Insole with ventilation
Abstract
The invention relates to the shoe industry, in particular to the design of insoles with ventilation.Summary of the invention consists in that it is proposed an insole with ventilation, including an elastic air-permeable blade, placed into a shell made of elastic air-permeable material, where the number of pores is considerably smaller than in the elastic blade. Into the shell it is made at least one opening onto the bearing part of the insole, wherein there is installed a check valve with the possibility of leaking the air inside the insole. The insole may be provided with an elastic tube, joining the opening in the shell with the environment, at the same time the check valve may be installed into the tube.

Description:
The invention refers! in the manufacturing industry of the mind, in particular in the constructions of the ventilated insoles.
It is known the branch with ventilation for the mind that confines о pl ас! elastic! permeable! to the endowed air! with о waterproof coverings! in the air. in the casings is executed a large hole, in the top part of the top, and a smaller hole in its back!
The branch is equipped with о flap! reversible! Installed! in the rear hole with the possibility of letting the air s! GO! from inside the peak [1].
To the disadvantages of the known piece I refer! next! following:
1) Ventilate! only the top part of the inside volume of the head, because the air inside the head is absorbed by the top part of the tip through the large hole in the covers, but it comes through the nearest leakage! of this place between the foot and the shoes.
Therefore, the ventilation of the entire interior volume of the footwear is missing;
2) permeable plate! I'm working on the air! at the suction of the air, therefore, it will be beaten with impurities! the piece gets there! cease to trust;
3) during walking the sole of the exercised user's foot! pressure on the insole and the air that is! in the peak can! get out! out of it two! c! i, namely: on the narrow path! air outlet in the outdoor environment equipped! with flap!, or on the wide path! through the permeable plate! to the air and through the large hole in the top of the covers back inside the mind! It is obvious that! for the most part the air will travel from footwear to the top and back, headlight! to produce the effect of ventilation.
The problem I solve! invention const! in improving the exchange of air in places of excessive perspiration! of the sole and in the improvement of the hygienic conditions during the wearing of the child.
The essence of invention is const! in that c! we propose a branch with ventilation, which includes о lik! elastic! permeable! on the air! in a coating, made of air-permeable elastic material, where the number of pores is much smaller than in the elastic plate! At least one orifice is executed in the casing of the piece on the support part of the piece, where it is installed! о valve! reversible! with the possibility of air admittance inside the branch. The branch can be equipped with an elastic tube that unites the hole of the cover with the environment, at the same time! reversible flap! can be installed! in tub.
The branch can be provided with an elastic tube that connects the hole in the casings with the environment.
Reversible flap! can be installed! not in the hole of the covers, but in the tube. The result is const! in the possibility of improving the ventilation of the mind, based on the intensification of the gas exchange between the interior volume of the foot and the environment.
The invention is explained! through the drawings in Figures 1-3, which represent:
FIG. 1, the top, top view;
FIG. 2, section AA;
FIG. 3, cross section! vertical! to the boots.
Branch 1 with ventilation is executed as you like! 2 plans! made of air-permeable elastic material, for example, from the table! plastic! spongy! with open pores. The board is generally the same thickness and pose! the ability to support evenly! all! the surface, on which it is! the sole of the user's foot.
Plate 2 is inserted! in a 3 elastic wrap! permeable! on the air, executed! from spongy material, at the same time, the ability to air! GO! through it through all the pores the coatings must! be many times smaller! than the ability to pass the air through all the elements that ensure the advancement of the air in the bulk. At least one orifice 4 is made in the casings, preferably! in the back! of the peak or in the region of the plantar blight. In hole 4 it is installed! reversible flap 5! with the possibility of air! GO! inside the tip. From the hole 4 is joined the elastic tube 6, the free head of the body is removed outside the face of the mind. So the tube joins the inside! of the environment with the environment.
May! variant with the installation of the reversible flap 5 not in the hole 4 of the covers, but in the tube 6.
The branch smokes! in the next mode. If it doesn't exist! mechanical pressure! piece 1 is complete! through tube 6 and hole 4 with reversible flap 5! with air from the atmosphere !. During walking, when exercising pressure, the hump, under the pressure with which I press! on him the sole of the user's foot, it shrinks! the volume and, as a result, the air pressure in the bulk increases, the flip 5 reversible! the air is closed and, through the pores of the covers 3, it reaches the inner volume of the brain! When releasing under pressure the branch, based on its elastic properties, restores its initial volume, the air pressure inside it decreases, which leads to the opening of the reversible flap 5 and to filling with air from the atmosphere! of the inner volume of the tip through tube 6 and through hole 4. Further the cycle is repeated!
Thus, the requested piece works! like a pump! pressure pumping! air from the atmosphere! in the inner lining of the dress. The air used together! with the products arising from transpiration are
MD 2970 C2 2006.02.28 removed from the inner cavity of the user's footwear by the leak-tightness between the foot and the footwear's shoe. As a result, permanent and safe ventilation of the footwear is ensured during walking.
Therefore, the required ventilation clamp eliminates the main disadvantage of footwear made of air-impervious or insufficiently air-permeable materials, namely the lack of air exchange between the inner volume of the footwear and the environment and allows to create comfortable conditions for the user's feet during wearing of footwear.
