p0001The invention relates to an angle connector according to the preamble of the main claim.
p0002Such an angle joint is known for example from <patcit id="pcit0001" dnum="DE8509217U"><text>DE 8509217 U</text></patcit> known. In addition, also cross connector with clamping tongues for example from the<patcit id="pcit0002" dnum="DE19714557C"><text>DE 197 14 557 C</text></patcit> known
p0003From the prior art it is generally known to use hollow frame profiles or hollow distance profiles, to produce multi-pane insulation glass or double-glazed windows. Here, the frame hollow profile is cut to length and formed by means of the angle joint into a frame, onto which then on the front side and rear side in each case a glass plate is bonded. The frame hollow section is filled with a hygroscopic agent, in order to remove humidity from the entrapped air between the panes.
p0004With such an angle connectors, it is necessary that they are easy to assemble and can be reliably anchored in the frame hollow profile. Both the nature of the anchoring as well as the issue of fatigue of the plastic material plays a decisive role.
p0005The invention has for its object to provide an angle connector of the aforementioned type, which is well anchored in simple design and easy, cost-effective manufacturability and ensures a high degree of operational reliability.
p0006According to the invention the object is achieved by the combination of features of the main claim, the subclaims show further advantageous embodiments of the invention.
p0007It is provided that the distance between two adjacent lamellae is in a range of 1.5 to 2.0 mm.
p0008By the intended distance between the individual lamellae a sufficiently high number of segments can be realized at the angle connector, in order to ensure a secure mounting and anchoring.
p0009Furthermore, the inventive dimensioning of the distances of the disk provides the ability to reliably dig the angle connector which is plugged into the hollow section frame with the latter. Since the various embodiments of frame hollow profiles comprise on its inside A diversity embodied raised or rough areas, for example by indentations, weld beads or the like, the inventive angle connector can be used universally for different frame hollow profiles.
p0010it if the distance between adjacent fins is 1.75 mm is particularly favorable. It is understood that any type of intermediate values from the above-mentioned range between 1.5 and 2.0 mm can be favorable, for example, values of 1.55, 1.65, 1.85 and 1.95 mm.
p0011It is further contemplated that the overall height of the basic body and the lamellae is larger than an associated internal height of the hollow profile. In this way the slats are forcibly deformed during the insertion into the hollow frame profile, which results in the intended wedge effect of the lamellae. The fins keep the angle connector thus not by frictional force, as is known in the angle connectors known from the prior art, but by a specifically applied wedging action. This makes it possible, with the areas of the frame hollow profile sure to wedge the individual slice, at which no additional forms or similar are. Thus, there is a wedging or clawing of the lamellae, their effect especially occurs when a pull-out force is applied. Thus, the claimed fins differ from those known from the prior art embodiments in which the holder is effected by frictional and pressing of the lamellas against the wall of the frame hollow profile.
p0012In order to promote a secure anchorage for the slat, it is particularly advantageous when the free edge of the lamella is bevelled for forming a cutting edge. This increases the surface pressure between the fin and the inner wall of the frame hollow profile increases.
p0013It is furthermore particularly advantageous if the lamellae are arranged such that they extend inwardly, based on a final, produced from the frame hollow profile frame. The backs of the two base bodies can then ensure a reliable positioning of the two ends of the frame hollow profiles, whereby each type of game can be excluded.
p0014It is particularly advantageous if the slide length is about 24 mm. This means that the basic body is substantially 24 mm long, so that a sufficiently long distance can be filled with the lamella, so that a correspondingly high number of segments present. The slot length may be even 20 to 30 mm, depending on the dimensioning of the frame hollow profile.
p0015The base body is preferably provided on its side facing away from the lamellae with a sawtooth ribbing. This also contributes to the bracket and provides a good contact on the frame hollow profile.
p0016It is possible to pivotally connect two base body by means of an integrally connected with this hinge region to each other. In an alternative embodiment, it is provided that the two basic body by means of an integrally connected to this corner portion are firmly joined together. This results in a desired 90 ° angle.
p0017The two embodiments described above can be very easily realized that an injection mold is slightly modified. This results in very favorable manufacturing costs.
p0018For architectural reasons, it is often necessary to install lattice windows. These each have common large glass panes, so that the individual rungs are inserted just for decoration. By means of the angle connector this is possible in a particularly simple manner. Thus, the cross panels can be snapped in simple manner. thus extends a relatively simple tool for the preparation of the cross plate itself, so that overall reduce the costs.
p0019In a further development it is provided that the cross plate is integrally provided substantially centrally with an elastic on the surface of the cross plate protruding at this trained attenuation range. This is formed raised in the original production and is somewhat deformed when placing the glass panes. Thus, it can dampen and compensate for vibrations of the glass plate.
p0020In the following the invention will be described with reference to embodiments in conjunction with the drawings, wherein the <figref idrefs="f0001 f0002 f0003 f0004 f0005">Figures 1-6</figref> do not fall under the scope of claim 1. p0021In the different embodiment examples, identical parts are provided with the same reference numbers.
p0022The angle connector shown each comprise a base body 1, which is substantially rectangular and is provided on its outside with ribbing. 4 The dimensioning of the base 1 can be adjusted to the frame hollow profiles. The same applies for insertion bevels, rounded to facilitate insertion and the like. For this purpose, reference may be made to the known prior art.
p0023On its the interior of a frame formed by frame hollow profiles facing side according to the invention a plurality of fins 2 are provided, which extend at right angles to the main body first The fins have, such as in<figref idrefs="f0005">Fig. 6</figref> shown, a mutual distance A to which 1.5 to 2.0 mm, preferably amounts to 1.75 mm.
p0024In particular from the <figref idrefs="f0003">Fig. 3</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0005">6</figref> it can be seen, the free end of each slat 2 beveled so that a cutting edge 3 results. This is addressed in the examples shown, against the insertion direction, it can also be provided in a different orientation.
p0025The <figref idrefs="f0004 f0005">FIGS. 4-6</figref> show an embodiment variant in which the two base bodies are 1 integrally connected by a hinge region. 5 This results in the possibility of providing other orientations than 90 ° angle.
p0026The <figref idrefs="f0001 f0002 f0003">FIGS. 1-3</figref> show an example in which the base body 1 are both connected in one piece with a corner area 6, which allows a 90 ° orientation.
p0027In the <figref idrefs="f0006">Fig. 7</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0007">8th</figref> is an embodiment shown in which the corner portions 6 a cross plate 7 is placed (clicked or pressed) is. To this end the cross plate on 7 suitable projections or grooves. The detailed design is adaptable to the requirements in each case.
p0028It can thus be realized in the simplest way means crosses, without the need for additional connectors or the like would have to be made.
p0029To prevent rattling in the field of this center marks, has the damping plate 7 according to the invention a damping portion 8 (see <figref idrefs="f0008">Fig. 9</figref>), Which is formed integrally therewith and extending in its center on the free surface, so as shown in <figref idrefs="f0008">Fig. 9</figref> is shown. By means of individual zigzag-shaped leg 9, the attenuation range be 8 connected to the cross-plate 7, so as to<figref idrefs="f0009">Fig. 10</figref> is shown. However, it is also possible to form continuous concentric rings, such as the plan view of the<figref idrefs="f0006">Fig. 7</figref> shows.
p0030In order to ensure a safe holding of the base body 1 in the respective hollow frame profile, it is preferred that the total height of the base body 1 and the fins 2, such as in <figref idrefs="f0005">Fig. 6</figref> shown is larger than the height of the frame hollow profile, preferably the total height H of 0.2 mm larger than the clearance height of the frame hollow profile.
p0031The <figref idrefs="f0010">Fig. 11</figref> shows an embodiment of an end piece for a center cross. On a base plate 11 two basic body 1 are provided with inventively designed fins 2 integrally, whose distance of the arrangement according to the<figref idrefs="f0005">Fig. 6</figref> and <figref idrefs="f0006">7</figref> equivalent. Between the two base bodies 1 a mounting block 12 is mounted to the mounting plate 11, which is chamber-like or honeycomb-shaped. A central honeycomb or chamber row is for performing a fastening screw, so that overall a centric channel is formed, which guides the screw and serves for an exact anchoring of the screw. It is understood that the end piece 10 can be shot also so that no screw is required.
p0032The invention is not limited to the embodiments shown, rather diverse Abwandlungs- and modification possibilities arise in the invention.
