p0001The present invention relates to an element according to the preamble of claim 1.
p0002It is known for buildings, ceilings and / or walls by means of thermal insulation boards made of foam or the like. Insulate insulation against the cold. The thickness of such insulation is usually 80 to 160 millimeters. In building facades as a Nachisolation are glued onto the cleaned old render the insulation without joints and mechanically fastened with mushroom-shaped plastic nails on walls in addition to the cut brickwork, predominantly or in the case. Thereafter raised a net on the board outside and stuck with a basic plaster-like adhesive. After setting or curing these basic plaster-like adhesive layer of the finished plaster is applied. A disadvantage of this is external insulation that are on the plaster no lights, sensors, coat hooks, bolts for shutters, clamps for water pipes and roof water drainage pipes, house numbers, etc. fastened with normal screws and plugs. If such objects facade side to mount, wooden blocks are first sunk into the insulation layer, bolted to the masonry and then the article bolted to the wooden block. It is also known for long to use the insulation layer penetrating screws that shipped screwed with the top in a recessed masonry anchors s. The durability of the mentioned blocks of wood, however, is not guaranteed, as they are in the water vapor condensation zone of the wall, therefore are often wet and can rot over time. Access to the fortified with extra long screws facilities occasionally oriented transversely to the screw axis forces of different size on, the screw different bends sharply and gradually increased their passing through the plaster and the insulation hole in the gradually switched water and can penetrate behind the insulation.
p0003Similar problems arise when. Are to be mounted on an insulated facade electrical switches, sockets or the like, since the intake box on which such devices are mounted only found insufficient support in the insulating layer and loosen over time.
p0004For a more stable attachment of the intake box in the insulating layer is known, symmetrically and spaced apart to screw two L-shaped angle pieces to masonry structures and to fix a mounting box between the parallel, pre-cut to the thickness of the insulating legs. This approach improves the stability of the built-mounting box. Okay it is not meaningful. In addition, the installation of the brackets is costly in terms of their specific mutual position.
p0005The present invention therefore has as its object to provide a device which is easy to handle and provides a solid attachment of goods, equipment and the like. On a façade with external insulation.
p0006With the accompanying schematic drawing, the invention is explained, for example. Show it:

Fig. 1

a perspective view of a first embodiment of an element,

FIG. 2

the element of FIG. 1 in an exploded view,

Fig. 3

a side view of the element according to Fig. 1 in the fitted state,

Fig. 4

a section according to the line IV-IV in Fig. 1,

Fig. 5

a perspective view of a second embodiment,

Fig. 6

a side view of the embodiment of FIGS. 5 and

Fig. 7

a sectional view of a third embodiment.

p0007The element according to FIGS. 1 to 4 comprises an anchoring plate 1 having slot holes 2 in the corners. Right angles from the center of the anchor plate 1 extends on its front away a tubular beam 3, which is manufactured integrally with the plate first The carrier 3 includes with its internal cross section is flush with an opening 4 in the plate 1 (Fig. 4), so that the end of an installation tube 5 can be pushed from the rear side of the plate 1 in the carrier 3 into and through. The carrier 3 has a square cross-section hollow section with two opposing, rounded edges. The length of the beam 3 is, as with two dotted lines in Fig. 2 by means of a saw or a knife to any desired length cut to size. Next, the element has a honeycomb-shaped support plate 6, on whose perforated front the to be mounted on a facade objects or devices are screwed tight. The after the front open, checkerboard juxtaposed cells 7 are formed by perpendicularly intersecting, 1 to 2 millimeters thick cell walls. 8 back to an opening 9 in the middle of the carrier plate 6 connects to an inlet box 10, whose inside cross-section is equal to that of the opening. 9 The side walls of the intake box 10 are provided with knock-out wall sections 12, through which, if necessary, a conduit 5 can be inserted. At the intake box 10 includes a sleeve-shaped guide 13, which is open to the inlet box 10th The internal cross-section of the guide 13 corresponds to the outer cross section of the carrier 3, so that it in the guide 13 is virtually free of play hineinschiebbar. The carrier 3 and the guide 13 can thus be telescoped domestic and apart. On the outside, the guide 13 is provided with two axially parallel ribs 14 which form a groove 15th At any point of the groove 15, the head of a screw 16 with self-tapping thread is radially to the longitudinal axis of the guide screw. The support plate 6, the intake box 10 and the lead 13 are manufactured in one piece (like the anchor plate 1 and the carrier 3) of a plastic verrottungsresistenten.
p0008If a facade outside insulated, at each location at which an object (lamp, sensor, folding hooks for clothes, etc.) to be fixed, an anchor plate 10 on the Rohmauer by screws (Fig. 3). According to the thickness "d" of insulating layer 17, the free end of the carrier 3 so far separated that if the plug guide 13 be truncated end in the region of the transition from the guide 13 to the intake box 10, and the distance of the front of the plate 6 of the Rohmauer the thickness "d" of insulating layer 17 corresponds roughly. In this einjustierten position of the guide 13 on the support 3, the screw 16 is turned on and screwed through the wall of the guide 13 and the carrier 3, so that a fixed, form-fitting connection between these two parts (3, 13) is formed.
p0009Is on the support plate 6, an electric apparatus such as to fix a lamp, a conduit 5 is to this point laid. The tube end is pushed before screwing the anchoring plate 1 from its rear side by the carrier 3 and the lead 13 therethrough. After securing the anchoring board 1 in the above the intake box 10 end of the pipe is cut off. However, it is also possible (shown in phantom in Fig. 3) 5 from the outside through a broken wall section 12 passes to lead a misplaced in a wall slot conduit into the inlet box 10.
p0010Thereafter, the insulation layer 17 is attached to the Rohmauer, wherein respective recesses are cut out from the foam to the assembled element, so that no cold bridge is created. After attaching the insulating layer 17 whose outer side is flush with the outside of the carrier plate 6. On the insulating layer 17 and the support plate 6 are a Haftputz grown thereafter 18 and then a finished plaster 19th After curing of the finished plaster 19, the lamp can put in front of the support plate 6 on the facade and are attached by bolted through the plaster layers 18, 19 into the carrier plate 6 screws. Here, the cells 7 of the support plate 6 have the function of dowels.
p0011In the example of FIGS. 5 and 6, the same reference numerals denote the same parts as in the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 4, so that repetitive description thereof is omitted. The main difference is the one hand, the fact that the intake box is substantially larger than in the example described above 10 both in terms of depth and clear cross-section. On the other hand, the cross-sectional area of the support plate 6 is smaller and, together with the intake box 10 together in shape and size of a conventional inlet box. How dash-dotted lines, both the support plate 6 and the intake box 13 can be doubled or tripled if facade outer side two to three switches and / or outlets are to be attached.
p0012According to an embodiment not shown, the guide 13 and the intake box 10 may have the same internal cross-section.
p0013Further, it is possible to use the guide 13 with the anchor plate 1 on the one hand and the carrier 3 to the carrier plate 6 to produce the other hand in one piece.
p0014The cross-sections of the carrier 3 and the guide 13 may also be cross-shaped. Have the carrier 3 and the guide 13 has a circular cross-section, an outer and on the guide 13 an inner thread may be provided for setting the length of the element on the carrier third
p0015If the item is only for attaching non-electric appliances, such as clothes hooks, bolts for shutters, company signboards, etc. provided., May, as FIG. 7 shows the opening 9 are not in the carrier board 6.
p0016Although the element is described as a carrier for fastening objects on an outer facade, it can also be used only for their protection at high impact risk facade points. In this case, the carrier plate 6 is preferably configured substantially larger, with more elements to the beat places prone coverage lined up.
