  1. 1
An information generating apparatus comprising:image capturing means(10)that captures a motion image to thereby generate motion image data consisting of at least one unitary image, position information acquiring means(50)that acquires position information indicative of a position where the motion image has been captured, motion image coding means (21) that codes the motion image data, and system time generating means (2150) that generates a system time, characterized by comprising multiplexing means (2140) that performs multiplexing by adding the system time common to the at least one unitary image of the motion image data and the corresponding position information to each respective unitary image and the correlated exactly one position information to thereby correlate the at least one unitary image and the corresponding position information.
  2. 3
A playback apparatus comprising:image decoding means (21) that, for data wherein coded motion image data consisting of at least one unitary image and position information corresponding to at least one unitary image of the motion image data are correlated to one another, performs decoding of the coded motion image data , thereby correlating the at least one unitary image and the position information, and displaying means (42) that correlates the position information, which is correlated to the decoded motion image data, and a representative image of the motion image data, and performs display thereof on a map, characterized by the image decoding means (21) performing decoding of the coded motion image data by using a system time common to the at least one unitary image of the coded motion image data and the corresponding position information, the system time being added to each unitary image and the respective exactly one position information to thereby correlate the at least one unitary image and the corresponding position information.
  3. 6
A playback apparatus comprising:a separating means (2160) that, for data wherein each unitary image in coded motion image data consisting of at least one unitary image and exactly one position information corresponding to the unitary image are correlated by a common presented time and are accordingly multiplexed, separates the motion image data and the position information from one another, image decoding means (2171) that decodes the separated motion image data, output means (24) that outputs the separated position information and the at least one unitary image of the decoded motion image data including the presented time common to the position information, and superposing means (361) that performs display by superposing a map indicating the output position information and a motion image containing the at least one output unitary image.
  4. 7
A method comprising:a step of capturing a motion image to thereby generate motion image data consisting of at least one unitary image, a step of acquiring position information indicative of a position where the motion image has been captured, a step of coding the motion image data, a step of multiplexing by correlating respective position information to at least one unitary image in the coded motion image data, a step of outputting the multiplexed data, and a step of generating a system time common to the at least one unitary image and the corresponding position information characterized by the step of multiplexing performing multiplexing by adding the system time common to the at least one unitary image of the motion image data and the corresponding position information to each respective unitary image and to the respective exactly one position information to thereby correlate the at least one unitary image and the corresponding position information.
