  1. 1
Claims of equivalent WO 2004006445 A2 I/We claim:1. A method of integrating a first radio network with a second radio network, wherein a first telecommunications service and a first center frequency are associated with the first radio network, wherein a second telecommunications service and second center frequency are associated with the second radio network, and wherein the first telecommunications service is different from the second telecommunications service, the method comprising the steps of: (a) adjusting the first center frequency with a first reference oscillator;(b) adjusting the second center frequency with a second reference oscillator, wherein the second center frequency is different from the first center frequency;and (c) synchronizing the first reference oscillator and the second reference oscillator.
  2. 10
A method of integrating a first radio network with a second radio network, wherein a first telecommunications service and a first center frequency are associated with the first radio network, wherein a second telecommunications service and second center frequency are associated with the second radio network, and wherein the first telecommunications service is different from the second telecommunications service, the method comprising the steps of:(a) adjusting the first center frequency with a reference oscillator;and (b) adjusting the second center frequency with the reference oscillator, wherein the second center frequency is different from the first center frequency.
  3. 12
A radio controller that integrates an operation of a first radio network and a second radio network, comprising:a data port;a data structure;and a processor that retrieves system information from the data structure and informs the first radio network or the second radio network about the system information.
  4. 15
An integrated radio network, comprising:a first radio network comprising: a first radio that is configured for a first center frequency;and a first reference oscillator that adjusts the first radio in accordance with the first center frequency;a second radio network comprising: a second radio that is configured for a second center frequency;and a second reference oscillator that adjusts the second radio in accordance with the second center frequency, wherein the second center frequency is different from the first center frequency;and an oscillator synchronizer that synchronizes the first reference oscillator and the second reference oscillator.
  5. 17
An integrated radio network, comprising:a first radio network comprising: a first radio that is configured for a first center frequency;and a second radio network comprising: a second radio that is configured for a second center frequency, wherein the second center frequency is different from the first center frequency;and a reference oscillator that adjusts the first radio in accordance with the first center frequency and the second radio in accordance with the second center frequency.
  6. 18
A wireless terminal, comprising:a radio frequency (RF) front end that receives a first radio frequency (RF) signal from a first radio network and a second RF signal from a second radio network and converts the first RF signal into a first intermediate signal and the second RF signal into a second intermediate signal;a radio subsystem that converts the first intermediate signal into a first data signal and the second intermediate signal into a second data signal;and a processor that configures the radio subsystem in accordance with system information received through the RF front end and the radio subsystem and that converts the first data signal to a first output signal and the second data signal to a second output signal.
  7. 23
A method of integrating a cellular radio network with a digital video broadcast radio network, wherein a first telecommunications service and a first center frequency are associated with the cellular radio network, and wherein a second telecommunications service and second center frequency are associated with the digital video broadcast radio network, the method comprising the steps of:(a) adjusting the first center frequency with a first reference oscillator;(b) adjusting the second center frequency with a second reference oscillator;(c) synchronizing the first reference oscillator and the second reference oscillator;and (d) broadcasting system information to a wireless terminal, wherein the system information comprises parameters about the cellular radio network and the digital video broadcast radio network.
  8. 24
A method of integrating a cellular radio network with a digital video broadcast radio network, wherein a first telecommunications service and a first center frequency are associated with the cellular radio network, and wherein a second telecommunications service and second center frequency are associated with the digital video broadcast radio network, the method comprising the steps of:(a) adjusting the first center frequency with a reference oscillator;(b) adjusting the second center frequency with the reference oscillator;and (c) broadcasting system information to a wireless terminal, wherein the system information comprises parameters about the cellular radio network and the digital video broadcast radio network.
