  1. 1
An integrated circuit comprising:at least one test input for receiving test data;test control circuitry between said at least one test input and circuitry to be tested;wherein said test data is clocked in on a rising clock edge and a falling clock edge.
  2. 2
An integrated circuit comprising:at least one test output for outputting test data;test control circuitry between said at least one test output and circuitry to be tested;wherein said test data is clocked out on a rising clock edge and a falling clock edge.
  3. 4
A circuit as claimed in any preceding claim, wherein said integrated circuit comprises circuitry for separating test data clocked in on the rising edge of the clock signal and test data clocked in on the falling edge of said clock signal.
  4. 8
An circuit as claimed in any preceding claim, wherein said circuit comprisesa plurality of portions, each portion including test control circuitry, wherein said test data is clocked in a plurality of time slots, with test data for different ones of said plurality of portions being allocated to different time slots.
  5. 12
A circuit as claimed in any of claims 8 to 11, wherein frames are provided each contain n time slots.
  6. 14
A circuit as claimed in any of claims 8 to 13, wherein the slots in a frame are allocated to predetermined ones of said plurality of portions of circuitry and said allocation is used for a plurality of said frames.
  7. 15
A circuit as claimed in any of claims 8 to 14, wherein the slots are allocated dynamically.
  8. 16
A circuit as claimed in any of claims 8 to 15, wherein one of said portions of circuitry is allocated to one half of the available slots.
  9. 17
A circuit as claimed in any of claims 8 to 16, wherein one of said portions of said circuitry is allocated to a quarter of the available slots.
  10. 18
A circuit as claimed in any of claims 8 to 17, wherein a given time slot is allocated to a given channel until information is received token to allocated the time slot to a different channel.
