The invention relates to agriculture and can be used against insects damaging plants particularly, Fungi imperfect. The goal of the invention is increasing the protection capacity. The goal is achieved by means of using the biological active substance 3-ciano-4-(2,3 dichlor phenyl) pyrol (look at the formula) with other supplementary substances which are appalled on the plants, on the place where they are growing in the quantity of 0,05-5 cg/he or 10-600 g on 1 cg seeds.
