Omnibus packed for bottles

The subject of the invention is a collective packaging of bottles, in particular bottles with contents, preferably made of cardboard or cardboard.

It is known from the Polish patent application P. 307276 of the same applicant, a collecting container for carrying bottles with contents, preferably made of cardboard or cardboard, formed of a support belt symmetrical with respect to the axis along which the folding edge is located, beyond which the stem plate with the hole is located lock, separated by a fold line from the bottom plate, which is separated by a line. bends from the face plate fastened with the stem plate by means of the arms of the stem clamp, which clamp is formed by bending the arms of the face plate on the fold lines, reversing these arms and threading their ends through the lock hole, and by folding the stem plates relative to the edge of the sling .

The disadvantage of this known solution is that the sling is too long in relation to the width causing technological difficulties. In addition, the known container must be delivered to the station in which the bottles are loaded into it, in a completely shaped state, i.e. with large, spacious dimensions. Yet another disadvantage of this solution is the lack of partitions between the bottles causing them to hit each other during transport due to loose deposition in the common socket. A significant disadvantage is the impossibility of stably placing more than just four bottles in the container sockets.

The object of the invention is to make a collective packaging for bottles without the above-mentioned drawbacks. This goal was achieved by making the packaging

180 849 bottles, in particular bottles with contents, formed of carrying straps containing a shaft with a lock hole, separated by a fold from the bottom separated by a second fold from the face connected to the arms.

According to the invention, the package is formed of two slings connected by a zipper, each sling comprising a partially cut ring having a blank. The support belt having an axial slit also has a lateral slit between the face and each of the arms.

In this solution, the zipper comprises a fastening thread placed in the zipper hole, the fastening clip having a width slightly larger than the width of the zipper hole. In contrast, the ring has two side wings bent at a right angle along the fold lines, relative to the base of the ring. In addition, the ring has a front flap folded at a right angle along the fold line, relative to the base of this ring, as well as a tongue located on the extension of this front flap. This tongue can be attached to the face of the sling with staples or glue.

In embodiments, the respective arms of the two sling straps can be joined together in two places by staples or glue to form a flexible package clamp.

Compared to the known solution, the packaging is made of two carrying straps, thanks to which the length of the strap can be twice smaller with the same width, enabling easier selection of the cardboard or cardboard format and its technological processing. The zip fastening two straps, forming the packaging handle has been strengthened because it is formed by two ends of the straps and two slings, and because the width of the sling is slightly wider than the width of the zipper opening, thanks to its elasticity it ensures a reliable connection of the ends of the straps. The ring with side wings, which is the nest of the middle bottle, allows you to separate three bottles in a row. Joining appropriate arms of two carrying straps in two places gives elasticity to the clamp, increasing the certainty of seating bottles in the packaging. The packaging can be delivered to the place where the bottles will be loaded, folded flat.

The subject of the invention is shown in the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a collective packaging of bottles in the form of a carrying strap, unfolded on a plane, Fig. 2 - a ring with wings forming a bottle seat, developed on a plane, Fig. 3 - packaging in ready for loading, in perspective view, Fig. 4 - top view packaging.

The packaging is formed of two identical slings 1 (Fig. 1). The support strap 1 comprises a lock 2 for connecting the ends of the two support straps 1, the stem 3 constituting the support wall of the packaging and the handle 4 provided with an opening 5, the stem 3 is separated from the bottom 7 by a fold 6, and the bottom 7 is separated by a fold 8 from the face 9. The face 9 finally has an axial cut 12 and a side cut 13 between this face and each of the arms 14, which are from this face 9 separated by folds 10 and 11 respectively.

Each arm 14 has a fold 15 that makes it easy to connect the arms 14 of the two slings 1 into a clamp. The joining of these arms 14 is carried out in two places by means of glue, and preferably by means of staples, creating a spring pressure on the bottle clamp.

The shank 3 comprises in the central part a partially cut ring 16 (fig. 2) provided with a blank 17, two side flaps 18 and a front flap 19. The ring 16 has a fold 20 connecting this ring with the stem 3, two folds 21 connecting to the side flaps 18 and two bends 22 connecting to the front flap 19. The front flap 19 includes an extension 23 of the tongue 23 constituting a fastening to the inside of the face 9.

The lock 2 (Fig. 3) is formed by two handles 4, each of which has one fold 24 constituting the upper ridge and two folds 25 enabling the formation of the lower ridge 26 of the handle 4 by inserting the fastening thread 27 into the opening 5 and its fold. The fastening strap 27 is slightly wider than the opening 5 to prevent it from sliding out of this opening 5 automatically.

The container is formed into a spatial structure as follows: first folds inwards folds 25, 24, 15, and 10, 11, two separate carrying straps 1, with folds 24, and 10, 11 folded at an angle of 180 °, and folds 25 and 15 at an angle of 90 °, after which

180 849 bends outwardly two bends 6 and 8 at an angle of 90 °. Next, it bends outside the bend 20 and inside the bends 21 and 22 of the ring 16 at an angle of 90 °, after which the front wing 19 and the tongue 23 are attached to the inside of the face 9. Then a lock 2 is created from the two handles of the two lifting straps 1 through putting the fastening threads 27 through the holes 5 and finally the respective pairs of arms 14 are joined together.

The above solution may be used as a collective packaging of bottles, especially beer bottles.
