Transfer resistant cosmetic compositions

Abstract

The present invention relates to a silica-silica resin, a top-tensile hardening liposilicon top polymer and an oscillating oxidizing agent. For application, the composition is a glittering film, but is durable, with other objects, such as waxes, towels, handkerchiefs and fabrics, in contact with a filmetal that does not leave the pen. In addition, the present invention relates to a process for the use of the present invention and to the use of a non-damaging auxiliary product for a dry-film drying thereof. ŕ
