Benzimidazole derivatives with antihistaminic activity

Where R1 is hydrogen, or short-chain hydrocarbon-based, such as methyl, ethyl, isopropyl, cyclopropyl, or vinyl, R2 is selected from the CH2OH, COOH, COOR3, and 4,4-II n-oxazoline in base groups, R3 as already mentioned short chain alkyl such as methyl, ethyl, etc. Also describes the method of preparation of such compounds, these compounds have high H1 antihistamines and anti-allergy activity and avoid the role of the central nervous and cardiovascular systems.
