The invention relates to a backpack according to the preamble of claim 1 and an extension plate for a backpack.
Back straps with one or more shoulder straps are well known in the art. The wearing comfort of such back straps depends on how well the user's height and the length of the back plate of the back carrier can be matched.
In addition, back rests can be equipped with or without a hip belt. In a backbone without a hipbelt, the weight of the backbone and its load are transmitted substantially via shoulder straps to the shoulders of a user. The back support leans on the lower back of the user with a contact surface on the user, and the shoulder straps are on the shoulders of the user. The shoulder straps are attached to an upper attachment point of the backpack. These attachment points lie in the attached state of the backpack in the height direction below the shoulders of the user. Thus, a relatively large contact surface of the shoulder straps can be achieved on the shoulders and back of the user to distribute the weight to be absorbed over a large area.
From the <patcit id="pcit0001" dnum="JP2013091203A"><text>JP 2013-091203 A</text></patcit> a backpack is known in which a plurality of upper attachment points are provided. Such a back plate is stiff, with the use of adapted attachment points a very large length of the back plate protrudes upward, which can be annoying when using the back carrier.
In a backbone with hipbelt, the shoulders are significantly relieved, as at least a major part of the weight is transferred from the hipbelt to the hip of the user. Only a minor portion of the weight is transferred to the shoulders of the user via the shoulder straps.
From the <patcit id="pcit0002" dnum="US6536641B1"><text>US 6,536,641 B1</text></patcit> is a backpack with a system for changing the distance between hip belt and upper attachment point of the shoulder strap known. For this purpose, two rods are provided at the lower end of the back plate, which can be pulled out continuously from the back plate and between which a pad is stretched to rest on the hip area of the user. The upper end of the shoulder belt is arranged on the back plate, the lower end is arranged on the rod. Telescopic systems have a low rigidity and are expensive to manufacture. By extending the back plate down a safe parking the backpack is difficult on the ground on the one hand; on the other hand, the center of gravity of the loaded back carrier increases with respect to the back of the user,
If the same backpack with different support systems (with or without hip belt in addition to the shoulder strap) are used and the hip belt or the contact surface are arranged at the same height on the back plate, an adjustment of the support system and its connection to the back plate is required.
The invention has for its object to provide a backpack that is easy to produce and can be used equally with different support systems and ensures a secure fixation of the load on the back of a user without affecting the wearing comfort.
Another object of the invention is to provide means for a simple extension of a back plate.
With regard to the backpack, the object is achieved by a backpack with the features of claim 1.
With regard to the means for extending the back plate, the object is achieved by an extension plate having the features of claim 15.
Characterized in that the back plate in the region of the upper end portion has a recess for receiving an optionally to be arranged extension plate which is formed in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the back plate to the upper end of the back plate, an extension plate can be mounted in the recess, which the back plate to whose extension in height direction can continue flush.
The proposed recording the possibility of an optional extension of the back plate is created so that the problem of adjusting the position of the upper attachment point of the shoulder straps is solved in a simple manner depending on the support system used. If the backpack is optimized for a support system without a hip belt, the attachment points of the shoulder straps may, if necessary, so if a hipbelt is needed, can be arranged higher by using an extension plate. If the back support is optimized for a hip-belt support system, the attachment points of the shoulder straps may be set as required, ie if no hipbelt is desired, without positioning the extension plate on the backplate and thus lower. One and the same back plate can be easily used for different support systems, without affecting the wearing comfort or the safety of the load on the user's back. The backpack is fully functional without using the extension plate as well as using the extension plate.
An optionally arranged extension plate can be fixed in a stable manner by abutment in the recess on the back plate on the backpack. The recess in the back plate is easy to manufacture, wherein the recess in the back plate to the upper end of the back plate is formed open. An assembled extension plate may protrude beyond the upper end of the back plate in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the back plate. In this way, the back plate can be easily extended in the direction of its longitudinal extent by inserting the extension plate into the recess. The alternative attachment points on the extension plate are advantageously equally stiff with respect to the back plate as the upper attachment points, which are formed directly on the back plate.
Advantageously, the first strap portion of the shoulder strap is fixed to the upper attachment point in the region of the recess of the back plate; with the extension plate mounted in the recess, the first strap portion of the shoulder strap is secured to an alternative attachment location on the extension plate. This ensures that the first strap portion of the shoulder strap is securely fixed both at the mounted extension plate and when using the back carrier without extension plate in the upper area of the backpack.
Suitably, the upper attachment point is covered in the region of the recess of the back plate with mounted extension plate of the extension plate. This avoids that the first strap portion of the shoulder strap can be fixed at the wrong attachment point with mounted extension plate. When mounted extension plate attachment of the first strap portion of the shoulder strap at the alternative attachment point and not at the upper attachment point in the region of the recess of the back plate is possible. The upper attachment point of the backpack can be arranged directly in the recess in the upper end portion of the backpack. The contact surface of the back plate of the backpack on the back of a user is large.
Advantageously, the upper attachment point of the first strap portion on the backplate has a first distance to a lower end of the lower end portion of the backplate and the second alternative attachment point on the extension plate has a second distance to the lower end. The lower end is in each case at the same height level.
Advantageously, the upper attachment point of the first strap portion on the back plate to a lower attachment point at the lower end of the back plate at a first distance and the alternative attachment point on the extension plate to the lower attachment point at the lower end of the back plate a second distance.
The alternative attachment point is located in the upper part of the extension plate that projects beyond the back plate, so that the alternative attachment point lies in the height direction above the upper attachment point of the back plate. This ensures that the first strap portion of the shoulder strap with the extension plate mounted further away from the lower end of the back plate than when using the back carrier without extension plate. The backpack can be easily adapted to the support system used with the back plate. The back plate can be extended by the extension plate in a simple manner in the longitudinal direction, so that a larger back surface can be realized on the back of a user.
The first and the second distance are measured in the direction of the longitudinal extension of the backpack. When the extension plate is mounted, the back support lies in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the back plate over a larger area on the back of a user than when using the back support without extension plate.
Advantageously, in the recess of the back plate mounted extension plate, the extension plate on the upper end of the back plate before. Suitably overlap the extension plate and the back plate in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the back plate. Thereby, the extension plate can be stably fixed to the back plate.
In particular, the extension plate in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the back plate to a maximum height, wherein the extension plate with at least a quarter, in particular at least a third, its height rests against the back plate. This results in a stable connection between the extension plate and the back plate.
In particular, the recess has a recess width measured perpendicular to the longitudinal extension of the back plate, and the recess width is at least two-thirds of a side width of the back plate measured in the same direction. The direction of the longitudinal extent of the back plate and the direction in which the side width of the back plate extends, jointly span a plane which is substantially parallel to the back of a user of the back support. The extension plate has a perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the back plate measured width, wherein the width is at least two-thirds of the measured in the same direction side width of the back plate. The area where the extension plate and the back plate overlap each other can be made so large area.
The extension plate expediently has at least two alternative fastening points. A measured in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the back plate between the two attachment points maximum distance corresponds to at least two-thirds of the measured perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the back plate width of the extension plate. The weight of the backpack can be transmitted as evenly over the at least two alternative attachment points to a user. The use of at least two straps is possible. In each case a strap can be assigned to a shoulder of the user. The wearing comfort for the user is increased. The forces acting on the extension plate are distributed over a large area of the extension plate.
Advantageously, the back side of the back plate and the extension plate mounted in the recess form a common back surface of the back support. The back surface is the surface of the back carrier facing the user. The back surface corresponds with unassembled extension plate the surface of the back side. When the extension plate is mounted, the back surface enlarges around the user facing surface of the extension plate.
Suitably, the extension plate connects to the back plate so that the extension plate continues the contour of the back plate without level. Advantageously, the entire back surface lies in one plane. The extension plate is advantageously not protruding beyond the thickness of the back plate in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal extent and perpendicular to the direction in which the width of the back plate extends. This increases the wearing comfort for the user. The back side may rest directly or indirectly on the back of the user.
Advantageously, the extension plate is rigidly connected to the back plate. This results in a stable connection between the extension plate and the back plate. A relative movement of extension plate and back plate is prevented.
Advantageously, the upper attachment point is arranged in the recess. The upper attachment point is arranged in the upper end portion of the back plate. The strap can run over a large part of the longitudinal extent of the back plate.
In a bottom of the recess of the back plate, a first through opening is formed, which may lie in register with a second through opening of the extension plate mounted in the recess. The first opening and the second opening form a common receptacle for a hook. The backpack can be easily hung even with mounted extension plate. At least part of the weight of the loaded backpack is transferred directly from the second through opening of the back panel to the hook. As a result, the connection between the extension plate and the back plate is less stressed.
Advantageously, a load is arranged on the backpack, wherein the backpack and the load form a structural unit. A handle for supporting the unit may be formed on the load. This allows the handle to be designed independently of the extension plate. It is possible to carry the unit regardless of whether the extension plate is mounted or not. The handle can be arranged on the load, that a gripping around of the handle is possible with both mounted and disassembled extension plate without obstruction.
The extension plate for a backpack is advantageously rigid and integrally formed. The extension plate has its greatest extent in a width direction called spatial direction. The extension plate has a maximum height measured perpendicular to the width direction in the direction of a height direction, and a maximum thickness measured perpendicular to the height direction and the width direction in a thickness direction. The width is greater than the height and the height is greater than the thickness. In the extension plate at least one attachment point for a first strap portion of the backpack and / or a connection element for connecting the extension plate is formed on the backpack.
Advantageously, the extension plate is curved around its height direction. The extension plate can be adapted to the shape of the back of a user.
In particular, the extension plate is composed in the height direction of a lower half and an upper half, wherein the connection element arranged in the lower half of the height and the attachment point is located in the upper half of the height. The extension plate can be defined by the connecting element in its lower half with the lower half of a backpack, at the same time the attachment point can protrude at the upper half of the height of the extension plate on the backpack. An increase of the attachment point is possible by means of the extension plate. In particular, the extension plate has a plane of symmetry which spans in the vertical direction and the thickness direction.
The extension plate has a first thickness in the upper half and a second thickness in the lower half. Advantageously, the first thickness is greater than the second thickness. The extension plate lies with its lower half in the recess, while the upper half is outside the recess. The extension plate may be disposed on the back plate so as to form a common back surface with the back support.
The provided at the lower end of the back plate contact surface of the back plate is when using the back carrier without waist belt and when using the back carrier with hip belt at about the same height of the backpack, especially at the same height at the back of the user. The position of the contact surface thus remains the same regardless of the use of an extension plate.
The position of the load on the backpack remains the same with respect to the user regardless of the use of an extension plate. The ergonomics of using a arranged on the backpack load, in particular a working device or a battery pack thus remains the same regardless of the use of an extension plate matched to the user.

The load 9 comprises the motor unit, which is arranged in a housing 96. The housing 96 is mounted on the backpack 1. The back support 1 and the load 9 form a unit 32. On the housing 96 of the load 9, a handle 19 is formed. The handle 19 is arranged at the upper end of the load 9. Advantageously, the handle 19 is in the thickness direction of the extension plate 51 relative to the alternative attachment points 52, 53. The extension plate 51 has in a space direction 60 referred to as the spatial direction of their largest extension as width b. The extension plate 51 further has a maximum height h measured perpendicular to the width direction 60 in the direction of a height direction 70. The thickness direction 80 is perpendicular to the height direction 70 and to the width direction 60. The handle 29 is arranged at a distance from the extension plate 51 and the back plate 2 of the back support 1. The distance between the handle 19 and extension plate 51, or back plate 2, is so large that the passage of the handle 19 of the extension plate 51 and the back plate 2 is uncovered. The handle 19 is designed to carry the unit 32, consisting of back support 1 and load 9.

The extension plate 51 is disposed in the upper end portion 5 of the back plate 2 and rigidly connected to the back plate 2. The mounted in the recess 15 extension plate 51 is held against the back plate 2 immovable and not pivotally mounted on the back plate. The extension plate 51 and the back plate 2 form a common back surface 30. The extension plate 51 continues the back plate 2 flush. The extension plate 51 continues the contour of the back plate 2 in the transition region of the extension plate 51 and back plate 2 without steps or projections. The extension plate 2 is in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the longitudinal extent 50 and perpendicular to the direction extending in the direction from the side surface 21 to the side surface 22, not with their entire thickness,
The back plate 2 and the extension plate 51 have a common receptacle 31. The receptacle 31 is provided for receiving a hook, not shown. The receptacle 31 is an opening that completely penetrates both the extension plate 15 and the back plate 2. As in<figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 3</figref> 1, the common receptacle 31 is formed by a first opening 18 in the back plate 2 and by a second opening 54 in the extension plate 51. The back plate 2 has a recess 15 for receiving the extension plate 51. The recess 15 is disposed in the region of the upper end portion 5 of the back plate. The recess 15 is formed open in the direction of the longitudinal extent 50 of the back plate 2 to an upper end 7 of the back plate 2. The recess 15 has a bottom 17. The first opening 18 is arranged in the bottom 17 of the recess 15. The first opening 18 completely penetrates the back plate 2. As the<figref idrefs="f0001">Figures 2</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0002">3</figref> show the first opening 18 with mounted extension plate 51 in register with the second through hole 54 of the extension plate 51. The first opening 18 and the second opening 54 form the common receptacle 31 for a hook.
The recess 15 is bounded on three sides by a protruding edge 23. The protruding edge 23 protrudes from the bottom 17 of the recess 15. The protruding edge 23 is flush with the back side 10 outside the recess 15. The protruding edge 23 forms a step in the back side 10 of the back plate 2. Through the recess 15, a recess is formed in the back side 10, which is bounded by the protruding edge 23 at least partially. The recess 15 is unlimited in the direction of the longitudinal extent 50 at the upper end 7 of the upper end portion 5 of the back plate 2.
As is clear from the <figref idrefs="f0001">Figures 2</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0002">3</figref> results, the mounted extension plate 51 is close to the protruding edge 23 of the recess 15, wherein a small gap is formed. The assembled extension plate 51 may also rest against the edge 23 of the recess 15. The result is a stable connection between the extension plate 51 and back plate 2 of the back support 1. The side edges 21, 22 of the protruding edge 23 of the back plate 2 are connected to each other via an upper edge 25 of the back plate 2. The upper edge 25 delimits the back plate 2 in the direction of the longitudinal extension 50 of the back plate 2. The upper end section 5 has the upper edge 25. The recess 15 is open to the upper edge 25.
As in <figref idrefs="f0002">Fig. 3</figref> shown, the extension plate 51 is fixed with fastening means 24 in the recess 15; In the illustrated embodiment, the fastening means 24 are formed by screws, preferably by three screws. The extension plate 51 may also be mounted via another attachment means which prevents translation and rotation of the extension plate 51 with respect to the back plate 2. Advantageously, the connection is detachable, a bond or riveting may be appropriate.
The mounting of the extension plate 51 is advantageously carried out once, if a designed for a support system without hip belt 120 back carrier 1 should now be equipped with a support system with hip belt 120. This equipment can be made initially already at the manufacturer of the backpack 1 or later by the user. If a user wishes to work without a hip belt 120, he may disassemble an extension plate 51 already mounted on the back plate 2, since the back plate 2 itself has an upper attachment point for shoulder straps into which a shoulder strap can be transferred from the alternative upper attachment point of the extension plate 51. As a result, a part of the extension plate 51 projecting beyond the shoulders of a user and not used in this application does not disturb the user in his freedom of movement; Further, the weight of the backpack 2 is reduced.
In the bottom 17 of the recess 15 upper attachment points 13, 43 are arranged. As in<figref idrefs="f0003">Fig. 5</figref> shown, a first strap portion 11 of a short shoulder strap 3 is fixed in the upper attachment point 13. In the upper attachment point 43, a first strap portion 41 of a short shoulder strap 33 is attached. In the embodiments, the short shoulder straps 3, 33 are provided when using the back support 1 without extension plate 51. But it can also be provided to use the short shoulder straps 3, 33 both when using the back support 1 without extension plate 2 and when using the back support 1 with extension plate 2. It can also be provided to use the long shoulder straps 103, 143 both when using the back support 1 with extension plate 2 and when using the back support 1 without extension plate 2. The length of the short shoulder straps 3, 33 is one in<figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 8</figref> shown maximum length L of the back plate 2 without extension plate 51 adapted. The maximum length L is measured in the direction of the longitudinal extent 50 of the back plate 2 from a lower end 20 of the lower end portion 6 of the back plate 2 to the upper end 7 of the upper end portion 5 of the back plate 2. The length of the long shoulder straps 103, 133 is one in<figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 8</figref> shown maximum length L2 of the back plate 2 and the extension plate 51 is adjusted together with mounted in the recess 15 extension plate 51. The extension of the back plate 2 takes place in the longitudinal direction upwards. In the longitudinal direction down the back plate 2 remains unchanged, so that a secure state is guaranteed even in the extended state. Characterized in that the back plate 51 is extended upward, the center of gravity of the load to be supported with respect to the back of the user does not move further upward. As a result, the wearing comfort, especially in uneven terrain, increased. Also a control element extending from the load side to the back side of the backpack,
The short shoulder belt 3 has a second belt portion 12. The short shoulder belt 33 has a second belt portion 42. The second belt portion 12 is in the embodiment according to <figref idrefs="f0003">Fig. 5</figref> attached to the lower attachment point 14 of the back plate 2. The second belt portion 42 is in the embodiment after<figref idrefs="f0003">Fig. 5</figref> at the in <figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 7</figref> shown lower attachment point 44 attached.
As the <figref idrefs="f0003">FIGS. 5 and 6</figref> show the first strap portions of the respective shoulder straps with disassembled extension plate 51 at the upper attachment point 13, 43 fixed in the region of the recess 15 and mounted in the recess 15 mounted extension plate 51 at the alternative attachment point 52, 53 on the extension plate 51.
<figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 7</figref> shows the back support 1 in a side view perpendicular to the direction of the longitudinal extent 50 on the lateral edge 22 of the back plate 2. At the bottom plate 4 feet 26 are formed. The back support 1 can be parked on the feet 26 of the bottom plate 4 on a level surface. Shutdown is possible both with mounted extension plate 15 as well as disassembled extension plate 51. The feet 26 of the bottom plate 4 are arranged in a parking level E. Due to the fact that the extension plate 51 can be inserted into the recess 15 at the upper end portion 5 of the back plate 2, a back plate 2 extended by the extension plate 51 does not protrude beyond the lower end 20 of the lower end portion 6 and not beyond the level E.

The extension plate 51 projects beyond the upper end 7 of the back plate 2 in the direction of the longitudinal extension 50 of the back plate 2. The maximum length L2 of the back plate 2 with the extension plate 51 is greater than the maximum length L of the back plate 2 alone. In the embodiment according to<figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 8</figref> the maximum length L2 is at least 110% of the maximum length L.
As is clear from the <figref idrefs="f0001">Figures 2</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0002">3</figref> results, the mounted extension plate 51 covers the bottom 17 of the recess 15 arranged upper attachment points 13, 43 on the back side 10 of the back plate 2. As in <figref idrefs="f0004">Fig. 8</figref> shown, the upper attachment points 13, 43 with mounted extension plate 51 on the load side 8 of the back plate 2 of components of the back carrier 1 itself uncovered.
When using the back support 1 with a hip belt 120, the hip belt 120 is arranged in the lower end portion of the back plate 2. When using the back support 1 without hip belt 120 a plant pad is advantageously provided in the lower end portion. The back support 2 rests with and without mounted extension plate 51 with the same lower end portion of the back plate 2 directly or indirectly on the user.
The upper fastening points 13, 43 of the back plate 2 have a measured in the direction of the longitudinal extent 50 first distance d1 to the lower end 20 of the lower end portion 6 of the back plate 2. The first distance d1 is the smallest distance of the upper attachment points 13, 43 to the lower end 20. When mounted in the recess 15 extension plate 51, the alternative attachment points 42, 43 of the extension plate 51 in the direction of the longitudinal extent 50 of the back plate 2 measured second distance d2 to the lower end 20 of the lower end portion 6 of the back plate 2. The second distance d2 is the smallest distance of the alternative attachment points 52, 53 to the lower end 20. The second distance d2 is greater than the first distance d1. The upper fastening points 13,<figref idrefs="f0001">FIGS. 1</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0004">7</figref> shown lower attachment points 14, 44 of the back plate 2 attached. The position of the lower attachment points on the back plate 2 for the shoulder straps is the same in the embodiment, regardless of use of the back support 1 with and without mounted extension plate 51. This increases when mounted extension plate 51 and the distance between the shoulder strap associated attachment points. The lower attachment points may also differ from each other. As a result, the back surface of the back support 1 on the back of a user with mounted extension plate 51 is larger than without extension plate 51. By mounting the extension plate 51 is an adaptation of the back support 1 to a different body size of a user possible. For attachment of the plant pad the same attachment points can be used as for attachment of the hip belt 120. The number of attachment points in the back plate 2 is thereby reduced and a wrong assembly excluded. The hip belt 120 may advantageously be formed partially by the plant pad itself.

The slots of the attachment points 13, 43, 113, 143 each have a length and a width. For fastening the first belt portion 111 and the shoulder belt 103, the fastening element 113 of the first belt portion 111 of the long shoulder belt 103 is inserted through the slot-shaped alternative attachment point 52. The fastener 113 is disposed at the end of the first strap portion 111 of the long shoulder strap 103. The fastening element 113 has the shape of a substantially rectangular plate with a length, a width and a thickness. The length is greater than the width, and the width and length are greater than the thickness. The thickness of the fastener 113 is smaller than the width of the slot-shaped alternative fastener 52. The length of the plate fastener 113 is less than the length of the slot-shaped alternative fastener 52. The width of the plate fastener 113 is greater than the width of the slot-shaped alternative fastener 52. As a result, the plate-shaped fastening element 113 can be inserted with its narrow side through the slot-shaped fastening point 52 and then turn in such a way that the broad side of the plate-shaped fastening element 113 does not fit through the slot-shaped alternative fastening point 52. In an analogous manner, a plate-shaped fastening element 143 is attached to the end of the first strap section 141 of the long shoulder strap 133. The plate-shaped fastening element 143 is formed analogously to the plate-shaped fastening element 113. Similarly, the slot-shaped alternative attachment point 53 is formed analogous to the slot-shaped alternative attachment point 52. 0076The backpack 1 has a in the <figref idrefs="f0009 f0010">Fig. 16 to 18</figref> dashed line as a rectangle plotted midplane ME. The median plane ME is perpendicular to the direction of the lateral width sb, which extends between the lateral edge 21 and the lateral edge 22. The median plane ME divides the lateral width sb into two equal halves. The median plane ME divides the backpack 1 in the direction of the lateral width sb seen in a first half 97 and in a second half 98. The two halves 97 and 98 are designed differently. The first half 97 is associated with the lateral edge 21 and the second half 98 is associated with the lateral edge 22. The vertical spring 94 is arranged in the second half 98 of the back support 1.
As in <figref idrefs="f0009">Fig. 16</figref> illustrated, designed as a holder anti-vibration elements in the form of horizontal springs 91, 92, 93 fixed at one end to the back plate 2 of the back support 1. The horizontal springs 91, 92, 93 extend in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the longitudinal extent 50 and in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the lateral width sb. The two horizontal springs 91, 93 are arranged in the first half 97 of the back support 1. The horizontal spring 92 is arranged in the second half 98 of the back support 1.
The arrangement of the trained as a holder anti-vibration elements in the form of horizontal springs 91, 92, 93 is asymmetrical on the back plate 2 with respect to the center plane. The arrangement of the anti-vibration elements is asymmetrical on the bottom plate 4 with respect to the center plane thereof. The number of anti-vibration elements per half is the same.
As in <figref idrefs="f0009">Fig. 17</figref> shown, the housing 96 of the blower 9 formed as a load output opening 99. The output port 99 is disposed on the side of the median plane ME of the back support 2, on which the first half 97 of the back support 1 is located. At the outlet opening 99, the blown air generated by the motor unit arranged in the housing 96 enters the in<figref idrefs="f0010">Fig. 18</figref> illustrated blower tube 27 via. At the outlet opening 99, the blown air flows in a blow-out direction 100. The blow-out direction 100 is directed downward, away from the upper end 7 of the back plate 2. Due to the blowing air flowing out at the outlet opening 99, a torque acts on the housing 96. The torque generated in the first half 97 substantially a force on the housing 96, which is directed upward, towards the upper end 7 of the back plate 2. In the second half 98, the force acting on the housing 96 by the torque is directed downward toward the bottom plate 4. The asymmetrical arrangement of the vertical spring 94 on the bottom plate 4 is adapted to this distribution of forces and absorbs the forces optimally. As in<figref idrefs="f0009">Fig. 17</figref> shown, the upper, load-facing end of the vertical spring 94 is connected via a connecting element 95 to the housing 96 of the load 9.
As in <figref idrefs="f0010">Fig. 18</figref> shown, the blown air is blown in the blow pipe 27 mainly in a blowing direction 101. The blowing direction 101 is oriented perpendicular to the direction of the longitudinal extent 50 and transversely to the direction of the lateral width sb, in the direction away from the back side 10 of the back plate 2, with conventional use of the blower tube 27. Due to the blowing air flowing in the blowing direction 101, a torque acts on the housing 96 of the load 9 about an axis of rotation 102 extending in the direction of the longitudinal extent 50. This torque is essentially dependent on the horizontal springs 91 arranged asymmetrically with respect to the center plane of the back plate 2 , 92, 93. Characterized in that the anti-vibration elements on the bottom plate 4 and the back plate 2 are arranged asymmetrically with respect to the center plane,
<figref idrefs="f0010">Fig. 18</figref> shows the complete housing 96 of the blower. The blower has a pull starter 82 for starting the motor of the motor unit. The pull starter 82 is operated by a handle 84. The handle 84 protrudes from an opening 83 of the housing 96 out of the housing 96. The opening 96 is arranged on the side of the median plane ME, in which the second half 98 of the backpack 1 is located. The opening 96 is arranged on the same half as the only arranged on the bottom plate 4 anti-vibration element. This avoids tilting around this anti-vibration element during startup.
To start the set on the backpack 1 engine unit is parked on the best possible level ground. Here, the unit 32, consisting of back support 1 and load 9, the load 9 includes the motor unit, on the load side facing away from the bottom plate 4 on the ground. In order to be able to pull the pull starter 82 upwards over the handle 84, the unit 32 must be held on the ground. A step 81 is used for this purpose. The step 81 is formed on the bottom plate 4 of the back support 1. The step 81 is in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the longitudinal extent 50 and perpendicular to the direction of the side width sb via the housing 96 via. The opening 83 of the housing 96 for the pull starter 82 is arranged in the direction of the longitudinal extent 50 directly above the step 81.
<figref idrefs="f0010">Fig. 19</figref> shows a schematic, perspective view of the unit 32 with a view of the back side 10 of the back plate 2 of the back support 1. In the lower end portion 6 of the back plate 2, a hip belt 120 is disposed on the back side 10. The hip belt 120 has on its side facing the back plate 2 a pocket 121. The pocket 121 is in<figref idrefs="f0010">Fig. 19</figref> hidden and dashed lines. The pocket 121 has two opposing openings. One of the two openings opens to the lateral edge 21, the other to the lateral edge 22 of the back plate 2 out. One end of a mounting plate 122 protrudes from the pocket 121 through the two openings. The mounting plate 122 is in<figref idrefs="f0010">Fig. 19</figref> partially hidden and therefore partially dashed lines. The mounting plate 122 has a longitudinal direction that extends from the lateral edge 21 to the lateral edge 22. In the middle of its longitudinal extent, the fastening plate 122 has a tapering of its extent in the direction of the longitudinal extension 50. At the ends of the longitudinal extent of the mounting plate 122, the mounting plate 122 is connected via fastening elements 123 with the lower end portion 6 of the back plate 2 of the back support 1. In the embodiment according to<figref idrefs="f0010">Fig. 19</figref> the fasteners are 123 screws. The fasteners are covered by the hip belt 120. As a result, the user does not come into direct contact with the fastening elements 123 of the hip belt 120 when wearing the back support 1. The hip belt 120 is arranged between the user and the fastening elements 123. This increases the wearing comfort.
