p0001The invention relates to a cultivator tine according to the preamble of patent claim 1. Such a cultivator nail is known from <patcit id="pcit0001" dnum="AU458148"><text>AU 458 148</text></patcit> known. The invention also relates to a cultivator with several such tines.
p0002Cultivators are used in agriculture to loosen and break of soils, particularly for shallow stubble cultivation, used. They generally have a can be coupled to a towing vehicle base frame, which is guided adjustable in height by means of front support wheels and rear packer rollers. On the base frame a plurality of tines are attached, which are usually arranged offset from one another in several rows. The cultivators known the tines are often mounted on coil springs on the base frame. Such tines can but yield laterally and be relatively quickly deflected in a corresponding resistance to draw up, resulting in an uneven tillage.
p0003The object of the invention is to provide a cultivator and a cultivator with several such tines that allow a more precise and more consistent tillage.
p0004This object is achieved by a cultivator with the features of claim 1 and by a cultivator with the features of claim 7. Expedient refinements and advantageous developments of the invention are indicated in the dependent claims.
p0005In the cultivator tine according to the invention is acted upon by a spring and pivotally mounted on a support of a cultivator through a bracket cultivator shank pivotable about a fixed to the bracket transverse axis, said transverse axis above the support and in the pulling direction of the cultivator in front of the tip of a lower end of the Grubberstiels arranged coulter blade is. By such a linkage depth control is achieved by drawing resistance, without thereby changing the working position of the coulter blade considerably. By spring, the cushion shocks and peak loads, even thin goosefoot can be used, which retain their cut quality for longer and thus require less traction. By suspension and the position of the upper pivot point an exact depth control is achieved which was not previously possible with conventional tines. The cultivator is supported on a fixed bearing bush at its upper end rotatably mounted on the transverse axis. As spring is a leaf spring is used in a preferred manner that is disposed between the support and a guide. This ensures good lateral guidance of Grubberstiels is achieved. Through the upper bearing and fixed to the leaf spring lower guide the cultivator can not escape to the side, so that a uniform tillage is ensured without editing faulty strips. The guide includes two spaced-apart side members between which the cultivator shank is guided laterally. On the side panels is attached as an overload protection, a cover plate on shear bolts, which can prevent that damage occurs at the Grubberzinkenaufnahme or the cultivator.
p0006Additional details and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description of a preferred embodiment based on the drawing. Show it:<dl id="dl0001"><dt><b>figure 1</b></dt><dd>a sprung Grubberzinke in a side view and</dd><dt><b>figure 2</b></dt><dd>the Grubberzinke of <figref idrefs="f0001">figure 1</figref> in a rear view.</dd></dl>
p0007The in <figref idrefs="f0001">Figures 1 and 2</figref> Grubberzinke shown includes a bent cultivator shank 1, which is pivotally mounted about a transverse axis 2 and loaded by a spring designed as a leaf spring 3 in the upper area on a holder 4th The holder 4 includes an upper U-shaped holding part 5, which is attached via a web 6 and two screws 7 interconnectable angular mounting clamps 8 and 9, angled slightly downwards at a designed as cross member support 10 of a cultivator. The transverse axis 2 is formed by a screw which extends through aligned bores in the two lateral limbs of the U-shaped holding part 5th On the running as a screw transverse axis 2 is located a bearing bush 11 which is welded to the upper end of Grubberstiels 1 or connected in another suitable manner firmly with this. At the lower end of Grubberstiels coulter blade 12 is mounted interchangeably on screws. 13
p0008As from <figref idrefs="f0001">figure 1</figref> shows the leaf spring 3 includes a plurality of superimposed spring blades 14 which are fastened in the upper region by means of screws 15 on the lower crosspiece 16 of the U-shaped holding part 5th The lower part of the lower spring leaf 14 is connected via a guide 17 with the cultivator shank first Through the leaf spring 3 the Grubberzinke is reset with a deflection upwards again into the position shown in FIG 3 lower starting position. The guide 17 consists of two spaced apart side members 18, between which the cultivator 1 is guided laterally supported. On the two side portions 18, a top cover plate 19 is attached to shear screws 20th The fortified by the shear screws 20. Cover plate 19 forms an overload protection for the case that the resistance to draw, for example due to an obstacle exceeds a permissible value.
p0009In <figref idrefs="f0001">figure 1</figref> it can be seen that the transverse axis 2 is located above the support 10 and in the pulling direction of the cultivator before the tip 21 of which is arranged at the lower end of Grubberstiels 1 coulter blade 12th By such a linkage depth control is achieved by drawing resistance, without thereby changing the working position of the coulter blade considerably. In a particularly advantageous for the stubble cultivation embodiment, the transverse axis is mounted about 25 cm from the tip 21 of the coulter blade 12 at a height of about 1m. Out<figref idrefs="f0001">figure 1</figref> is also visible, which is the transverse axis 2 and thus the rotation axis of the Grubberstiels 1 before the central axis 22 of the carrier 10 and is thus displaced from the carrier 10 in the pulling direction of the cultivator forward.
