Prefabricated module storage device {ASSEMBLE-IN-PLACE MODULAR STORAGE}

The present invention relates to a novel prefabricated module storage device. More particularly, when various storage units, racks, display devices and cabinets are manufactured, it relates to an easy coupling method of a prefabricated module storage device having a connecting edge so that the devices can be connected, and an apparatus thereof.

The module enclosure is a useful device that is tailored to the component device or tailored to the user as needed. A panel-type storage device using a side panel connected to the edge of the device is based on Deway's US Patent Application No. 5,638,973 and Chan's US Patent Application No. 5,466,058. The container of Deway and Chan's panel-type storage device is a laminated structure with protrusions on the bottom in the grooves on the top.

US Patent Application No. 5,888,114 by Slocum et al. proposes a prefabricated toy or module storage device having a self-supporting edge. The storage device of Slocum has a continuous similar panel, and the coupling end between the outer periphery of one end in which a ring is formed and the other end in which a clasp is formed is slid to form a cube shape. When the two panels are slid, they are caught with each other and the panel edges are disassembled by sliding respectively. The Slocum has a very complex construction in a slide-in clasp that matches a slide collar and relies on groove clasps and clasps without guides or stops to maintain perfect alignment of the connecting panel. Slocum's slides for use with coupling devices are connected by 4 panels in the form of a box with 4 walls.

<solutionproblem>
A first challenge in the field of module enclosures is to provide similar panels that can be snapped together at corners. In addition, the second part to be attempted is to overcome the limitations of the prior art as a snap-in clasp and hook panel connection device.
</solutionproblem><meansproblemsolution>
The present invention relates to a module housing made in a panel. Each panel has a front view and a back side, four corners and four corners. At least one side of the four corners is shown in the front and back views and can be found on the clasp/hook. Another clasp/hook pair is formed in the adjacent corner, and the latching sequence for hooking the clasp alternates from the side of the corner and the opposite side. The elongated loop is sufficiently resilient, resilient, and/or resilient and spaced apart from an elongated clasp that is inserted or matched in position. Thus, a pair of opposing panels snaps to the edge forming a right angle between the two panels. Additionally, the panels are formed into cube-like structures for use in racks, carts, and desks. Each ring provides a stop piece to prevent sliding of the extended ring and clasp. A support wall may be formed in the corner between an adjacent pair of edges of each panel. Support walls at two adjacent corners (Fig. 1D) are used as larger corner supports to support each other and further stabilize the structure formed from the panels (Figs. 4 and 5A).

In a preferred embodiment, the clasps and loops are formed on a portion of each panel, and it is intended and described that the clasps and loops are attached to the corner locations of the panel. The effect of attaching the shackle and hook edges is effective for dissimilar materials that are difficult or impossible to co-mold, such as metal sheets, wood, or metal grid panels with plastic clasps and hooks added (Figure 8). that it can be combined. The panel has protrusions and grooves in the surface in the form of supporting the skeleton in the grid of the panel (Figures 2a, 114, 117 and 118) and provides a path or guide for shelves and drawers.

Hereinafter, the most preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in order to describe in detail enough that a person of ordinary skill in the art can easily carry out the present invention. . Other objects, features, and operational advantages, including the object, action, effect, and other objects of the present invention will become clearer by the description of the preferred embodiment.
</meansproblemsolution><effectiveness>
It is possible to overcome the limitations of the prior art as a snap-in clasp and hook panel connection device.
</effectiveness>

1 shows a perspective view of a preferred embodiment;

The cube (cube) is formed of four side panels (11). Each panel has a front side (12), a back side (13) and an edge (14) on the side of the corner. Each edge 14 is formed with each end 15 , a corner 16 of each panel 11 , and a clasp/hook pair 20 . Looking at the corner 14 , a clasp 21 and a hook 22 are formed near the corner 16 . The clasp/ring 20 has a clasp 21 formed on the edge 15 of the panel 11 disposed on one side and a hook 22 disposed on the other side to move in reverse. This structure is used to fabricate the overall structure.

1B, 1C, 1D and 1E are perspective views of an unassembled panel corner as shown, and a perspective view of the attached front corner as a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. 1D.

1B and 1C show the shape of a clasp 21, the clasp-shaped tab protrusion extending into a distal head 23 that snaps back to match the hook 22 slot 24. The panel is preferably extruded from acrylonitrile-butadiene-styren (ABS), Acetal, Acylic or Nylon. However, using materials such as polycarbonate, polypropylene or polyurethane can be modified. The alignment stop piece 30 is formed on the abutment surface of each edge 14 . The alignment stop piece 30 prevents movement of the clasp/ring connected to the clasp or ring that rises with the clasp or slide function. Additionally, as shown in Fig. 1D, the alignment stop pieces 30 form support walls between the panels that extend the overall structure. As shown in Fig. 1e, the expanded head 23 in the shape of a clasp makes the ring 22 from a material having sufficient resilience, flexibility and/or resilience, so that it is very tightly coupled within the slot 24 of the ring 22. am. The head 23 can be pulled back or closed from the slot replacing the slot wall which can be pushed back and snapped back without damage. Slot wall 25 with sufficient resilience minimizes the risk of neck damage during panel attachment or detachment so that no pressure is applied to neck 26 of clasp 21 . Referring to Fig. 2a, there is shown a perspective view of a first embodiment of the module housing.

The cube is formed of five square panels 111 . The panel 111 is a rectangular frame of a grid structure. The panel has a front side 112 , a back side 113 , and an edge 114 on each side. A clasp/hook is attached around the edge 115 of the edge 114 of each panel 111 . In addition, the panel grid 117 is formed within the range of the corner 114 , and the erected grid support 118 extends from the panel grid to the panel grid 117 and the panel 111 to be more stable. A clasp 201 and loop 202 seen from the corner 114 are formed around the corner. The pair of clasps/rings 200 are reversely rotated so that the clasps 201 are disposed on one side and the hooks 202 are disposed on the other side at the corners 114 of the panel 111 . This arrangement is the preferred embodiment of the same panel with a pair of clasps/hoops 200 used to make up the overall structure.

Hereinafter, variations in the side panels are foreseen and described. Other surface area features, cuts, skeletons and protrusions of the side panels are made within various variations of the scope of the invention.

Shown in FIGS. 2b, 2c, 2d and 2e are front and rear perspective views of the unattached panel corner, a perspective view of the attached front angle, the cross-sectional view of FIG. 2D taken along line AA, and a cross-sectional view of the corners of the four cube intersections.

A clasp 201 is shown in Figures 2b and 2c. The clasp-shaped tab protrusion has an elongated head 203 that snaps back and snaps into a hook 202 slot 204. The panel is preferably made of easily bendable and durable polypropylene, ABS, polycarbonate or nylon and injected. Reference numeral 235 shown in Fig. 2c denotes a corner support wall. An alignment stop piece 230 formed around the corner support wall 235 prevents the clasp 201 from moving back and forth within the ring 202 . Additionally, the combination of two or more corner support walls 235 forming a larger corner can hold the structure stronger.

FIG. 2D shows the elongated head 203 for forming the clasp being rigidly engaged within the slot 204 for forming the ring 202 . Since the panel is manufactured from a material that is sufficiently resilient, resilient and/or durable, the elongated head 203 can be pulled out or snapped out of the slot without damaging the slot wall 205 or the neck 206 of the clasp 201. .The support guide 250 is formed between the clasp 201 and the ring 202 . 2F shows the size and shape of the support rod 260 coupled to the support guide 250 . The support rod is used to prevent movement of the panel when it is necessary to restrict it in a children's facility or company, school or business place.

Figure 3a is a perspective view showing a second preferred embodiment of the prefabricated module storage device according to the present invention.

The cube is formed by five panels. Each panel 301 is the same size. Each panel face has an edge 304 . A clasp/hook is attached around the distal corner of the edge 304 of each panel 301 . As seen from the corner 304 , a clasp 321 and a hook 322 are attached around the corner 306 . The latch/ring 320 is reversely rotated with a latch 321 disposed on one side of the edge 304 of the panel 301 and a hook 202 disposed on the other side. This arrangement is a preferred embodiment of a panel that can be used to build the overall structure.

Figures 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e and 3f show front, back and rear perspective views of the clasp/hook, a perspective view of the front corner, a cross-section AA of Figure 3e and an edge of the intersection of the four cubes. 3B, 3C, and 3D show the clasp 321 . The clasp-shaped tab protrusion has an elongated head 323 that snaps back and snaps into a hook 322 slot 324 . The clasp/ring pair 320 is preferably made of easily bendable and durable polypropylene, ABS, polycarbonate, high durometer rubber, or nylon and injected. An alignment stop piece 330 is formed at the abutment corner of the clasp/hook 320 .

Figure 3e shows the location of the alignment stop piece 330 to prevent movement of the clasp 321 within the ring 322 that extends to maintain the structure. The enclosed corner support wall 330 is a support edge 331 that engages the support edge 331 around the attached panel and forms a larger corner support 332 .
