Ventilation insole (variants)
Abstract
The invention relates to the shoe industry, in particular to the manufacture of ventilation insoles.Summary of the invention consists in that the ventilation insole comprises an elastic air-permeable blade, placed into a shell made of elastic air-permeable material, the number of pores of which is many times smaller than in the elastic blade. On the bearing surface or on the frontal surface of the calcaneal part of the insole it is made at least one opening for air entry into the insole by means of a tube of elastic air-impermeable material, one end of which is joined with the opening or introduced inside the insole through the opening. It is possible a variant of the insole, wherein on the said surfaces it is made at least one opening for air entry into the insole. Into the elastic tubes or the openings for air entry there may be installed air filters. Also, there may be made several openings provided with or without tubes, with or without filters

The invention relates to the shoe manufacturing industry, in particular to the manufacture of ventilation insoles.
A ventilation beam is known, which contains о air-permeable elastic plate, placed in a shell, made of air-permeable elastic material, in which the number of pores is much smaller than in the elastic plate. In the casing, at least one orifice is made in the support part of the insole, in which a reversible flap is installed with the possibility of admitting air inside the insole.
The insole can be fitted with an elastic tube, which connects the hole in the shell with the environment, at the same time the reversible flap can be installed in the tube [1].
The main disadvantages of the known insole consist in the fact that: the insole can only be used in the shoe that has the seam, and the safety of the insole operation depends on the safety of the reverb and ball valve operation.
The problem of the present invention is the efficient ventilation of the shoe during its operation, the increase of the safety of the insole operation, the possibility of using the insole in all types of footwear.
The essence of the invention is that the ventilation insole confines the air-permeable elastic plate, located in a shell made of air-permeable elastic material, whose number of pores is much smaller than in the elastic plate. On the support surface or on the front surface of the heel portion of the sheath, at least one air inlet hole is made through the tube through an air-impermeable elastic tube, one end of which is directly attached to the hole or inserted into the hole. through the hole. The brant variant is possible, where at least one orifice for the entry of air into the brant is executed on the mentioned surfaces. Air filters can be installed in the elastic tubes or in the air inlets. Also, some orifices equipped with tubes or without them, with filters or without them can be executed.
The result of the invention consists in the efficient ventilation of the shoe during its operation, the increase of the safety of the insulation of the insole, obtaining the possibility of using the insole in all types of footwear.
The invention is explained by figures 1 ... 9, which represents:
FIG. 1, the inset with hole at the top of the sheath, equipped with elastic tube, top view;
FIG. 2, section AA of fig. 1;
FIG. 3, the insole with hole in the support part, equipped with elastic tube;
FIG. 4, section BB in fig. 3;
FIG. 5, the insole equipped with elastic tube, which unites the hole in the shell with the environment, without entering the inside of the shell;
FIG. 6, section CC of fig. 5;
FIG. 7, the longitudinal vertical cut of the shoe;
FIG. 8, the vertical longitudinal cut of the shoe without a shoe;
FIG. 9, the vertical longitudinal cut of the insole in which the elastic tube is missing.
Ventilation insole 1 is made as a flat plate 2 of air-permeable elastic material, for example lamellar expanded plastic with open pores. The board is generally the same thickness and has uniform support capacity throughout the surface that the user's foot presses. Plate 2 is enclosed in air-permeable elastic shell 3, made of porous material in which the number of pores is much smaller than in the plate. In the casing, at least one orifice 4 is made, located at the end or on the supporting surface of the heel part of the insole. In the hole is installed tube 5 of air-elastic elastic material, which passes with one end inside the plate 2 through the heel part of the insole, at the same time the opposite end of the tube is removed outside the shoe, and its ability to allow air to pass. through it. Thus, practically all the air inside the insole reaches through the tube, not through the sheath. It is possible to install a filter for cleaning the air in the tube. It is possible the insole version where the tube 5 unites the hole 4 of the cover 3 with the environment, again to enter inside the plate 2. It is possible the brant variant in which the tube 5 is missing, generally intended for footwear without any knowledge, at the same time the filter for cleaning the air. if necessary, it can be installed in the air inlet place inside the insole.
The insole works as follows. In the absence of mechanical load, the insole 1 is filled through the hole 4 and the tube 5 with air from the environment. During walking, when the foot is in a state of loading, initially the load о receives the heel portion of the insole, as a result it compresses along with the tube located in it and the tube loses the ability to let air pass through it. Therefore, the air is closed in the brant. Further, as the load spreads to the rest of the insole, the volume of the insole decreases entirely and as a result the air pressure in it increases and the air through the pores of the sheath 3 reaches the inner volume of the shoe. Upon further lifting of the load, the insole, based on its elastic properties, restores its initial volume, and the tube 5 forms, the air pressure inside the insole decreases, which leads to filling the inner volume of the insole through the hole 4 and the tube 5 with air from the environment. surrounding. Then the cycle is repeated. In the insole versions where the tube 5 unites the hole 4 of the cover 3 with the environment, without entering
MD 140 Y 2010.02.28 inside the plate 2 or the elastic tube is generally missing the air reaches the insole through the hole 4, but closes in the insole on the basis of the under-compression of the heel part of the plate 2 until it loses its capacity to to admit air. Thus, the claimed insole functions as a о grinding pump that pumps air into the interior space of the shoe. Waste air is removed from the inner cavity of the user's footwear by the leak-tightness between the foot and the footwear. As a result, permanent and safe ventilation of the shoe is ensured during walking.
Therefore, the claimed ventilation insole removes the main disadvantage of footwear made of air-impervious or insufficiently air-permeable materials, namely: the lack of gas exchange between the inner volume of the footwear and the environment and allows to create comfortable conditions for the user's feet in during the use of the shoe.
