Flushable catheters

A catheter structure (100, 100a) comprising: a catheter shaft (102) having proximal and distal end portions (104, 106); an introducer tip (108) associated with the proximal end portion (104) of the catheter stem (102); and an introducer device plug structure (110, 110a) removably connected to the introducer tip (108) and defining a slot (120) along at least a portion of an outer perimeter (118) of the structure introducer device cap (110, 110a), wherein the slot (120) is configured to receive at least a portion of the catheter stem (102) to wrap the catheter stem (102) around the outer perimeter (118) of the plug structure of the introducer device (110, 110a) .
