Guiding arm for wire bobbin winder.
Abstract
In a guide arm for wire winder (1) provided with a wire guide by rollers, where the roller guide is curved in a spatial curve and formed of several profiled rollers (4) on the guide arm (1). ), multiple use and a long service life are achieved by the fact that the rollers (4) are arranged one by one and spaced from each other on the convex side of the spatial curve, where the latter has its largest curvature at the place of the disposition of the wheels. The guide arm (1) preferably has the shape of a pipe having depressions in which the rollers (4) with their profile bite at least far enough to keep the wire away from the wall of the pipe at least in the area of the hollow on both sides of the rollers (4).

Wire reel-laying arm
The invention relates to a with a roller guide provided for the wire wire reel-laying arm, wherein the roller guide curved a space curve and is formed by a plurality of spaced at laying arm profiled rollers. A wire reel-laying arm of this type is already known from DE-PS 28 14 143. This placement arm includes two sets of profile rollers which are each arranged in each row then so that they are the only guide for the two
Series forms running wire. This placement arm is on agile and also suffers from the disadvantage that the rollers due to different load wear varies accordingly.
The invention has for its object to provide a wire reel-laying arm of the aforementioned type that allows at a relatively low effort precise and low-wear wire guide. The solution of the problem lies in the features of the characterizing portion of claim 1.
The invention has the advantage that a small number of roles an exclusively rolling friction is achieved. Nevertheless, the new placement arm is suitable not only for laying thinner, but especially of thicker wires, out going even beyond the known wire thicknesses. It is possible to make the roller diameter respectively at different Be adjust loads and conditions.
It is also possible to vary the distance of the rollers to each other. It is particularly advantageous that this distance in regions of greater curvature of the spatial curve is lower than in the other areas, characterized because the guide is improved.
For the threading of the wire, it is expedient at a distance therefrom to be disposed between the rollers guiding elements for the wire on the convex side of the curve in space so that they come close close to the rollers. This also provides additional security against jumping out of the wire is achieved.
The same is achieved in that the laying arm is designed as a tube, wherein the tube has recesses in which engage the rollers with their profile at least so far that the wire in the region of the recess on both sides of the rolls is replaced by at least a distance from the pipe wall. This design of the laying arm allows a particularly simple, convenient and safe design, which allows also an exchange of new laying arm against a publisher ear as they are used in existing plants often and wear out quickly due to strong friction against the pipe wall.
In more detail explained below drawing two embodiments of the invention are shown schematically. Show it: FIG. 1 shows a form of a tube laying arm in view
Fig. 2 is a longitudinal section through a part of the
Laying arm according to Fig. 1,
Fig. 3 shows a cross section through the laying arm in the region formed as a tube and a roll
Fig. 4 shows another embodiment of the laying arm according to the invention in view.
The tubular laying arm 1 of a not shown
Wire reel assumes its upper, rotatable on the wire Hapel mounted end 2The of a rolling train coming stretched wire and forms it in the course of the space curve to endless ring turns which emerge at its lower end 3rd
At the laying tube 1 having an inner diameter of 40 mm, are, as is apparent from Fig. 1, distributed over its length eight profiled rollers 4 arranged, the center distance is between 250 and 300 mm. The lower distance is given to laying pipe in the area of Ver, in welchem.es has the greatest curvature. In the region of the rollers, the laying tube 1 on the convex side of a respective recess 5, in which engage with play the rollers 4, as can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3. In the laid wire is steel wire of 22 mm in diameter. The rollers 4 are mounted on an axis 6 by means of sealed ball bearings 7, and thereby easily exchangeable in that the axis 6 is formed as a plug shaft and is fixed with nuts. 8 The attachment relies on either side of which are each provided with a bore 9 legs of a U-shaped clip 10 from which wraps around the laying tube 1, and is fixed to the latter by welds 11th
A lubrication of the ball bearing 7 is performed centrally by corresponding channels in the axle 6 through a grease nipple 12. Cooling of wire 13 is to the necessary extent by means of injection nozzles, not shown, causes the cooling medium in addition to the rollers 4 into the recesses 5 in the direction of movement of the wire 13 inject
The wire 13 is supported during passage through the laying arm 1 only against the rollers 4 from, as is apparent from FIG. 2. The tube, which forms the laying arm, merely serves to hold the rollers 4 and at the same time a secure shielding of the wire and may also have a forwarding of the cooling medium. It can be bent in a known manner to an existing template according to the intended space curve. The recesses 5 are then cut to the provided for the rollers 4 points and then the clamps 10 initially only clipped for the roles. 4 Thereafter, the alignment of the clamps 10 in the manner, in that the curvature Normal 14 is perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the rollers 4, as 3 is interpret in Fig.. So that the condition is satisfied that the rollers 4 are located where the space curve at that point has its greatest curvature. This has the consequence that the ball bearings 7 are only loaded radially and thereby obtain a long service life. Number and Size the rollers 4 are based on the respective load as they result from the thickness and the speed of the wire respectively.
After aligning the clamps 10, these are welded to the laying arm. 1 In special cases it may be advantageous in that the rollers 4 to be adjustable in their position even later. In the case of the clamp 10 in question is attached to the adjustable placement arm 1, which can be prepared by at least one shifted in laying tube 1 fastening screw that penetrates through a disposed in the clamp slot 10 carried out, in the simplest manner.
In the illustrated in Fig. 4 another embodiment of the invention, the laying arm 1 'of a at its upper end 2' having the wire reel is rotatably connected to a straight line extending tube 15, to which are length-adjustable arms 16 pivotally mounted. Each arm 16 has at its free end a roller 4 carrying the U-shaped clamp 10 '. The clamps 10 'are connected via a ball joint 17 with the Ar¬men 16, whereby the rollers 4 set direction desired in each, may be. Previously be determined by appropriate pivoting, height and length adjustment of the arms 16 the desired curve in space. To besse en threading the wire in commencing installation, it is expedient to provide 4 baffles between the rollers which are arranged on the convex side of the curve in space and at a distance therefrom so that they come close close to the rollers, as z. B. the previous embodiment is the case by the outer tubular portion of the laying arm first The baffles the clamps 10 'are attached and also serve to stabilize the laying arm 1'. The embodiment of Fig. 4 has the advantage of easy adjustment of the laying arm on different space curves.
