Polishing mop for floors and other surfaces.

Abstract

A mop (1) for polishing floors and other surfaces consists of an upper and a lower nonwoven fabric group. The upper group (4,5,6,7) in turn consists of a plurality of assembled nonwoven fabric parts, each having a decreasing surface from top to bottom and each provided with fringes (8) at the outer edges. The lower group (9, 10) is fringe free and consists of several equal but smaller nonwoven surfaces than those of the upper group. The uppermost nonwoven fabric has a central opening (13) and two opposing pockets (15) into which a reinforcing member is inserted and whose surface is equal to that of the lower nonwoven fabric group.
