<figref num="1">It is sectional drawing which shows the structural example of the printed decorative metal plate which concerns on one Embodiment of this invention.</figref>
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Here, the drawings are schematic, and the relationship between the thickness and the plane dimensions, the ratio of the thickness of each layer, and the like are different from the actual ones. Further, the embodiments shown below exemplify a configuration for embodying the technical idea of the present invention, and the technical idea of the present invention describes the materials, shapes, structures, etc. of the constituent parts as follows. It is not specific to things. The technical idea of the present invention may be modified in various ways within the technical scope specified by the claims described in the claims.
(Structure) As shown in FIG. 1, the printed decorative metal plate 1 includes a metal plate 2, a chemical conversion treatment layer 3, a primer coat layer 4, a base coat layer 5, a pattern layer 6, and a top layer constituting the outermost layer. A coat layer 7 is provided, and a back surface chemical conversion treatment layer 8 and a back surface coat layer 9 are further provided. Then, the chemical conversion treatment layer 3, the primer coat layer 4, the base coat layer 5, the pattern layer 6, and the top coat layer 7 are laminated in this order on one surface (surface side) of the metal plate 2. Further, the back surface chemical conversion treatment layer 8 and the back surface coating layer 9 are laminated in this order on the other surface (back surface side) of the metal plate 2.
The layer structure of the printed decorative metal plate 1 of the present embodiment may be another layer structure. For example, in order to improve the design, a matte conduit printing layer may be provided between the pattern layer 6 and the top coat layer 7.
Here, one of the features of this embodiment is that an antiviral agent is added to at least the outermost layer of the above-mentioned one or more layers. Considering the cost, it is preferable that the antiviral agent is added only to the outermost layer. The top coat layer 7 constituting the outermost layer may be two or more layers. In this case, it is preferable that the antiviral agent is added only to the outermost layer.
The antiviral agent is preferably added in an amount of 0.2 parts by mass or more and 5 parts by mass or more with respect to the solid content of the layer to be added. The upper limit of the addition amount is, for example, 10 parts by mass.
Further, from the viewpoint of improving the fireproof surface, it is preferable that each layer is a printed layer formed by printing.
Hereinafter, a specific configuration example of each layer will be described.
[Metal plate]
The metal plate 2 is a plate that is a base of the printed decorative metal plate 1. In this embodiment, a non-alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is used as an example of the material of the metal plate 2. The non-alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is a steel sheet in which zinc plating (metal film) is formed on the surface of the steel sheet, but the alloying treatment is not applied to improve the adhesion to the paint and the corrosion resistance.
The metal plate 2 may be an alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel plate, a galvalume steel plate (registered trademark), a stainless steel plate, an aluminum plate, or the like.
The thickness of the metal plate 2 is, for example, 0.4 mm or more.
[Chemical conversion treatment layer]
The chemical conversion treatment layer 3 is a chemical conversion coating provided on one surface of the metal plate 2 in order to improve corrosion resistance. As the chemical conversion treatment layer 3, for example, a chromate film or a chromate-free film can be adopted. In particular, a chromate-free coating is desirable from the viewpoint of environmental load. The chromate-free film can be formed by chromate-free treatment (non-chromate treatment). The treatment liquid used for the chromate-free treatment includes, for example, a treatment liquid containing no hexavalent chromium, for example, a treatment liquid containing zirconium Zr, titanium Ti, or a salt of both of them, or a treatment containing a silane coupling agent. Liquids and the like can be adopted. By chromate-free treatment using such a treatment liquid, titanium Ti, zirconium Zr, phosphorus P, cerium Ce, silicon Si, aluminum Al, lithium Li, etc. are contained as main components on the hot-dip galvanized layer. A chromate-free film containing no chromium can be formed. That is, the chromate-free coating comprises, for example, titanium Ti, zirconium Zr, phosphorus P, cerium Ce, silicon Si, aluminum Al, or lithium Li, or any combination thereof.
[Primer coat layer]
The primer coat layer 4 is a layer for improving the adhesion and corrosion resistance between the base coat layer 5 and the chemical conversion treatment layer 3. As the material of the primer coat layer 4, for example, a primer containing a polyester resin (about 57%), an organic additive (about 1%) and a pigment (about 42%) is used.
[Base coat layer]
The base coat layer 5 is a layer for imparting the base color of the pattern layer 6 to the printed decorative metal plate 1. As the material of the base coat layer 5, for example, a pigment-containing resin containing a polyester-based resin (about 45%), a melamine-based resin (about 15%), and a pigment (about 40%) is used. A base color pigment is added to the pigment. Further, an epoxy resin or an acrylic resin may be added to the base coat layer 5 in order to improve the corrosion resistance. Further, an epoxy resin, an acrylic resin, or a rust inhibitor may be added to the base coat layer 5 in order to improve corrosion resistance. Further, a weather resistant agent such as an ultraviolet absorber or a light stabilizer may be added to the base coat layer 5 depending on the required performance.
[Picture layer]
The pattern layer 6 is a layer for imparting a design property by a pattern to the printed decorative metal plate 1. The pattern layer 6 is formed by using a printing ink or a paint obtained by dissolving or dispersing a colorant such as a dye or a pigment in a suitable diluting solvent together with a suitable binder resin. For example, as the material of the pattern layer 6, a printing ink or a paint containing a polyester resin (about 49%), an organic additive (about 1%), a pigment (about 50%) and the like is used. As the pigment, a known pigment can be used, and for example, titanium oxide, zinc flower, carbon black, iron / composite oxide, iron oxide, organic pigment, metallic pigment, pearl pigment and the like can be adopted. Of these, iron / composite oxides are used as heat-shielding pigments. A weather resistant agent such as an ultraviolet absorber or a light stabilizer may be added to the pattern layer 6 depending on the performance further required.
The printing ink or paint is applied by, for example, various printing methods such as a gravure printing method, an offset printing method or an inkjet printing, or various coating methods such as a gravure coating method or a roll coating method.
The pattern of the pattern layer 6 is not particularly limited, but for example, a wood grain pattern, a stone pattern, a cloth pattern, an abstract pattern, a geometric pattern, a character, a symbol, a solid color, etc., or a combination of two or more of these. Etc. can be used.
[Top coat layer]
The top coat layer 7 is a transparent layer for imparting weather resistance, bending workability, scratch resistance, and cleanability to the printed decorative metal plate 1. As the material of the top coat layer 7, for example, a top coat agent containing a polyester resin (about 84%), an organic additive (about 7%) and an inorganic additive (about 9%) can be used. Further, an aggregate such as resin beads or silica may be added to the top coat layer 7 in order to improve the design. Further, a weather resistant agent such as an ultraviolet absorber may be added to the top coat layer 7 in order to improve the weather resistance, and a matting agent may be added in order to adjust the gloss. Further, an additive for imparting deodorant property, aromaticity and the like, and an additive for imparting antibacterial property may be added to the top coat layer 7.
<Addition of antiviral agent> An antiviral agent is added to the top coat layer 7 of the present embodiment. When the top coat layer 7 is composed of two or more layers, it is preferable that the antiviral agent is added only to the outermost layer.
The antiviral agent is preferably a silver-based material such as an inorganic silver-zinc compound.
Examples of the antiviral agent include antibacterial zeolite, antibacterial apatite, antibacterial zirconia, etc. formed by incorporating a metal ion of silver ion, copper ion, or zinc ion into a substance such as an inorganic compound zeolite, apatite, or zirconia. Inorganic antibacterial agents can be used, and as antiviral agents, zincpyridione, 2- (4-thiazolyl) -benzoimidazole, 10,10-oxybisphenoxanodine, organic titanium sulfur halogen-based, pyridine-2-thiol- Oxides and the like can be used, but silver-based antiviral agents are superior in terms of antiviral effect. Moreover, the antiviral agent may be an organic antiviral agent.
Further, the antiviral agent may have a structure in which a silver-based material is supported on an inorganic material.
Here, the amount of the antiviral agent added is, for example, in the range of 5 parts by mass or more and 10 parts by mass or less when the solid content of the top coat layer is 100. More preferably, it is in the range of 5 parts by mass or more and 7 parts by mass or less. This is because it was confirmed by experiments that the antiviral agent works effectively and the antiviral property is improved when the amount of the antiviral agent added is 5 parts by mass or more. Further, when the amount of the antiviral agent added is 10 parts by mass or less, the scratch resistance of the added layer is improved.
The average particle size of the antiviral agent is preferably 0.5 times or more and 2 times or less the thickness of the layer to be added. That is, when the average particle size of the antiviral agent is φ and the thickness of the outermost layer is D, the relationship of 0.5D φ 2D is established. When the average particle size of the antiviral agent is 0.5 times or more and 2 times or less that of the surface protective layer 14, the antiviral property is improved by expanding the contact area with the antiviral agent and expanding the surface area of the antiviral agent itself.
The average particle size of the antiviral agent is preferably 1 μm or more and 10 μm or less. When the average particle size of the antiviral agent is 1 μm or more, the contact area between the surface protective layer 14 and the antiviral agent is improved, and the antiviral property is improved. When the average particle size of the antiviral agent is 10 μm or less, the scratch resistance is improved.
Further, it is preferable that a plurality of peaks of the particle size of the antiviral agent are present. Specifically, the peak particle size of the antiviral agent preferably includes a first peak in the range of 1 μm or more and 5 μm or less and a second peak in the range of 5 μm or more and 10 μm or less. Here, the second peak of the particle size of the antiviral agent is set to a value larger than the first peak. Since a plurality of peaks of the particle size of the antiviral agent are present, the packing density of the antiviral agent is further improved, and more antiviral agents can be added. Therefore, the contact area with the antiviral agent is expanded, and the surface area of the antiviral itself is also expanded, so that the antiviral property is improved.
[Backside chemical conversion treatment layer]
The back surface chemical conversion treatment layer 8 is a chemical conversion coating provided on the other surface of the metal plate 2 in order to improve corrosion resistance, and is formed in the same manner as the chemical conversion treatment layer 3.
[Back coat layer]
The back surface coat layer 9 is a layer for covering the other surface of the metal plate 2, that is, the back surface of the printed decorative metal plate 1. As the material of the back surface coat layer 9, for example, an epoxy resin (about 49%) and an inorganic additive (about 51%) can be used. A polyester resin may be used instead of the epoxy resin. Further, a rust preventive agent may be added to the back surface coat layer 9 in order to improve the corrosion resistance.
(Action and Others) According to the present embodiment, it is possible to provide a printed decorative metal plate having a design property in which antiviral performance is added in addition to fire prevention performance.
Here, regarding disaster prevention certification, it is effective to use a steel plate or other metal plate as the base material, but in order to improve the design, the sheet printed on the metal plate is laminated using an adhesive. There is a method of printing directly on a metal plate. In the present embodiment, by configuring all the layers as a printing layer formed by printing, the configuration has a particularly small organic mass, which is advantageous in terms of fire protection.
Further, regarding the antiviral performance, it is effective to add the additive to the entire layer of the printed decorative metal plate, but in the present embodiment, it is added only to the outermost layer in consideration of cost effectiveness. Antiviral agents may be added to other layers as well.
The printed decorative metal plate 1 of the present embodiment is a part that defines a closed space in a public facility or other building where people come and go, such as a door that is likely to be contacted by a person, a locker for storing an object, and the like. It is a component that defines a closed space, and is suitable for application to surface constituent members (doors, etc.) that are likely to come into contact with humans.
Here, when the printed decorative metal plate 1 is used for a front door for locking / unlocking with a key, the metal plate 2 is often used in a state of being in contact with a stainless steel member. Therefore, in the present embodiment, a case where an unalloyed non-alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is used as the metal plate 2 is exemplified.
The ionization tendency of stainless steel is about the same as that of copper (Cu). If an alloyed hot-dip zinc-plated steel plate is used as the metal plate 2, for example, a front door is formed from a printed decorative metal plate using this alloyed hot-dip zinc-plated steel plate, and a stainless steel keyhole is provided in the front door. In that case, if the entrance door and the key hole get wet due to rain, etc., and different metals come into contact with each other in the electrolyte such as rain, alloyed molten zinc with a lower ionization tendency than the stainless steel key hole. A metal plate made of a plated steel plate is easier to emit electrons.
The alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is obtained by alloying zinc and iron in the plated portion by hot-dip galvanizing the steel sheet and then heat-treating it, and the plated portion contains about 10% iron. A metal plate made of an alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet that has a lower ionization tendency when exposed to rain or the like while the entrance door made of a printed decorative metal plate made of an alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel plate is in contact with a stainless steel keyhole. It becomes easy to emit electrons on the side of the printed decorative metal plate including. Since the alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet contains about 10% iron in the plated portion, it is presumed that the iron contained in the plated portion becomes red rust and is formed around the stainless steel keyhole.
On the other hand, the printed decorative metal plate 1 in one embodiment of the present invention uses a non-alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel plate as the metal plate 2. Therefore, even if the stainless steel keyhole and the entrance door made of the printed decorative metal plate 1 come into contact with each other and the different types of metals come into contact with each other to promote the ionization of the metal plate 2, the plated portion is almost covered. Since iron is not contained, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of red rust on the metal plate 2 due to the iron contained in the plated portion.
As a result, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of red rust around the keyhole of the entrance door, and as a result, the corrosion resistance of the entrance door can be improved at low cost.
It should be noted that the above-described embodiment is an example of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment. As long as it does not deviate, various changes can be made according to the design and the like.
<p><Example 1> In the example, a non-alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet (SGC440 steel sheet) having a thickness of 0.4 mm conforming to JIS G 3302 is prepared as the metal plate 2, and a zircon hydrofluoric acid-based chemical conversion treatment agent is used. Both sides of the metal plate 2 were subjected to chemical conversion treatment to form chemical conversion treatment layers (chromate-free coatings) 3 and 8. Subsequently, the back surface coating layer 9 was provided on the back surface side of the metal plate 2, and the primer was applied to the front surface side to provide the primer coat layer 4. The primer was dried by baking at 200 ° C or higher. A primer containing a polyester resin (about 57%), an organic additive (about 1%) and a pigment (about 42%) is used as a primer, and the dry coating amount of the primer is 9.5 g / m.2And said.</p><p>Then, various additives (epoxy-based resin and acrylic-based resin) were added to a commercially available base coat made of a pigment-containing resin, and this base coat was applied onto the primer coat layer 4. The base coat layer 5 was dried by baking at 200 ° C or higher. Subsequently, a pattern layer 6 having a thickness of about several μm was provided by a gravure offset printing method, and a top coat of 9 μm was further applied to provide a top coat layer 7 having a thickness of about 10 μm. The top coat layer 7 was dried by baking at 200 ° C or higher. As a result, the printed decorative metal plate of Example 1 was produced.</p><p>Here, the coating liquid constituting the top coat layer 7 contains only 5 parts with respect to 100 solids after drying, and an inorganic silver-zinc compound as an antiviral agent (manufactured by Taisho Technos Co., Ltd .: Biosite TB-B100).
