The invention relates to a snow plow with a crowd of several segments existing ploughshare, which is supported by a plow frame, the Blade segments are each connected via brackets to the plow frame, the are at least partially elastically deformable.
This widespread construction of side Schee plowing for example in the AT 396 600 B and DE AS 1,278,465 described. When in the DE AS 1278465 Snowplow described, the connection between the plow frame and each Räumscharen respectively by a pair of upper and lower elastic Supporting arms formed. The snowplow 396 600 B shown in the AT has as upper arm a rigid swingarm for which both the Plow frame and the corresponding section of the plow to horizontal Axes pivotally connected. The lower support arms are again elastically deformable.
By means of elastic supporting arms are starting shock when starting on an over the projecting to broaching underground obstacle added. The support arm deforms this segment and the crowd swung backwards and above, so that the obstacle is passed.
This known design of a page snowplow is in itself very advantageously, robust and cost-effective. However, there is the disadvantage that elastic supporting arms made of plastic only to a very limited extent in the Are able to transfer side forces, without resorting to side. For lateral forces there is, however, by the need for the side clearance skew snow plow relative to the advancing direction. A in the ejection direction the to-clearing snow along the ploughshare rising Snow there is a different strain of the individual blade segments, whereby between the coulter segments due to the different Open lateral deformation of the respective elastic support arms column to a deterioration in the quality clearing lead. Furthermore, it can be prepared by the Starting slightly to an obstacle occurring lateral forces to overloading an elastic support arm or to a permanent twist of the upper rigid arm come to give the corresponding section of the plow not more returns to its starting position and a constant gap is formed. Also breaks on resilient supporting arms may occur.
The object of the invention is to provide a snow plow of the type mentioned, the blade segments despite the connection to the plow frame by at least an elastic arm greater stability have opposite occurring lateral forces. According to the invention this is achieved with a snow plow of the type mentioned in that for at least one of the two outer blade segments, preferably both outer Blade segments, at least one Zugstabilisator to antagonize a lateral Dodge upon application of a lateral force on this outer section of the plow is provided, wherein the Zugstabilisator at this outer section of the plow and engages the plow frame and the contact point on the section of the plow further laterally exterior is as the Point of attack on the plow frame.
The Zugstabilisatoren invention support the outer section of the plow against lateral deflections as a result of occurring lateral forces from, whereby the middle blade section through support at the outer will flock segment stabilized. An occurrence of gaps between the Schar segments during the evacuation is thereby significantly reduced and a Damage to the supporting arms due to the startup of a Scharsemgents to an obstacle is counteracted effectively.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention it is provided that the respective Zugstabilisator with an imaginary vertical plane parallel to Plow frame is located, seen in plan view (that is, in a projection in a Horizontal plane) at an acute angle of less than 45 °, preferably from less than 30 °. The Zugstabilisator can thereby occurring lateral forces effectively absorb. Preferably, in this case are the Zugstabilisatoren as arranged horizontally or rise starting from the plow frame to each outer section of the plow slightly, which means that they include in the Basic position of the coulter segment, when the section of the plow not an obstacle is deflected, with the horizontal an angle of less than 20 °. Upon deflection of the lower edge of the crowd segment backward and above by encountering an obstacle shifts by the point the Zugstabilisators at this section of the plow than marginally outward so that in this case formed no larger gap between coulter segments becomes.
The Zugstabilisator can be designed as strut bar or rigid and this articulated both to the plow frame and the corresponding outer his flock segment connected. Furthermore, it is an education of Zugstabilisators in the form of a traction cable (at least over a majority of its length), or as Chain possible.
To accommodate the transverse forces acting on the foil in particular optimally can that Zugstabilisatoren are preferably in the lowest Third of the respective outer coulter segment involved, namely on the Back of crowd segment.
Further advantages and details of the invention are hereinafter with reference to the explained in the accompanying drawings illustrated embodiment. The exemplary embodiment. Shown in FIGS an inventive Snowplow having a plowshare, the two middle segments 2 Schar and two outer coulter segments 3. At the lower end of each Schar segment is a clearing bar 6 mounted. The blade sections 2, 3 are , 5 connected by means of support arms 4 with a plow frame. 1 Here is provided in each case an upper rigid arm 5, the about horizontal axes pivotable both relative to the section of the plow 2, 3 as well as to is mounted to the plow frame. 1 Furthermore, for each section of the plow 2, 3 two lower brackets 4 which in plan view on both sides of the rigid The support arm 5 are arranged and are designed to be elastic. Between Schar segments 2, 3 and the plow frame 1 are further elastic tie members 22 which draw the respective section of the plow down (up to an abutment of the rigid bracket 5).
At start of the foil 6 a crowd segment on an obstacle can the crowd this segment associated elastic support bars 4 deform, so that the section of the plow is veering backwards and the scraper to the rear and above can dodge the obstacle is passed. such Design of the suspension of the blade segments on the plow frame is known (For example, from those mentioned in the introductory paragraphs hereof).
The plow frame 1 is further to a vertical pivot axis 19 by means of piston-cylinder units 20 pivotally mounted on a suspension. This suspension comprises about horizontal axes pivotally mounted support 21 (of each of which two carriers are arranged one above the other and a parallelogram form), by means of which the plow frame via a further, in the FIG. 1 is not raised visible piston-cylinder unit and can be lowered. By means of a Devices plate 18, the snow plow mounted on a bulldozer will. The connection between the plow frame 1 and the appliance plate 18 but does not form the subject matter of this invention and may be in any conventional way be formed.
In Fig. 1 is further on the right side of the plow frame, an impeller 16 and a sliding block 17 located on the left side, on which the plow frame supportable on the ground (this is only different ways for supporting the plow frame illustrate on the substrate; in practice either two wheels or two sliding shoes are provided).
To a lateral deflection of the two lateral outer blade segments 3 to counter in the case of the influence of a lateral force, is for each of these two blade segments 3 a Zugstabilisator 7 provided. This engages the each outer section of the plow 3 and the plow frame 1 to which the point 26 on the coulter segment 3 continues laterally exterior is as the point 25 on the plow frame 1. This includes the respective Zugstabilisator 7 with a seen imaginary vertical plane 23 which is parallel to the plow frame in plan view - That is, in a projection in a horizontal plane - an acute Angle 24 of less than 45 °, preferably less than 30 °. In shown Embodiment, this angle is in the basic position of the coulter segment about 20 °. The point 25 of the respective Zugstabilisators on the plow frame 1 is in the embodiment shown deeper than the point 26 this Zugstabilisators 7 on each side of the outer section of the plow 3. The Angle 27 of the Zugstabilisator 7 here in the basic position of the coulter segment includes to the horizontal, is preferably less than 20 °. in the illustrated embodiment, this angle is 27 approximately 8 °. The Zugstabilisator but may also be arranged horizontally.
is in the embodiment of the invention shown in Figs. 1 to 8 the Zugstabilisator as substantially rigid rod formed. The Zugstabilisator 7 is both articulated to the section of the plow 3 and the plow frame 1 connected. These articulated connections are on the type of ball joints educated. For this purpose, at the ends of each Zugstabilistators a ball joint head 10 set. This ball joint head 10 interacts with ball joint shells 13 together, which are provided in mounting tabs 8, 9, which rigid are to the plow frame 1 and rigidly connected to the section of the plow. 3 For ease of manufacture the ball joint shells 13 may instead the spherical segment-like articulation surface and a frusto-conical joint surface exhibit.
Advantageously, the Zugstabilisatoren 7 are variable in their effective length designed to allow their adjustment. For this purpose, at one end the rod has an external thread 11 is provided, wherein the ball joint head against the external thread 11 is slidably and hex nuts 12 is supported on the side facing away from the joint surface.
The Zugstabilisator could also be formed in a manner as shown in FIG. 9 is shown. Here is the Zugstabilisator over a majority of its Length formed by a rope 29th To a service life-reducing kinking the rope at a pivoting of the coulter segment back to prevent the rope is preferably again via a hinged connection connected to the plow frame and the section of the plow, which in the embodiment 9 in turn provided as shown in FIG. Ball joint heads 10 are. Furthermore, it is a means for changing the effective length of Zugstabilisators provided, constructed as shown in an analogous manner as in Fig. 8 is and in turn has an external thread 11 and hexagonal nuts 12 includes. The Zugstabilisatoren could further be embodied in the form of chains. A articulation of Zugstabilisatoren with the section of the plow and the Plow frame could be omitted here.
With the swiveling of an outer coulter segment backwards in a row of impact on an obstacle leads to the lower part of the crowd a segment Arc motion back and up. On the other hand, the line of movement the remote from the attachment point 25 on the plow frame 1 end of Zugstabilisators 7 on an imaginary spherical surface about the point 25th By suitable choice of the angles 25 and 27 (as indicated above) can be achieved that in pivoting the crowd segment 3 back the line of movement of the point of remote end of the 25 Zugstabilisators lies approximately in an imaginary vertical plane 28 which is perpendicular is to the vertical plane 23rd It is thereby a support of the outer coulter segment 3 also in the pivoted state achieved this crowd segment.
Since the deformation of the elastic support arm 4 is not exactly predictable in practice and is therefore facing away from the path of movement from the point of 25 End of Zugstabilisators is not precisely determined, it is advantageous if in a rigid Zugstabilisator a displacement of this end of Zugstabilisators is made possible with respect to the fastening strap 9 outwards. It will thereby the outer section of the plow 3 not forcibly moved outward slightly, and thus open a gap to the adjacent middle section of the plow 2, that if during the pivoting of the outer coulter segment 3 back the point of action 25 of the opposite end Zugstabilisators 7 against the Vertical plane 28 slightly shifts outwards. Such lifting of the end of Zugstabilisators is made possible by a connection shown as in Fig. 10.
In Fig. 7, the forces are illustrated, on the impact of the ploughshare an obstacle, in the form of a via to broaching ground above can drain cover 14 occur. The direction of travel of the backreamer is as Arrow 15 drawn. First, take the in-open area in Fig. 7 visible clearing bar 6 of the central coulter segment 2 on the edge of the manhole cover on. The crowd segment stops and continues moving Plow frame pushes the elastic support arms 4 together, whereby the section of the plow is tilted backwards and the clearing bar 6 is raised, so that it can slide over the obstacle at the same amount. The on Clearing bar applied force was perpendicular in force components and tangential broken down to the edge of the manhole cover. From Fig. 7 it can be seen that here the main force component in the axial direction of the elastic support arms 4. The face of the foil 6 of the outer coulter segment 3 applies contrast in such an unfavorable angle to the obstacle on that a large is applied to the section of the plow laterally directed force. The resulting case impact loading can be recorded from Zugstabilisator 7 , whereby permanent deformation or breakage of the elastic Carrying arms 4 this crowd segment 3 prevented.
The invention is not limited to the embodiment shown. Zugstabilisatoren 7 could equally be applied to constructions in which both the upper 5 and the lower support arms 4 are designed to be elastic. The number of brackets per flock segment may vary. The hinged connection the Zugstabilisatoren to the plow frame and the respective section of the plow could also be designed in a different way than that shown. The plow could also have a different number of segments Schar comprise, for example, three or five blade segments.
