Guiding arm for wire bobbin winder.
Abstract
In a guiding arm for a wire bobbin winder (1) provided with wire guiding rollers wherein the roller guiding is curved according to a spatial curve and including a plurality of profiled rollers (4) arranged on the guiding arm (1), multiple utilizations and a prolonged life duration are achieved by arranging the rollers (4) one by one and spaced from each other on the convex side of the spatial curve where said curve has its most pronounced curvature. The guiding arm (1) is preferably embodied as a pipe presenting hollows wherein the rollers (4) with their profile are biting at least far enough so that the wire remains at a distance from the pipe wall at least in the hollow area on either side of the rollers (4).

The invention relates to a positioning arm "of • · · a wire winder provided with a roller guide") to the wire, in which the roller guide is curved according to a curve in space and is formed by several ςόςΐί. • · · shaped messes arranged in the positioning arm. A wire winder positioning arm of this type is.
· · · · · Known from before by the German patent specification; / '.

14 143. This positioning arm has two rows / • • • • profile rollers, which are arranged at ca.¿5 «ti • • • • • • • one next to the other in such a way that it forms the only guide for the wire that runs between the two rows. This positioning arm is expensive and also has the disadvantage that the rollers, due to different loads, wear correspondingly differently.
The function of the invention is to obtain a wire winding placement bracket of the type indicated at the beginning, which at a relatively low cost allows. an accurate wire guide and reduced wear. The solution to the problem consists in the characteristics of the characterizing part of claim 1a.
The invention has the advantage that friction is achieved exclusively by rolling with a small number of rollers. However, the new locating arm is not only suitable for the placement of thinner wires, but especially also thicker, even above the known thicknesses of wire rolling wires. With this it is possible to adapt the diameter of the rollers

In addition, it is possible to vary the separation of the rollers from each other. Here it is especially advantageous that he is ··. · Separation is lower in the areas of greater curvature of the ·· * curve in space than in other areas, since with © li® the guidance is improved.
• • ·
To thread the wire it is convenient to arrange. between the rollers guide elements for the wire on the convex side of the curve in the space with separation • • • from it in such a way that they are very close to the rollers.
· · ·
This also provides additional security against the jump out of the wire. f '·' • · · ·
The same is achieved by configuring the positioning arm as a tube, where the tube has recesses in which the rollers penetrate with their profile at least until. a depth such that the wire maintains, at least in the area of the recess, a separation of the tube wall on both sides of the rollers. This configuration of the positioning arm enables a particularly simple, convenient and safe construction, which also allows a change of the new positioning arm by one of the laying tubes, such as those existing in numerous current installations and which wear out rapidly due to to strong friction with the wall of the tube.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is represented schematically in the drawing that is explained in more detail below. Represent:

In the positioning arm 1, which has an internal * 40mm * c & * S · · · · meter, they are located, as shown in FIG. 1, eight profiled rollers 4 distributed in their length, whose separation between centers is between 250 and 300 mm. The smallest separation is valid here for the area of the arm, where it has the greatest curvature. In the area of the rollers, the positioning arm 1 has on the convex side a recess 5 in each case, in which the rollers 4 penetrate with play, as seen in FIGS. 2 and 3. The wire placed is 22 mm diameter steel wire.
The rollers 4 are supported on an axis 6 by means of shielded ball bearings 7 and are easily interchangeable because the shaft 6 is configured as a plug axis and is fixed by nuts 8. The fixing rests here on both sides of the branch, provided in each case with a hole 9, with a U-shaped clamp 10, which embraces the positioning tube 1 and is fixed to the latter by the welding cords 11.

During the travel through the positioning arm 1, the wire 13 rests solely on the rollers 4, as seen in FIG. 2. The tube forming the arm ** placement serves here only as support of ROAT • · · trouble 4 and simultaneously as a shield safe Alamere,. · ··· and optionally also for the transmission of I * 3.j- £> · refrigerant. This tube can be curved in a known manner according to an existing template corresponding to the curve of the space provided. The recesses 5 are then cut out in the locations provided for the rollers 4 and then the clamps 10 for the rollers 4 are suddenly clamped only. Then the alignment of the clamps 10 is performed in such a way that the normal curvature 14 is perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the rollers 4, as indicated in fig. 3. This fulfills the condition that the rollers 4 are located where the curve in the space presents its greatest curvature at the corresponding site. This has the consequence that the ball bearings 7 are only radially loaded and thus receive a long service life. The number and size of the rollers 4 depend on the loads of each case, as they are produced each time from the thickness and speed of the wire.
After the alignment of the clamps 10, these are welded to the positioning arm 1. In cases espe30
