Method of drinks refining from offensive smells
Abstract
The method of drinks refining from offensive smells stipulates the introduction of a saline sorbent, obtained out of grape marc, seeds marc and grape seeds oil cake in a quantity of 0,01-0,08 g/gmł after the alkali reaction and the treatment with copper or zinc salt solution. Then the drink with the sorbent is kept for a while and the liquid phase is separated from the solid one. The above-mentioned method refines juices, beer, wine stocks, wines, strong drinks due to the elimination of offensive smells spread by rats petrol, celar smells or other kind of smells.Drawings: 6.
