarged head and the implant, the enlarged head a nut (376) being threaded nut removably on the fastener so as to selectively push against the tubular bone anchor, characterized in that the elongated holder is removably connected to the implant manner and having the nut a threaded passage extending completely through it .
