p0001The invention relates to a device carrier which is mounted for securing a device, in particular an electrical device to a building wall in part in the building wall, according to the preamble of the independent claims.
STATE OF THE ART
p0002There are various solutions for the mounting of electrical devices, such as switch boxes and light switches, or other devices in a building wall with additional material support, such as an external or internal façade, room walls, ceiling or floor surfaces on which z. B. an insulating material plaster material, etc. applied. Matching devices, carriers can be used which have a base plate which is attached to a fixed inner wall structure, and a device holder spaced above a support member is disposed to the base plate. the additional materials may be attached to the wall construction between the base plate and the device holder, whereby they are substantially held by the solid wall construction. Since the materials in the wall structure may have different thicknesses, it is desirable to be able to vary the distance between the base plate and holder. Further cable guides may be required, which can be performed by means of the equipment carrier to the electrical equipment within the insulation or dressing materials along the building wall. The routing of cables along the wall and in an appliance box at the holder to enable a simple and straightforward electrification of the building wall.

The carrier and the guide tube are hollow on the inside. By means of a lateral screw, the guide tube can be mounted on the carrier. A cable can be guided laterally along the beam to the mounting plate or in an inlet box on the mounting plate. Depending on the desired number of conduit entries and length of the box, the first and second doses parts are put together. The box parts engage by snapping. The first socket part has an inwardly raised molded bottom with deflection which deflects a cable from the conduit entries to the axis of the box parts out. p0008In the known equipment makers it is often complicated to fix the base plate to a wall construction, to install another wall material and finally to fix a desired device on the holder of the instrument carrier. In this case, complications may occur depending on a thickness of the wall material, for. Example, in a accurate measurement of the necessary length of the carrier. As mentioned, the introduction of cables from a wall region to the desired position in the equipment rack requires a certain skill. Likewise, several handles are required when mounting a device holder on the carrier by means of a screw. An assembly of a device carrier according to the prior art is thus time-consuming and cumbersome.
p0009It is an object of the present invention to provide an equipment carrier for mounting a device on a building wall, which enables quick and easy installation on the building wall, easily adaptable to different building walls or equipment, has a simple construction, facilitates electrification and serves as a reliable mount for a device.
p0010This object is achieved according to the invention of a device carrier according to Claim first Advantageous embodiments and different embodiments of such a device carrier are evident from the dependent claims.
p0011An equipment carrier according to the present invention, which is at least partially arranged for attachment of a device to a building wall in a building wall, comprising a base member for mounting within the building wall, a support element which protrudes with an end of the base member and a holder for receiving a unit which is disposed at the other end of the carrier member and is accessible from the outside of the building wall. As part of the present invention are under a building wall both vertically and horizontally extending building surfaces are understood, so z. B. exterior facades, roof structures, floor surfaces and sloping roof walls. As a base member, a base, a plate or the like can be used, which can be fixed to a wall construction, for example by a screw connection or by gluing. The carrier element is preferably elongate and straight and can be used to suit particular requirements, for. Example, with respect to. The thickness of an insulating material, which is applied to the wall structure, are cut to length.
p0012The support member preferably projects perpendicularly from one face of the base member from, but can also be arranged inclined. The holder can be provided for example as device box or just as a mounting plate that can be fixed with a fastener on the carrier element. Vorzugesweise the holder is releasably secured. After completion of the building wall by the application of further wall materials to the base element and to the carrier element at least the holder for mounting a device remains accessible.
p0013According to a first aspect of the present invention, the support element is hollow and has a continuous internal space, which extends from one end to the other end of the carrier element. At one end of the carrier element has vinous least one side provided in a peripheral surface of the support member opening on such imposing. As a cable. At the other end of the support member in the direction of the mobile holder is open, preferably opens the interior to the holder through an opening in the holder. The continuous interior serves z. B. to a cable from one end of the device wearer to lead to the other end. Thus, a cable from an interior wall lying in the building wall structure by the overlying wall material to the equipment holder and thus are directed to a device in or on the apparatus holder. Next, at least one insert member is provided which is arranged laterally on the carrier element and has one or leading to the interior of the carrier element. Here, a longitudinal surface of at least one male element, which leads to the support member and may serve as a lead-in, with a longitudinal axis of the support element in the direction of the device holder includes an obtuse angle. The longitudinal surface thus extends to longitudinally to the longitudinal axis of the support element and closes the carrier element in the direction of the mobile holder at an angle> 90 °. The insertion can for example be formed as insertion ramp or feed channel, wherein the insertion ramp z. B. can also be designed as a semicircular bowl. The obtuse angle, for example, between 95 ° and 140 °, preferably between 100 ° and 120 °.
p0014A cable or a cable guide which is perpendicular to initially runs for. Example along a surface of a wall structure on the support element of the implement carrier and is then to be guided by the support member and out of the holder out, is on the longitudinal surface of the male element already in the direction of the implement carrier raised, before it enters the carrier element. This allows the cable or the cable guide are guided safely to the equipment rack and is simultaneously a gentle deflection from the direction along the wall surface in the direction of the implement carrier because no tight bends are necessary. Characterized the laying of the cable and the installation of the equipment carrier is simplified.
p0015In one embodiment of an inventive instrument carrier which can at least be arranged on the carrier element has a male element. Preferably, the insertion member, for example in the form of an insertion channel, formed on the carrier element and is thus an integral part of the support element.
p0016In another embodiment, the at least be arranged on a mounting surface of the base member, a male member. The lead-in face is oriented in this case the lateral opening in the carrying member. A cable that is guided along the lead-in is thus routed directly through the opening in the carrier element. Preferably, the insertion element is formed from the base member, and thus formed integrally with the latter.
p0017In an advantageous embodiment of the device carrier is provided according to the present invention with at least one pair with two insertion elements, the two insertion elements are provided on opposing sides of the support member and the longitudinal axes, or longitudinal faces of the male elements to each other and offset relative to the longitudinal axis of the support member arranged are. Accordingly, two cables or cable guides that led past mainly from two opposite sides of the building wall on each other running, by the displacement of the longitudinal surfaces within the support member to each other. Moreover, they are offset to the longitudinal axis of the support element in this introduced and may run parallel inside side by side in the direction of the mobile holder. So it is not to pay separately when inserting the cable, ensure that the cables do not interfere with each other because they are necessarily led past each other.
p0018In a further embodiment of a device carrier according to the invention may be an insert of conical design in the form of an insertion channel and widening in the direction of the carrier element. In this case rest with an outer side on the base element or at least parallel to this, so that this outer side is substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the support member of the insertion channel, for example, in the longitudinal direction. Due to the conical shape of the opposite longitudinal side of the insertion channel extends at an angle to the axis of the support member and includes therewith an obtuse angle a. The angled disposed longitudinal side, or the associated portion of the circumference of the conical insertion channel forms a longitudinal surface for the purposes of the invention. In this case, a guide side of the longitudinal surface is oriented in the direction of the base member out. In contrast, the leadership of the longitudinal surfaces are aligned to the holder through in the embodiments described above.
p0019Further, the device support on the longitudinal surface can have a fastening means, with which a guide pipe for a cable along the longitudinal surface can be fastened. The guide tube is designed for example as a conventional conduit and has a perforation or corrugation to be easily bent to and still have sufficient radial stiffness. The fastening means may be provided by elastically deflectable snap arms z. B., z. B. are formed in a circumferential wall of the insertion channel and extending in the longitudinal direction of the channel. Upon insertion of a guide tube, the locking arm is deflected against the elasticity force radially to the axis of the insertion and holding by its elastic restoring force of the guide tube. The locking arm may for example also comprise a projection which is positively engages in an over-center position in the ribbing and held by the restoring force there in a blocking position. Further, a fastening device can be at an introducer by a part-cylindrical shaped lead-in so realized that the part-cylindrical surface of the guide tube encloses an extent that the latter is securely held. Upon insertion of the guide tube in the insertion through the open area between two opposite edges of the part-cylindrical surface, these edges are partially radially bent and snap behind the guide tube together again. The result is a snug fit between the guide tube and the insertion member. The guide tube can thus be clicked in a simple manner in the insertion.
p0020According to a further variant of a device carrier according to the present invention, the lead-in may be opposite in the interior of the carrier element a deflection surface may be arranged, which deflects the course of the lead-in direction of the instrument holder. The deflection surface may be used as lead-in surface inclined to and extending obliquely to the longitudinal axis of the support member surface, the deflection surface with both the longitudinal face as well as with the axis of the support element forms an obtuse angle. They may also be provided as a curved surface which bends from the lead-in direction of the longitudinal axis. Preferably, the deflecting surface is formed on a deflecting element that is provided in the interior of the carrier element and has two deflection surfaces, which are each aligned with an introducer of a Einführelementepaares out. The two peripheral surfaces are therefore arranged symmetrically to each other in opposite directions.
p0021Preferably, the deflection or the deflection element is arranged detachably in the carrier element and may on the one end of the carrier element are taken out of this. For this purpose can be predetermined breaking points provided z. B.. Since the deflection surfaces of the insertion elements of the instrument carrier in the interior are opposite, a cable can be guided transversely to the longitudinal axis by a support member therethrough along two insertion member once the deflection surfaces were removed. A cable then passes to one side of a circumferential surface of the support element and at another side of the circumferential surface of the support member again.
p0022As previously mentioned, the support element can open into an opening in the holder. The opening of the holder device may also comprise a removable cover which, for. Example, is mounted with predetermined breaking points at the holder. Preferably, the cover can be broken out on the carrier member when mounting the device holder by the edge of the carrier element.
p0023The base member may have an opening which is aligned with the wall surface towards, through which the deflection or of the deflection element can be removed. Thus, there is a deflection after removal of the access by the base member in the support element in the longitudinal direction of the carrier element. For example, an emerging from an interior wall construction or such a cable guide cable are passed through this opening in the carrier element and the holder of the instrument carrier.
p0024The variant of a releasable deflection, or a detachable deflecting, has an inventive idea on even without that a longitudinal surface of a male element that leads to the support member, having a longitudinal axis of the support element in the direction of the device holder includes at least one obtuse angle. It therefore remains subject to this inventive idea to direct a separate independent claim.
p0025According to a further variant of a device carrier according to the present invention, the support member may be by a connecting device, such as a locking, snap, plug or clamp connection, be connected to the base member. For example, on a carrier element and the base element has at least one latch arm and at the other of the carrier element and the base element at least to provide a snap-fit edge, so that when joining the support member and base member of the locking arm snaps to the snap edge, and a snap-in connection is formed. Further may be provided on the base element clamping edges which engage circumferential surfaces of the support member and form a clamp connection. Alternatively it can be connected by a connecting device to the insertion elements to the base element, the carrier element. For example, the support element between two insertion is used, which are arranged on the base element and clamp the support element between them. The connection device may be designed to be detachable, so that the support member can be detached again from the base member.
p0026The connecting device makes it possible initially to secure the base member to a wall construction and only then attach the support element to it. The facilitated transport and installation of a device wearer.
p0027The variant of a fastening of the support member to the base member or the insertion member by means of a connection device, has an inventive idea also without that a longitudinal surface of a male element, which leads to the support element, with a longitudinal axis of the support member in direction of said instrument holder includes at least an obtuse angle. It therefore remains subject to this inventive idea to direct a separate independent claim.
p0028According to a further aspect of the present invention comprises a device carrier, which is at least partially arranged for attachment of a device to a building wall in a building wall, a base member for mounting within the building wall, at least one elongated carrier element, which protrudes with one end from the base member, and a device holder for receiving a device, which is arranged at the other end of the carrier element. Further, at least one attachment surface for attaching the mobile holder is provided on the support element. The mounting surface may be provided on the holder or on the carrier element, for. Example. The holder is accessible from outside the building wall. The at least one securing surface extends at least approximately parallel to a lateral peripheral surface of the support member and is elastic in such a way that it is deflectable perpendicular to the peripheral surface of the support member substantially. Further, a clamp is provided which engages on the mounting surface and forms a retaining connection between the carrier element and the holder. The fastening surface can thus be moved and thus moved from a holding position in which a retaining connection to the carrier element, into a release position in which removed the device holder from the support member or along this by its elastic property of the peripheral surface of the support member away from or towards the latter can be change. The clamping piece is provided in order to deflect the attachment surface in a holding position and / or to block the attachment surface in a holding position. Preferably, the clamping piece is releasably engaged to the mounting surface, ie it is out of its holding or clamping position in a detachable or removable. In this case, the clamping member is preferably parallel to the longitudinal axis of the carrier member is aligned and accessible by the device holder, to be brought or dissolved in its holding position. For this purpose it can be provided in the holder an opening engageable with the clamping component to the mounting surface.
p0029A gantry according to the present invention can be easily adapted to different structural requirements of a building wall by the holder can be quickly and easily attached and detached. It can be mounted easily from device holders on a carrier element so different ways. Furthermore, the carrier element can be adapted to specific requirements and the holder are fixed then it. A lengthy tightening, as it is known in device holders of the prior art, is eliminated. Further, the clamping element can be actuated even after the application of a wall material on the base member and to the carrier element.
p0030According to one embodiment of a device carrier according to the invention, the clamping piece between the peripheral surface of the support member and the mounting surface is provided. Thus, once the clamp is moved to its holding position, the restoring force of the elastically deflected by the clamp mounting surface acts on the clamping member on the peripheral surface and there is a press fit between holder and support member. In this example, the device holder to be form-fitting placed on the support member and moved along the longitudinal axis on this to a kick. By the shim a further shift is then blocked. The positive fit may, for. Example, be realized by abutting a projection in the form of a skirt within the support member or on an inner surface surrounding the circumferential surface of the support member. Preferably are the projection and the circumferential surface at least in places fit to each other. Further, a guide groove may be provided in one of the cradles, or projection, and the carrier member, in which engages a projecting guide piece on the other by device holder, or projection, and the carrier element. The clamp can be provided in this case, z. B. between the leader and the guide. The guide groove and the guide piece may be designed so that is possible to produce a holding connection between the front of T-beam and the opposite side of z. B. T-shaped.
p0031Here, the clamping element may be cylindrical and have on its outer circumference an external thread. On the clamping piece opposite surfaces, an internal thread or at least internal thread segments may be provided, into which the external thread of the clamping piece can engage. Basically, however, the opposite faces of such a soft material can be made that the external thread is at least partially cut into the material. Due to the threaded connection in addition to the frictional engagement of a clamping connection, a form fit between the holder and the carrier element is formed.
p0032According to another embodiment of a device carrier according to the present invention may be arranged between the clamping piece the fastening surface and an opposite of the fastening surface arranged counterpart or a counter-surface. Without a clamping piece in a holding position, the mounting surface can be deflected in the direction of the counterpart. Once the clamping piece takes up a holding position, such a deflection is blocked and the mounting surface forms a retaining connection with the support element, and the device holder. A counterpart or a counter surface allows flexible configuration of the holding connection and an easy handling of the clamp.
p0033In a variant of the counterpart or the counter surface extends substantially in parallel to the attachment surface from the holder and extends at least approximately parallel to the peripheral surface of the Trägerelemenst. Between the fixing surface and counterpart, or mating surface, thus an intermediate space or slit forms itself into which the clamping piece can be used. Preferably, the clamping piece is arranged in the intermediate space in a snug fit.
p0034The clamp may have a shoulder which abuts in a holding position against a surface of the device holder. Further, the clamping piece in the clamping fit, or the gap can be releasably engage.
p0035Further, the counterpart can even be configured as a resilient surface and z. B. a second mounting surface according to the invention form. The arranged between the surfaces of the clamping piece clamps at least one of the surfaces, preferably both, in a clamping fit with the support member. For example, the attachment surface and the elastic counter-surface can protrude from the holder and in each case lie opposite one another on the inner peripheral surfaces of the support member. The surfaces can be formed in the peripheral surface of a sleeve-like projection which projects from the holder and is insertable into the support member. The clamp then presses the elastic surfaces of the projection against the inner surfaces of the support member. The clamp can close an opening of the support member in the direction of the device holder in this case.
p0036In an alternative embodiment, may be formed on the carrier element the counterpart. For example, the counterpart of a mating surface can be formed, which lies on a peripheral surface of the support member.
p0037In a further embodiment of a device carrier according to the present invention may be provided between the mounting surface and the surface on the carrier element or device holder, with which there is the holding connection, an engagement device. The engaging device supports the attachment of the device holder to the support member and prevents movement of the device holder along the carrier element and can form the holding or connection be provided in addition to a clamping connection. The locking or engaging device may, for. Example, be provided such that the peripheral surface of the support member a locking means such as grooves, a toothing, a series of openings or the like, and the mounting surface or the clamping piece, a counter-locking means, such as projections, a counter-toothing or the like. In a holding connection the latching means and the counter-latching means engage positively in one another and form a locking engagement which blocks a displacement between the carrier element and device holder along the longitudinal axis of the support member. When using an engagement device, it is sufficient if the clamping piece is deflected in the stop position so far that a snap engagement occurs. A frictional clamping connection is not absolutely necessary, as the locking engagement already blocked a shift.
p0038In yet another embodiment of a device carrier according to the present invention, the clamping piece, for. Example, be cylindrical and have a clamp sliding on the outer circumference. The terminal forms a backdrop in a first rotational position of the clamping piece relative to the mounting surface of a clamping connection, and in a second rotational position the clamping connection is released. The clamp setting can be formed for example by a protruding longitudinally of the clamping piece rib, which presses in a clamp connection against the mounting surface and is rotated in a released position of the mounting surface away. In this case, a quarter turn is sufficient to form or to release the clamp connection. The clamp can be kept in a rotating guide for. B. the holder and must not be removed from the holder for releasing the clamping fit.
p0039In a variant of a device carrier according to the present invention, two or more carrier elements can be parallel to each other projecting from the base member that are spaced apart from each other. A holder can be placed on one end of the carrier elements. Preferably, the holder between the two or more support elements is arranged, wherein the holder can be moved along the support elements in a desired distance to the base member along the carrier elements. It is advantageous if the support elements engage at least at two opposite sides of a device holder. The support members may be formed as a flat outer plates, which offer a wide contact surface for a holder, for example, an appliance box, z. B..
p0040Guides can between the support elements and the equipment holder may be provided by means of which the holder is held on the support elements and along which it can be displaced on the support elements. A guide, for example, by one or more extending in the longitudinal direction of a support element projections or edge of a carrier element and holder and one or more of the
p0041Projection or edge comprehensive elbows be provided on the other of the carrier element and holder. But it is also a simple slot or more slots in the carrier plate can be provided in the longitudinal direction, in which a projection or pin on the device holder.
p0042The two or more support elements form a stable support for the holder on the base member. In the form of support plates to facilitate the mounting of wall material to the base element, since they require only a narrow area. For example, an insulating material only needs to be applied into, so that a support plate in the slot takes place. It is not necessary to cut large areas of the insulation material.
p0043The variant of a device carrier with two or more support elements has an inventive idea, also without a mounting surface and an associated clamp for fastening the implement holder to the support elements, or an insert, as previously described, is provided. It therefore remains subject to this inventive idea to direct a separate independent claim.
p0044In an embodiment of the device carrier with two or more support elements but in each case a mounting surface may be provided for two opposite support elements, as described above. Basically, however, only a mounting surface with an associated clamping piece is also sufficient to fix the holder to the support elements.
p0045The mounting surface may project from the holder in parallel to a support plate. Alternatively, a fixing surface may be formed on a support plate, for example, be formed from this. The carrier plate can also be the opposite, respectively a counter surface, forming the holding connection. Other configurations are conceivable.

p0047In the drawings different embodiments and variants of a device carrier according to the present invention are shown. Of course, the individual features of the equipment carrier shown conceivable also in other combinations and should be considered as part of the invention.
p0048In <figref idrefs="f0001">figure 1</figref> there is shown a first embodiment of a device carrier according to the present invention comprising a base member 1, an elongate carrier element 2 and a holder 3rd The support member 2 extends substantially vertically from the base member. 1 The support member 2 is formed as a hollow component and has an outer peripheral surface 4, which comprises a plurality of angled surfaces arranged to each other. At least one side, the peripheral surface 4 extending in the longitudinal direction of the guide groove 5, which is approximately T-shaped. In the direction of the carrier element 2 protrudes from the holder 3, a sleeve-like extension 9 from which is matched to the outer peripheral shape of the carrier element 2 and can be pushed over this. The projection 9 has a guide pin 16 which projects inwardly and can engage in the guide groove. 5 The support element 2 is reduced at least approximately to a required length before mounting the device holder. 3 A fine adjustment of the overall length of the equipment carrier can be effected by means of a telescopic displacement of the mobile holder on the support member. The holder can be mounted in the desired position along the longitudinal direction on the support element, is shown in detail later. On the base member 1, two insertion channels 6 are arranged adjacent to each other on opposite sides of the carrier element 2 to this. The insertion channels 6 are formed integrally with the base member first
p0049Around the support element 2 runs on the surface of the base member 1 and the surface of the insertion channels 6 a projection 7 of a retaining channel 8 forms between itself and the peripheral wall of the carrier element the second As in<figref idrefs="f0001">figure 1</figref> It can be seen, the projection 7 is cut to the carrier element 2 can circulate, so that the holding groove may be formed interrupted. The width of the retaining groove 8 essentially corresponds to the thickness of the sleeve-like extension 9. The pointing in the direction of the base member 1 the edge of the extension 9 is cut corresponding to the surface structure of the base member with the Einführkanälen. If the holder 3 is pushed fully in the direction of the base member on the carrier element 2 until the edge of the protrusion 9 abuts on the surface structure, the edge of the protrusion 9 engages in the retaining groove eighth Thus, the holder 3 can be held and guided in the retaining channel eighth
p0050As in the <figref idrefs="f0002">figure 2</figref>. <figref idrefs="f0003">4a and 4b</figref> It can be seen, the introduction channels 6 a longitudinal surface 10 which forms an obtuse angle with a longitudinal axis of the support member 2 in the direction of the device holder 3rd In the embodiment shown, the angle has, between the longitudinal surface 10 and the carrier element 2 to about 100 °.
p0051The insertion channels 6 open out into openings or recesses in the peripheral surface 4 of the support member 2, so that the insertion channels 6 lead into the interior of the carrier element in and, the longitudinal surfaces in the interior. In the interior of the carrier element 2 the outputs of the insertion channels 6, a deflector element 11 is arranged opposite. The deflection element 11 comprises a curved deflection surface, which passes from the direction of the longitudinal surface 10 in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the support member. The deflection element 11 comprises in the example shown two deflection surfaces, which are each one of running in opposite directions with respect to insertion channels. The deflection element 11 can through an opening in the base member 1, on which the carrier element 2 is arranged, are removed from the support member. Preferably, the deflecting element is fixed by means of predetermined breaking points on the carrier element 2 and can be broken out of it. If the deflection element 11 is removed from the support element 2, a passage through the base element 1 results in the support element. 2
p0052In the <figref idrefs="f0003">Figures 4a and 4b</figref> is shown from several views an introduction channel 6 in detail. At one end of the insertion tube 6, a guide in the form of an empty tube 12 is inserted into the channel. The empty pipe ends before a stage 13 at which the radius of
p0053Introducer channel decreases. Thus, a straight transition from radius of the empty tube 12 gives to the longitudinal surface 10 of the inner circumference of the insertion 6. The conduit 12 is provided with a ribbing, which comprises recesses at the outer periphery of the empty tube. In the inlet channel 6, a resilient locking arm 14 is formed with an inwardly projecting lug 15 in the peripheral wall. The locking arm 14 is radially bendable counter to its elastic force outward. Upon insertion of an empty tube 12 of the locking arm 14 is deflected by the fluting. In a final position, the nose 15 of Schnapparms 14 engage in a recess of the corrugation and secure the conduit to train in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the insertion. 6
p0054As from <figref idrefs="f0002">figure 3</figref> shows the not disposed opposite insertion channels 6 on a line, but offset from each other. The longitudinal axes of the introduction channels therefore do not intersect.
p0055In order to mount an electrical device with the aid of a device carrier according to the present invention on a wall, the base member 1 is attached on an inner wall structure. The support member 2 may be already on the base member 1, or it can be placed on the wall at the base element 1 after mounting. Subsequently, the holder 3 is fixed at a desired distance to the base element 1 on the support member. 2 The holder 3 may already be attached to the support member. 2 Further, the conduits 12 can be inserted into the insertion channels. 6 For providing an electrical cable (not shown) for the electrical device, which is mounted on the holder 3, a cable is inserted into the empty conduit 12th The conduit 12 extends generally parallel to the first wall structure. Once the cable exits the conduit, it is inserted along the longitudinal surface 10 at an obtuse angle to the longitudinal axis of the support member 2 in this. If the cable exits from the introduction channel 6, it is guided along the deflecting surface of the deflecting element 11 in the direction of the device holder 3rd Even without deflecting the cable is reliably drawn due to the obtuse angle between the longitudinal surface 10 and support member 2 in the direction of the device holder 3, as soon as it abuts against an inner side of the carrier element and slides on this. The deflection can support this deflection additionally. In addition, the deflection element can direct imported from opposite sides in the support element cable past each other.
p0056In the <figref idrefs="f0004">Figure 5 and 6a / 6b</figref> is shown on the longitudinal surface 10 of another embodiment of a device carrier with a fastening device for an empty pipe 12th In this variant, the feed channel 17, a securing region 18, which in the direction of the mobile holder is partially open at the top, so that two opposite edges 19 arise, which are formed in the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal face 10th The opening between the edges 19 is so large that an empty pipe 12 through the opening in the insertion channel 17 can be suppressed. In this case, the empty tube briefly yield elastically and snaps into a snug fit in the fastening region 18, so that it is held securely there. The empty tube rests on the longitudinal surface, and closes after the step 13 on to the latter.
p0057Further, the <figref idrefs="f0004">Figures 6a and 6b</figref> be taken as the longitudinal surface 10 facing toward the interior of the carrier element the second Inside the deflector element 11 is arranged, the deflection surface adjoins the longitudinal surface 10th As mentioned, the deflection element can be removed from the support member second For this purpose, it may, for. Example, be taken through the opening in the base member 1 to a handle 20.
p0058On an outer surface of the carrier element 2 can have a length scale indicating the distance to the base member first The support member may be cut off at hand the length scale to a desired length. The angular shape of the outer circumference of the support member 2 may serve a rotation of the holder on the support member.
p0059In <figref idrefs="f0005">figure 7</figref> is another embodiment of a device carrier according to the invention shown, the. no insertion element for a cable, comprising as described above Basically, however, this embodiment may be formed with such an insertion. The device support has a fastening surface 21 and a clamping piece 22 which are described below. The equipment carrier has a carrier element 2 with a base member 1 at one end and a holder 3 at the other end. On one side of the carrier element 2 a grid 23 is provided with a transverse to the longitudinal direction detent toothing in the longitudinal direction. The holder 3 is designed as a device box. From the device holder 3 projects downward toward the carrier element 2, a projection 9 from which surrounds the other end of the device Sluggish. 2 The mounting surface 21 and the shim 22 are provided in this variant substantially within the extension. 9
p0060As an alternative to an introducer, as described above, the device holder in its peripheral surface, a cable entry, or an introduction to a guide tube having. The introduction may be, for. Example, be provided as a predetermined breaking point, with a portion of the peripheral surface can be broken out so that an opening in the peripheral surface results in, can be inserted through which a cable or a guide tube in the holder. The holder 3 may also comprise an elastic portion 51 which includes an opening which is covered by elastically deformable material. The elastic region can deformed, or are bent, that a cable or a guide tube can be inserted into the holder. Once a cable or a guide tube against the elastic region 51, or the deformable material is pushed, the opening opens. The elastic material may be provided, for. Example, by a rubber elastic membrane. The membrane may, for. Example centrically comprise a passage which is closed in the undeformed condition of the membrane. By applying pressure to the membrane, the passage widens. If, for example a guide tube joined with ribbing on the outside through the passage, the membrane can engage by its elasticity in the corrugation, and thus serves as a holding means for holding the guide tube. A retraction of the guide tube is made difficult by the deflected inwardly membrane. An equipment carrier with such a resilient portion 51 may, for. Example, be produced as a two-component part. Such elastic region 51 has the advantage that it adapts easily different outer shapes of a cable or a guide tube. It may be 51 provided at an equipment rack several such elastic regions.
p0061In the <figref idrefs="f0006">Figures 8a, 8b and 8c</figref> there is shown a first variant of a device carrier with a mounting surface 21 and a clamping piece 22nd The mounting surface 21 projects in parallel to the circumferential surface 4 of the support member 2 from the holder 3 in the direction of the base member first Parallel to the mounting surface 21 a counterpart with a counter-surface 24 is provided, which likewise protrudes from the holder third The counter surface 24 may z. B. formed by the wall of the extension 9. there is a gap or slot in which the clamping piece is supported in a guide 25 between the mounting surface 22 and the counter surface 21 24th The clamping piece 22 is formed as an elongated bolt, which is rotatably supported within the guide 25th The clamping piece 22 has two heels 26, which have run in the longitudinal direction on the outer circumference of the clamping piece 22 and in opposite directions. The clamping piece 22 is inserted through an opening 50 in the bottom 27 of the device holder 3 passes between the fixing surface 21 and the counter surface 24, wherein a head 28 of the clamping piece remains accessible, even if the wall material has been attached to the device holder. The head 28 has a slot so that it can be rotated with a screwdriver in the guide 25th Advantageously, the head 28 in the bottom 27 of the holder device is arranged sunk. The fastening surface 21 is parallel to the circumferential surface 4 with the grid 23. On the the circumferential surface 4 facing side of an elastically flexible arm, the fastening surface 21 of a counter-grid 29, which can act together with the grid 23rd
p0062In an initial position without holding connection between the holder 3 and the carrier element 2, the mounting surface is parallel to the circumferential surface 4, without that the mounting surface is deflected and grip the grid 23 and the counter grid 29 in each other. This is a release position, as shown in<figref idrefs="f0006">8a</figref> illustrated in which the holder can be detached from the support element. Here, the clamping piece 22 is in a first rotational position, in which the shoulder 26 is removed from the mounting surface 21 as shown in<figref idrefs="f0006">8a</figref> is visible. To produce a holding connection between holder 3 and support element 2, the clamping piece 22 is rotated in the guide 25 to a first shoulder 26 presses against the mounting surface 21 and deflects it toward the peripheral surface 4 of the support member. 2 The opposing second shoulder 26 engages the counter surface 24, so that the clamping piece 22 sandwiched between the counter surface 24 and the mounting surface 21 and the mounting surface 21 deflects elastically, as shown in<figref idrefs="f0006">figure 8b</figref> is visible. This is the holding position in which the holder 3 is held on the carrier element the second Here, the raster counter reaches 29 in the grid 23 and blocks movement of the device holder 3 in the longitudinal direction of the support member 2. The holding connection consists in this embodiment of a non-positive and a positive connection together. Paragraphs 26 form on the outer circumference of the clamping piece 22 from a terminal setting that can change by rotation of the clamping member between a holding position and a disengaged position.
p0063In this variant, the bottom 27 of the device holder 3 an opening 31, through which the carrier element 2 can pass. As in the<figref idrefs="f0006">Figures 8a and 8b</figref> be seen, the edge of the carrier element 2 ends with the bottom surface of the base 27 of the device holder 3rd By holding the connecting device holder is in this position, that is secured in this distance from the base member. 1
p0064In the <figref idrefs="f0005">Figures 9a and 9b</figref> is another variation of a device carrier with mounting surface 21 and clamp 22 is shown in which the clamping element 22 is formed by a movable longitudinally to the carrier element 2 bolts. The bolt has a quadrangular circumference and a protruding upward from the bottom 27 of the device holder 3 hooks 30th In<figref idrefs="f0005">9a</figref> is the attachment surface 21 shown in a released position, in which it is laid and a counter grid 29 does not interfere with the grid 23 of the circumferential surface 4 of the support member. For reasons of clarity circumferential surface 4 is not shown. The clamping piece 22 is pulled upward from the gap between the mounting surface 21 and the counter surface 24th In<figref idrefs="f0005">figure 9b</figref> is the clamping piece 22 is inserted into the gap, wherein a surface of the bolt is supported on the counter surface 24 and a surface opposite presses against the mounting surface 21 and this deflects in the direction of the circumferential surface 4 as shown in <figref idrefs="f0005">figure 9b</figref> is shown. This in turn corresponds to a holding position of the clamping member 22. In this case, the counter grid 29 is pressed into the grid 23 of the circumferential surface 4, so that a retaining connection between the holder 3 and the carrier element 2 results. A rotation of the clamping piece 22 is not possible on the basis of the on opposing surfaces of the clamping piece, mounting surface and opposite surface.
p0065In this variant, the opening 21 of the base 27 of the device holder 3 has a smaller diameter than the periphery of the carrier element the second If the holder 3 is placed with its extension 9 on the carrier element 2, it can take as long to be postponed until a shoulder 32 at the bottom 27 abuts against the edge of the carrier element 2, so that a further delay is blocked. In this position, or a position with a distance between the shoulder 32 and the edge of the support element can be produced by the clamping piece 22 a retaining compound. Thus can be done a fine adjustment of the distance between the base element 1 and device holder. 3
p0066In the <figref idrefs="f0007">Figures 10a and 10b</figref> is another variant shown one clamping piece, wherein the clamping piece comprises 22 holding Snapper 33 and stop edges 34th The clamping piece 22 is formed as a narrow plug-in element which can be inserted into the space between the mounting surface 21 and the counter surface 24th The retaining latches 33 are provided at an upper end of the clamping piece on the narrow sides. The stop edges 34 are provided on the wide side also at the upper end. The clamping piece 22 has a holding connection between the holder 3 and the carrier element 2 can be formed which is comparable to that of the preceding variants. In the holding position, as shown in<figref idrefs="f0007">figure 10b</figref> shown, push the stop edges 34 at the bottom 27 of the device holder 3 and the holding latches 33 snap into a safety position in the space between mounting surface 21 and the counter surface 24th The holding latches 33 protrude with one end of the space, so that they can be pressed to release the securing position together and removed from the space.
p0067In the <figref idrefs="f0007">Figures 11a and 11b</figref> is yet another variant one clamping piece 22 is shown with an associated fastening surface 21st The mounting surface 21 is provided in the extension 9 and cut as an elastically deflectable arm of this. The arm is a first bridge 35 and in extension of the arm is a second bridge 36 at the surface of the extension 9, which surrounds the arm, is provided. The clamping piece 22 is designed as a bolt which is inserted through the opening 50 in the bottom 27th In an inserted position, the clamping piece by 22 projects the first bridge 35 and the second bridge 36, so that the mounting surface is 21 relative locked the extension 9, as in<figref idrefs="f0007">Figure 11 b</figref> is visible.
p0068On the outer side of the circumferential surface 4 of the support member 2, a grid 23 is provided with a plurality of parallel to each other extending ribs 37th On the opposite side of the grid of the fastening surface 21 of locking ribs are also provided which engage between the ribs 37 when the mounting surface is deflected by the clamping piece 22 in the direction of the carrier element the second The locking ribs thereby go with the ribs 37 is a form-fitting holding connection, so that the holder 3 can not be moved on the support element. A frictional connection is not necessary in this case.
p0069The bottom 27 of the device holder 3 is closed in this variant. Thus, the carrier element 2 can be inserted in the extension 9, until the edge of the carrier element 2 abuts the bottom 27th Basically a holding connection can be produced but already when the carrier holder 3 is not completely pushed to the stop at the carrier element. 2 In this way, in turn take place, a fine adjustment of the distance between the base element 1 and device holder 3 and the device carrier to be adapted to different thicknesses of wall material.
p0070In the variants shown a clamping piece is provided in each case. Basically, however, other clamping piece can be provided, which cooperate with other mounting surfaces. For example, on a mounting surface of a first opposite side, a further fastening surface may be provided on a carrier element, so that the support element itself comprises two retaining connections on two opposite sides of the peripheral surface.
p0071In the <figref idrefs="f0008">Figures 12a and 12b</figref> is shown a further variant of the instrument carrier with two attachment surfaces 21st The projection 9 protrudes turn off the floor 27 of the device holder in the direction of the support member. 2 The projection 9 can be inserted within the support member, so that the edge of the carrier element 2 can abut outside of the extension at the bottom of the 27th In the peripheral wall 4 of the carrier element 2 a grid 23 are provided with a plurality of locking openings 38 on two opposing surfaces. On extension 9 elastically deflectable mounting surfaces are formed on two mutually opposite walls, on the outside of locking ribs are provided, which can engage in the Rastöffnnungen 38th On the inner sides of the mounting surfaces 21 of strap 39 are provided, to which the fastening surfaces 21 can be deflected inwardly. A clamp 22 is designed as a closure for the opening 31 in the bottom 27 of the device holder 3 and has a vertically projecting from a closure face 40 clamping plate 41.
p0072As in <figref idrefs="f0008">figure 12a</figref> can be seen, the snap-in ribs of the mounting surfaces 21 in the locking openings 38, if they are in a relaxed state, whereby a holding connection between the carrier element 2 and holder 3 results. For insertion of the extension 9, with the mounting surfaces 21 in the carrier element, these z. B. be detected by a caliper to the brackets 39 and be deflected inward. The holder can then be inserted into the carrier element 2 in a desired locking position. Subsequently, the clamping element 22 is inserted between the mounting surfaces 21 so as to block it in its rest position and to secure the attachment of the holder device on the carrier element.
p0073In the <figref idrefs="f0008">Figures 13a and 13b</figref> is yet another variant of a device carrier, wherein the mounting surface is provided on the holder 3 and a counter-surface 24 is formed from the outer periphery of the support member 4 second The fastening surface 21 is provided on a T-beam of a guide pin 16 and the counter surface in the interior of a guide groove. 5 The attachment surface 21 and the counter-surface 24 may have indentations that complement each other to a gap between the surfaces, respectively. The clamping piece 22 is given by a simple screw which can be screwed into the intermediate space. Here, the mounting surface is deflected elastically and creates a press fit between the holder 3 and the carrier member 2. In addition, the thread of the clamping piece 22 can engage the surface of the mounting surface 21 and the counter surface 24 and form a form fit.
p0074In <figref idrefs="f0009">figure 14</figref> is shown according to another aspect of the present invention, a tool carrier. The equipment rack comprises a base plate 1 projecting from the two parallel to one another extending support members in the form of support plates 42nd The support plates 42 have a width on side as a support surface for a holder 3, which is inserted between the support plates 42nd The carrier plates have, at their opposite edges on a guide strip 43 in the longitudinal direction of the carrier plates. On the holder 3 gripper 44 are on the carrier plates opposite sides provided which comprise the guide strips 43, so that the carrier holder 3 is guided in the longitudinal direction on the carrier plates. The support holder 3 can be held in this manner on two sides safely. On these two sides being supported over the entire width of the carrier plates 42, as it is attached with the grippers at the edge. The distance between the base member 1 and the substrate holder 3 can be adjusted continuously by the support holder 3 is displaced along the guide rails.
p0075The carrier holder 3 can be held by one of the variants described above with mounting surface and clamp to the support plates. For example, a fastening surface and a counterpart on the side wall of the device carrier 3 and the surface of the carrier plates 42 are provided. It is, for. Example, conceivable that an elastically deflectable mounting surface of the wall of the device holder 3 or the surface of the support plates 42 is formed.
p0076In <figref idrefs="f0009">figure 15</figref> is shown schematically a second variant of the device carrier with two support elements. The equipment rack comprises two carrier elements in the form of tube elements 45, which next to each other extending in parallel from the base element 1, essentially, a lower end of the base member 1 is bent such that it extends at least approximately parallel to the surface of the base member first The lower portion is bent for example by 90 °. Preferably, the lower end has a region which forms an obtuse angle to the longitudinal axis of the support element 2, so that there is a longitudinal surface as described above. another angled section can be followed by the field with an obtuse angle, so that overall a right angle. The lower end also has an insertion opening 46 through which a cable can be inserted into the tube element. A cable can for example be introduced directly into the area with an obtuse angle or in another area. The two tubular elements 45 are arranged on the base member 1 so that the insertion openings 46 facing in opposite directions. The lower portion may further comprise fixing means for fixing of ducts. At the upper end of the tubular elements 45, a device holder (not shown) are attached.
p0077In the <figref idrefs="f0010">Figures 16a to 16c</figref> there is shown a further embodiment of a device carrier according to the invention with a Übergangstülle 47 between a support element 2 and an empty pipe 12th As in<figref idrefs="f0010">figure 16a</figref> visible, an empty tube is fed 12 through the Übergangstülle 47 in a lower end of the carrier element the second For receiving the Übergangstülle 47 is a receptacle for the lateral opening in the carrier element 2 48 is provided in the form of a ring segment in which the Übergangstülle 47 can be inserted, as shown in<figref idrefs="f0010">figure 16b</figref> is shown. The Übergangstülle 47 is designed as a tubular member and has inside retaining means for holding the empty tube 12th At one end, the Übergangstülle 47 a circumferential groove on the outer periphery 49, with which it can be inserted into the receptacle 48, as in<figref idrefs="f0010">figure 16c</figref> is shown. The connection between the annular groove 49 and seat 48 blocks the Übergangstülle 47 against a pulling force in the axial direction. When mounting can thus be already attached to the conduit the Übergangstülle 47 before it is mounted on the instrument carrier.
p0078Preferably, the receptacle 48 may be designed such that the axis of the Übergangstülle 47 with the axis of the support element 2 forms an obtuse angle. An inner surface of the Übergangstülle 47 can thus form a longitudinal surface in the sense of the invention described above. For this example, the Übergangstülle 47 are mounted with a sloping end to the support member or the receptacle 48 is assigned Übergangstülle 47 obliquely to the support member 2 at.
p0079Further embodiments of an inventive device carrier are also conceivable, especially, other combinations of the features described are also conceivable, which constitute a further development of the device carrier together.
