Dispenser for hygienic paper or cleaning wipes

The invention relates to a dispenser for hygienic paper containing a housing, a first roll holder for receiving a roll with a hygienic paper, a unit for moistening the hygienic paper with a liquid container, with a moistening roll and a liquid tank, which is connected to the liquid container (21) and the moistening roll communicates and plays a leading role in hygiene paper.

Dry toilet paper and damp cleaning wipes are used for hygiene. When used, it proves disadvantageous that the toilet paper and the cleaning wipes are presented separately and the moist cleaning wipes can dry out. In certain situations, this can be very uncomfortable.

DE A 26 44 871 describes a toilet box from which dry and moistened toilet paper can be removed from a supply roll. The box essentially consists of a housing in which a roll holder for the toilet paper is arranged and a bottle which is arranged outside the housing. A deflection roller for the toilet paper, a spring-loaded conveyor roller for the toilet paper, a liquid container which communicates with the bottle and a moistening roller which is connected to the liquid container in a line are arranged in the container. The toilet paper is guided over the deflection roller and the conveyor roller and held by this on an organ with a tear-off edge. In this position , dry toilet paper can be removed. In order to moisten the toilet paper, the toilet paper is brought into contact against the spring action with the roller which is in line connection with the liquid container.

The disadvantages of the box can be seen in that the toilet paper is moistened by pulling on the toilet paper against the spring action, the degree of moistening being dependent on the removal speed. As a result, toilet paper can only be moistened partially or too strongly. If the pulling force is too high, the moistened toilet paper can be torn or the dry toilet paper can be torn off outside the perforation and is therefore unusable. The box is not suitable for the use of non-perforated hygiene paper from a roll. The reason for this is the relatively high tear strength of the hygienic paper.

The invention has for its object to provide a dispenser for hygiene paper that does not have the disadvantages mentioned above.

According to the invention, the object is achieved with the features of the independent claim. Further developments of the invention result from the dependent claims.

The invention is based on the idea of ​​using a dispenser to keep dry hygienic paper ready or to present moistened hygienic paper which, after tearing off, can be used as toilet paper or as a cleaning cloth. For this purpose, roll holders for the respective hygienic paper are arranged on a housing, a unit for moistening the hygienic paper with a liquid tank, a liquid container and a moistening roller that communicate with one another, a unit for donation with a conveyor roller for conveying the hygienic paper, with the hygienic paper being interposed the moistening roller is in contact with a drive unit for the conveyor roller and a control unit

The advantages achievable with the invention are essentially to be seen in the fact that commercially available, dry toilet paper is kept ready and moist, hygienic paper that can be used as cleaning wipes is dispensed, and that the dispenser is simple to use and to handle.

It is advantageous if the housing consists of a basic housing and an insertion part, which are connected via plug connections, if three liquid tanks are arranged on the basic housing and if the insertion part comprises the liquid container. This makes maintenance and, in particular, cleaning of the dispenser easier.

To cover the roll with the hygiene paper and the liquid container, a hood with a means for separating the hygiene paper can be provided. This covers the wet part of the dispenser and creates the possibility of using perforated and non-perforated hygiene paper.

If the guide roller and the conveyor roller are rotatably arranged in the hood, the hygienic paper can advantageously be easily inserted when the hood is pivoted down.

Reference is made to FIGS. 1 to 3. The dispenser contains a housing 1, a first roll holder 2 for receiving a supply roll 3 with toilet paper, a second roll holder 4 for receiving a supply roll 5 with paper to be moistened, a unit 6 for moistening, a unit for dispensing 7 cleaning wipes and a control unit 9 .

The housing 1 contains a U-shaped holder 11 consisting of a base section 12 for fastening the dispenser to a wall or the like. And a wall section 13 projecting at right angles therefrom, and a U-shaped support part 14 for the roll holders 2 and 4, which is in the holder 11 arranged and detachably or firmly connected to it. The roll holder 2 and 4 are attached to the base portion of the support member 14. The housing 1 also contains a pivotable flap 16 which is assigned to the first roll holder 2 and a hood 17 for covering the wet part of the dispenser, which is arranged pivotably about the axis 18. In the hood 17, a slot 19 is provided for the delivery of the cleaning wipes.

The housing 1, the flap 16 and the hood 17 are advantageously made of plastic or metal. Combinations of these materials can also be used.

The unit 6 for moistening comprises a liquid container 21, a liquid tank 22 and a moistening roller 23. The liquid container 21 is U-shaped in such a way that one leg 25 and the base section 26 are designed as a tube and the other leg 27 as a tub. The liquid container 21 is arranged on the wall section 13 such that one leg 25 lies below the liquid tank 22. The liquid tank 22 has a nozzle 28 which can be inserted into an opening 29 provided in the leg 25 while opening the liquid container at the same time. The moistening roller 23 is arranged in the leg 27 designed as a tub so as to be freely rotatable about the axis 30.

The unit 7 for dispensing comprises a guide roller 31, a conveyor roller 32 and a drive unit 33 for the conveyor roller 32. The guide roller 31 and the conveyor roller 32 are arranged rotatably about the axes 34 and 39 in bearing members 35, the conveyor roller 32 on the moistening roller 23 lies on. In the bearing members 35, a slot 36 is provided for inserting and lifting the conveyor roller 32. The drive unit 33 comprises a stepper motor 37 with a pulley, which is connected to the control unit 9, a pulley 38, which is fastened on the axis 39 of the conveyor roller 32, and a belt 40.

The control unit 9 is arranged in the housing 1 and comprises a conventional electronic control, which is powered by a battery and activated by a switch.

Reference is made to FIGS. 4 and 5. These figures show a second embodiment of the dispenser, which essentially differ in the embodiment of the donation unit from the first embodiment. Only the differences are described in the following description.

The unit 30 for dispensing comprises a guide roller 31, a conveyor roller 32 and a drive unit 33 for the conveyor roller 32. The guide roller 31 and the conveyor roller 32 are arranged on a holder 51. The holder 51 consists of two levers 52 and two axes 34 and 39 on which the guide roller 31 and the conveyor roller 32 are rotatably arranged, the conveyor roller 32 resting on the moistening roller 23. The axes 34 and 39 are detachably mounted on the levers 52. It can be seen from FIG. 2 that the holder 51 is arranged on the liquid container 21 so that it can pivot about an axis 54. Furthermore, a guide 55 is provided for pivoting the holder 51 on the hood 17, which is in operative connection with the axis 34 of the guide roller 31.

The drive unit 33 comprises a stepper motor 37 which is connected to the control unit 9, a first gear 57 which is fastened on the axis of the stepper motor 37 and a second gear 58 which is fastened on the axis 39 of the conveyor roller 32.

In a not shown, modified embodiment of the dispenser described above, the guide 55 is dispensed with, so that the holder 51 can be adjusted manually when the hood 17 is open. Instead of the guide, an organ is provided which keeps the gears 57 and 58 engaged when the hood 17 is closed.

Reference is made to FIGS. 6 to 9. The dispenser contains a housing 61, a first roll holder 62 for receiving a supply roll 3 with toilet paper, a second roll holder 63 for receiving a supply roll 5 with hygienic paper to be moistened, a unit 64 for moistening, a unit for dispensing 65 and a control unit 9.

Compared to the embodiments described above, the housing 61 contains a basic housing 66 for fastening to a wall or the like. And an insertion part 67 which is detachably connected to the basic housing 66. The basic housing 66 consists of a rectangular box, which is closed on the lower narrow side and is provided with closable openings on the upper narrow side, and a supporting part 68, which is attached at a right angle to the lower narrow side of the basic housing 66. The roll holder 62, 63 are mounted on the basic housing 66. The base housing 66 also contains a pivotable flap 16. The insertion part 67 has latches 69 which can be inserted into openings in the base housing 66 and support sections 70 into which the support part 68 can be inserted, the whole thing in this way; that the insertion part 67 is removably arranged.

A hood 71 is pivotally arranged on a shoulder 88 which is formed on the insertion part 67. The hood 71 has an opening 72 for dispensing the moistened hygienic paper. A tear-off blade 73 for tearing off moistened hygienic paper is arranged in the region of the opening 72 on the hood wall or on the extension 88 of the insert part 67. Instead of the tear-off blade, a tear-off edge can be formed at the opening 72.

Compared to the embodiments described above, the moistening unit 64 contains three liquid tanks 81, a liquid container 82 which is integrated in the insertion part 67 and a moistening roller 23. The liquid container 82 has a trough-shaped recess 84 for receiving the moistening roller 23, a connection section 85 for connecting a liquid tank 81 and a trough-shaped recess 86 for connecting the trough-shaped recess 84 to the connection section 86. The moistening roller 23 is freely rotatable in the trough-shaped recess 84.

The unit 65 for dispensing comprises a guide roller 31, a conveyor roller 91 and a drive unit 33. Compared to the embodiments described above, the guide roller 31 and the conveyor roller 91 are arranged in the hood 71 and the drive unit 33 on the basic housing 66 and in the hood 71. The drive unit 33 comprises a stepper motor 37 which is fastened to the support part 68 of the basic housing 66, a first gearwheel 57 which is fastened to the motor axis and a second gearwheel 58 which is fastened to the axis 92 of the conveyor roller 91. The conveyor roller 91 has annular projections 93 on the circumference, which are provided with corrugations to ensure the conveyance of the moistened hygienic paper.

The control unit 9 is arranged in the basic housing 66 and contains an electronic circuit which is fed by a battery or from the house network and is activated by a switch. The control unit 9 is advantageously designed such that when the switch is actuated, a certain length or any length of humidified tissue paper is dispensed by actuating the switch.

Instead of the embodiments described above, a modified drive unit can be provided which has a first friction wheel (97) which is connected to the stepping motor (37), a second friction wheel (98) which is connected to the conveyor roller (32; 91) Has spring element (99) for pressing the second friction wheel against the first friction wheel.
