  1. 1
A medication dispenser (10) comprising:a base seat (2) including a mouthpiece (23);a notched wheel (32) rotatable within said base seat (2), and formed with a plurality of equidistantly and angularly spaced-apart notches (321), each of said notches (321) being adapted for receiving one of capsules (313) of a conveying strip (31);a circuitry unit (4) including a main circuit module (41), said main circuit module (41) including a first circuit board (411) that is mounted on said base seat (2), a plurality of magnets (417) and a Hall sensor (418);and an outer casing (7) movably mounted to said base seat (2), and movable relative to said base seat (2) between a close position where said outer casing (7) covers said mouthpiece (23), and an open position where said outer casing (7) uncovers said mouthpiece (23), characterized in that said magnets (417) are co-rotatably mounted to said notched wheel (32), and are equidistantly and angularly spaced apart from each other, and during rotation of said magnets (417), said Hall sensor (418) generates a signal during switching from a first detecting state in which the Hall sensor (418) is not registered with the magnets (417) to a second detecting state in which the Hall sensor (418) is registered with one of the magnets (417) or from the second detecting state to the first detecting state.
  2. 5
The medication dispenser (10) as claimed in any one of claims 2-4, wherein dose in a corresponding one of the capsules (313) is determined to be inhaled when said Hall sensor (418) is switched from the first detecting state to the second detecting state or from the second detecting state to the first detecting state.
  3. 6
The medication dispenser (10) as claimed in any one of claims 2-5, wherein said notched wheel (32) has a top surface (322) serving as said end surface (322), said first circuit board (411) having a bottom surface (413) serving as said surface (413), said base seat (2) including a seat body (21), said seat body (21) having a top wall (210), said top wall (210) being formed with a mount hole (220), said Hall sensor (418) being located within said mount hole (220), and being located above and spaced part from said top surface (322) of said notched wheel (32).
  4. 7
The medication dispenser (10) as claimed in any one of claims 2-6, wherein said circuitry unit (4) further includes a chip (415), when said chip (415) receives the signal generated by the Hall sensor (418), said chip (415) recording that the signal generated by the Hall sensor (418) is received once, so as to determine that dose in a corresponding one of the capsules (313) is inhaled and to determine a number of remaining doses in said medication dispenser (10) is to be decremented by one.
  5. 8
A medication dispenser (10) comprising:a base seat (2) including a mouthpiece (23);a circuitry unit (4) including a main circuit module (41), said main circuit module (41) including a first circuit board (411) that is mounted on said base seat (2), a Hall sensor (418) that is fixedly disposed, and a plurality of magnets (417);a notched wheel (32) rotatable within said base seat (2), and formed with a plurality of equidistantly and angularly spaced-apart notches (321), each of said notches (321) being adapted for receiving one of capsules (313) of a conveying strip (31), said notched wheel (32) having a top surface (322);and an outer casing (7) movably mounted to said base seat (2), and movable relative to said base seat (2) between a close position where said outer casing (7) covers said mouthpiece (23), and an open position where said outer casing (7) uncovers said mouthpiece (23), characterized in that said magnets (417) are fixedly mounted to said top surface (322) that is proximate to said Hall sensor (418), and are spaced apart from each other, and during rotation of said notched wheel (32), said magnets (417) being driven to be registered with or not registered with said Hall sensor (418) so as to switch said Hall sensor (418) between a first detecting state and a second detecting state.
  6. 10
The medication dispenser (10) as claimed in any one of claims 1-6, wherein said circuitry unit (4) further includes a battery (416), a first switch (424) that is disposed on said first circuit board (411), and a second switch (425) that is disposed on said first circuit board (411), when said outer casing (7) is at the close position, said first switch (424) being actuated such that electric power is prevented from being supplied from said battery (416) to said first circuit board (411), when said outer casing (7) is at the open position, said second switch (425) being actuated such that electric power is supplied from said battery (416) to said first circuit board (411).
  7. 13
The medication dispenser (10) as claimed in any one of claims 1-6, wherein said base seat (2) includes a top wall (210), and defines a flow path (P) located between said top wall (210) and said mouthpiece (23), said circuitry unit (4) further including a pressure sensor (419) that is located in said flow path (P) for detecting pressure difference in said flow path (P), said medication dispenser (10) further comprising a dispensing device (3) that is disposed in said base seat (2) and that includes a conveying strip (31), said conveying strip (31) including a capsule (313) that is in fluid communication with said flow path (P) and that is located downstream of said pressure sensor (419).
