Lock

The invention relates to a lock with a locking mechanism which has a bolt which can be moved between a locking position intended for securing a counterpart which can be moved relative to the locking mechanism and an unlocking position which is intended for releasing the counterpart, and with an actuating element for manually moving the bolt into the unlocking position. The lock also has a coupling element which can be switched between a coupled state, in which it is coupled to the bolt, and a decoupling state, in which it can be moved relative to the bolt, and which can be moved from a passive position to an active position by means of the actuating element, wherein the latch can be moved into the unlocked position by a movement of the coupling element in the coupling state from the passive position into the active position by the actuating element.
