Purification of fibrinogen

Abstract

The present invention relates to a process for purifying fibrinogen, characterized in that it comprises one or more process steps in which one or more contaminating proteins deplete by negative chromatography and / or negative adsorption, using cation exchanger, hydrophobic gel and / or dye gel become. Furthermore, the invention relates to the fibrinogen obtained by the method according to the invention, which is characterized by improved stability, and the production and use of pharmaceutical preparations containing this fibrinogen.
