The invention relates to a snow plow, with a ploughshare or more, in the horizontal direction adjoining ploughshare, which in each case via two spaced superimposed support arms is pivotally and vertically displaceable suspended from a base frame or are, wherein on the ploughshare and / or on the the upper arm forming swing arm acts approximately in the direction of the lower support arm acting spring element
Many variants of snow plows have already become known, and in particular also those in which attempts have been made to create alternatives for swiveling out or swiveling the plowshares when they encounter an obstacle.
In one of these known designs (AT-PS 233 627), the ploughshare is connected by upper and lower rigid hinge lever with the base frame, which is adjusted by the pivotal mounting of this articulated lever plowshare when approaching an obstacle in height. To keep the ploughshare in the normal position, this is connected via a spring element to the support frame.
It is also a snow plow with evasive ploughshare become known (AT-PS 289 883), in which the individual plowshares are attached by means of strong bands of rubber or plastic to a support frame. With such a suspension a simple alternative for the ploughshare is probably created when the plow encounters an obstacle, but it is not possible with such a construction to combine the snow removal with a pressing operation. With such a construction, a roadway can not be cleared clean, because the scraper is not firmly pressed against the ground.
The present invention has therefore set itself the task of creating a snow plow, in which the ploughshare or the plowshares can avoid when hitting an obstacle without mechanical damage and in which, however, the snow removal can be carried out with a pressing operation.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that the upper trained as a rigid swing arm arm of the ploughshare is pivotally supported on both the ploughshare and the base frame about horizontal axes and that the lower arm of a clamped to both the ploughshare and the base frame, resilient or elastically deformable profile body made of rubber or plastic and the upper support arm at a distance from the axis of the base frame is associated with a stop web for pivoting downwards and engages the upper support arm acting at least in the direction of the lower arm out elastic tension member in the form of an endless rubber band
By these measures according to the invention it is achieved that on the one hand the ploughshare or plowshares is kept stable on the base frame and thus the ploughshare executes a controllable pivotal movement and height adjustment, and on the other hand reliably and safely evades to skip any obstacles on the lane to be cleared can, because the lower arm deforms immediately or bends
Due to the special design of the lower support arm, the ploughshare dodges quickly to the rear, in which case the upper support arm is then pivoted upwards. Due to the known arrangement of a downwardly acting spring element or an elastic tension member is the snowplow or the individual ploughshare be returned immediately after the skip of the obstacle back to the functional position, and also by spring elements or the elastic tension members the exercise of a pressing operation when snow clearing possible.
Furthermore, it is advantageous that two or more bearings for selectively securing the upper support arm or a continuously adjustable bearing point are provided on the base frame. By this additional construction of the snow plow can be adapted to different snow conditions, z. B. a mud clearing, or even a clearing on uneven surfaces with obstacles. Depending on the bearing in which the upper support arm engages the base frame, the ploughshare is more or less inclined forward so that the angle of the provided at the bottom of a ploughshare bar with respect to the vertical from an acute angle to almost at an angle of 0 ° is adjustable. The scraper then closes with the soil to be cleared in one extreme position an angle of approximately 90 °. In spite of this attitude, the ploughshare can still avoid any obstacle, and yet it can be pressed against the ground to be cleared, so that the ploughshare only escapes when it hits a firm obstacle, which is permanently connected to the ground. For this purpose, it is provided that a bearing for the upper support arm exhibiting holder protrudes from the base frame in opposite direction to the ploughshare and each having two or more holes for inserting a bearing pin in the desired positions or that the bearing point for the upper support arm on the base frame, z. B. by means of adjusting screws and crank, transverse to its axis is adjustable
Since such snowploughs are exposed to high mechanical stresses, on the other hand, but should be sought to construct weight and build, is provided as an expedient embodiment that the upper support arm in the region of the stop web has a transverse to the longitudinal extent of the support arm extending reinforcement and investment profile.
To ensure that, especially in a multi-part snow plow, the individual plowshares are claimed by the effective forces within the structure as symmetrical as possible to the respective bearings, it is further provided that on both sides of the upper support arm depending on an elastic tension member
A simple design solution for this measure is that a bearing pin for the upper arm protrudes on both sides via bearing flanges on the ploughshare and the elastic tension members engage around the protruding pin. After a further expedient solution of this type, the elastic tension member engages a cross piece attached to the upper arm. Further, the crosspiece is connected via a clamping screw with the upper support arm, the size of the restoring force can be adjusted and adjusted by adjusting the clamping screw. In order for this adjustment or Setting to have the largest possible range available is provided according to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, that the articulation point of the clamping screw along the upper support arm is adjustable regardless of the type of connection of the clamping screw with the upper arm on the cross piece on both sides of the clamping screw at least one elastic tension member is attached since this can reduce the extent of the load on the individual tension members, how in this way several tension members can be connected in parallel.
To ensure the desired mobility of the ploughshare with structurally simple and above all low-maintenance means is provided according to a further feature of the invention, that the lower arm of two at the same height with distance juxtaposed Profilkörpem rubber or plastic is formed For just this purpose, the forming the lower arm profile body with their ends in U-shaped brackets on the ploughshare and the base frame and are in these set wherein the U-shaped holders bent at its cantilever leg outward or executed kinked, so that the profile body have the opportunity to follow in the immediate Einspannbereich the movement of the ploughshare, without thereby this chucking the profile body is charged too high. The mentioned U-shaped brackets can be welded or riveted to the ploughshare and the base frame, which can indeed be accomplished quickly and without any special effort.
Furthermore, the arrangement is such that the lower arm is oriented approximately horizontally in the operating position of the ploughshare and the upper arm at an acute angle to the horizontal to the base frame increases, so in all expected and conceivable possible load conditions caused by obstacles on the lane to be cleared can ensure that the ploughshare always reliably dodges upwards.
An embodiment of the invention will be explained in more detail in the following description with reference to the drawings. Show: 1 a vertical section through a snow plow according to the invention in the clearing position; FIG. 2 a section along the line (I -1) in Fig. 1; FIG. 3 the same vertical section as FIG. 1, but the ploughshare is shown pivoted by hitting an obstacle upwards; FIG. 4 an embodiment of the present invention with a modified, basic frame-side attachment of the upper support arm, wherein two different positions of the ploughshare are shown; FIG. 5 a section along the line (Π - Π) in Fig. 4th
The snow plow consists essentially of a ploughshare (2), a base frame (3) and two spaced superimposed support arms (1) and (6). In a snow plow, depending on the clearing width, two or more plowshares (2) are usually arranged adjacent one another in the horizontal direction, each plowshare being suspended by means of the support arms (1) and (6), as will be explained in more detail below. By means of these support arms (1) and (6) each ploughshare is pivotally mounted and height-displaceable on the base frame (3). The upper support arm (1) of the ploughshare (2) is designed as a rigid swing arm, both on the ploughshare (2) and on the base frame (3) about horizontal axes (4) and (5) is pivotable The lower support arm (6) is made of a both the ploughshare (2) and the base frame (3) firmly clamped, resilient or elastically deformable profile body (16) made of rubber or plastic.
On the ploughshare (2) and / or on the upper arm (1) forming the swing arm is an approximately toward the lower arm (6) acting towards, elastic tension member (7) attached, so that the ploughshare is pulled down.
With such a snow plow not only the usual snow removal can be performed, it is also possible to combine a snow removal with a pressing operation in which the ploughshare is pressed against the roadway to be cleared. Despite the resilient suspension of each ploughshare it is exactly guided by the rigid design of the upper support arm (1). This exact guidance ensures that even with unbalanced load of the individual plowshares, they do not get lost at the top edge of the plow. jam. The individual plowshares (2), even if they are individually pivoted by obstacles, go back to the starting position. The profiled bodies (16) forming the lower support arm (6) are fixedly connected to the ploughshare share (2) and the base frame (3) and can only move from bottom to top according to the elasticity of the elastic tension member (7). In order to be able to carry out a pressing during the clearing process with such a snowplough construction, the elastic tension members (7) serve to pull the ploughshare (2) downwards under a pretension.
An embodiment is advantageous in which two or more bearing points (14), (15) are provided on the base frame (3) for selectively fastening one end of the upper support arm (1). In the in Figs. 1 3 and 3, in which the support arm (1) acts on the bearing point (14), the scraper bar (28) at the lower edge of the clew (2) encloses an angle (a) of, for example, 15 ° with a vertical plane. Now, if the support arm (1) is fixed with its one end to the bearing point (15), then the angle (ap between the Schürfiel · '(28) and a vertical plane is reduced to almost zero. The ploughshare (2) is then more
-3AT396600B inclined so that the scraper bar (28) is almost perpendicular to the clearing surface (25). So the plow can be used in different snow conditions, the snow conditions according to the angle of attack (a) is adjustable.
In the context of the invention, it is also possible, instead of two stationary bearings (14) and (15) such a bearing point on the base frame (3), z. B. by means of adjusting screws and crank transversely to the axis (5) continuously adjustable, so that the angle of attack (a) is infinitely adjustable.
The upper support arm (1) is at a distance from the axis (5) on the base frame (3) associated with a stop web (8) for limiting its pivoting movement downwards. To reduce noise and to damp the stop a rubber package (40) is expediently provided on the upper side of the stop web (8).
The support arm (1) consists of a welded construction and is approximately U-shaped in cross section, as shown in FIG. 2. The support arm (1) has in that region, with which it cooperates with the stop web (8), a transverse to the longitudinal extent of the support arm (1) extending reinforcing and conditioning profile (13).
Due to the relatively large construction width and the U-shaped cross-sectional shape and the additional reinforcement and abutment profile (13) of the support arm (1) is torsionally rigid, so that the two axes (4) and (5) are always parallel to each other. The individual plowshares (2) are thus always accurately returned to their original position, without the successive plowshares stuck together in a row.
The elastic tension member (7) is on the one hand to the ploughshare (2) or the ploughshare (2) facing end portion of the upper support arm (1) attached and on the other hand at a lower plane relative to a horizontal plane flange (9) on the base frame (3). , This elastic tension member (7) is designed as an endless rubber band.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 3, the upper support arm (1) and the elastic tension member (7) act on the plow share (2) coaxially. It is thereby only a single attachment point for both the support arm (1) and for the elastic tension member (7) provided. Again, additional measures against a possible tilting of the individual plowshares (2) can be provided by a respective elastic tension member (7) is arranged on both sides of the upper support arm (1). In this arrangement, the two tension members (7) can be attached very easily, since here a bearing pin (10) is provided which is held in the two flanges (11) on the ploughshare (2), said bearing pin (10) through the at the end of the support arm (1) arranged bearing sleeve is guided and projecting on both sides over the flanges (11). The elastic tension members (7) then engage around these pins (12) of the bearing pin (10) projecting above the flanges (11). A washer and / or a split pin secures the suspended elastic tension members (7).
The lower support arm (6) is formed of two at the same height with distance juxtaposed Profilkörpem (16) made of rubber or plastic. Of course, it would also be possible to provide only one such profile body for forming the lower support arm (6), but it is expedient to provide at least two such profile bodies (16) for reasons of stability.
These profile body (16) engage with their ends in U-shaped brackets (17) and (18) on the ploughshare (2) and the base frame (3) and are fixed in these brackets, for example with screws or rivets. These lower support arms (6) or the profile body (16) forming these take over both tensile and compressive forces.
It is advantageous if these U-shaped brackets (17) and (18) on their cantilevered legs outwardly bent or are bent over. In the position of the ploughshare according to FIG. 3 the advantage of this design measure is apparent. If the ploughshare (2) evades, the support arm (6) is bent relatively strong in the region of the U-shaped brackets. Due to the formation of the cantilevered legs of the brackets (17) and (18) of the profile body (16) can not be damaged.
To optimize the sequence of movements when hitting an obstacle and for optimal support and support of the ploughshare, it has proven in experiments to arrange the lower support arm (6) in use position of the ploughshare (2) aligned approximately horizontally and the upper support arm (1) to be fixed so that it rises at an acute angle to the horizontal to the base frame (3).
When slush snow clearing a plastic strip (29) is expediently placed on the scraping bar (28) made of steel Here you could move through a lifting and slot system, the plastic strip up or down, which is a certain comfort for the user, However, technically associated with a greater effort When such a plastic strip (29) is used, it is appropriate to make this plastic strip (29) almost perpendicular to the Räumfläche (25).
The base frame (3) is usually formed of molded tubes (23) and (24) as a welded construction. Thus, the snow plow can adapt to the unevenness of a clearing surface, the base frame (3) is suspended in a conventional manner on a rotating device and corresponding support wings are rotatably connected thereto. This construction method, which is generally known in snowploughs, will not be explained in more detail here.
In order to distance the plowshares from the clearing surface, a sanding pad (20) is provided, which can also be replaced with an impeller. This sanding pad (20) is rotatably mounted on a support rail (19), which in turn is height-adjustable in a holder (34) displaceable. If a plurality of bores is provided in the holder (34) or in the rail (19), the grinding shoe (20) can be adjusted in height
-4AT396 600B. It is advantageous if the holder (34) about a pin (21) is pivotable, wherein the holder (34) via a shear pin (22) is fixed. Only when the sanding pad (20) encounters an obstacle that is difficult to overcome does this shear bolt (22) tear off and the sanding pad (20) can move backwards. It must then be used a new shear pin (22).
When evacuating in built-up area, it is expedient to arrange a folding rubber apron (35) at the top of the plowshares (2), so that the snow can be brought in a rolling motion to the outside and thus no danger to the residents. A hinged version of this rubber apron (35) is therefore expedient because it is more advantageous when clearing snow in the open area, zurückzuschwenken this rubber apron in the direction of the arrow (36) to the rear wall of the ploughshare (2), because thereby the snow uninhibited by the ploughshare ( 2) can slide off and thus larger snow ejection distances are achieved.
When the ploughshare (2) with the scraper (28) or the plastic strip (29) impinges on an obstacle (26) on the clearing surface (25), the lower portion of the Räumschar (2) is immediately displaced to the rear, so that the support arm (6) is bent, as shown in FIG. 3 can be removed. At the same time, the support arm (1) is pivoted upwards, so that the scraper bar (28) or the plastic strip (29) can drive over the obstacle (26). The elastic tension member (7) is thereby stretched, so that a greater force on the ploughshare (2) or the support arm (1) acts to return these parts immediately after passing the obstacle (26) again in the starting position. This also contributes to the lower arm (6), which springs or elastically deformable Profilkörpem (16) made of rubber or plastic. It has been created such an effective suspension for a ploughshare (2), which allows a press room and also can run over obstacles without problems.
In the Figs. 4 and FIG. 5 shows an exemplary embodiment of the invention in which the angle of attack can be adjusted steplessly in a favorable manner so that an adjustment of the inclination position of the ploughshare share (2) is possible. In this embodiment, the bearing for the upper support arm (1) on a holder (33) of the base frame (3) is arranged, which protrudes in opposite direction to the ploughshare (2) from the base frame (3). This bearing is infinitely displaceable in a longitudinal slot (37) by means of a threaded spindle (38). It can also be provided in this embodiment, two or more bearings, in which, depending on requirements, a bearing pin for forming the axle (5) can be used.
Fig. 4 shows that the flange (11) over the embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 3 is longer, thereby to obtain a plurality of articulation points (4 '), (4) for the support arm (1). By a deeper articulation of the support arm (1) creates a larger advance storage of the ploughshare and thus the snow is ejected like a roll.
In the embodiment shown here, the elastic tension member (7) engages a crosspiece (31) which can be fastened to the upper support arm (1), and at a distance from the axis (4) of the support arm (1). It is characterized exerted an increased pulling action on the plow share (2) or the support arm (1), since the elastic tension member (7) acts almost at right angles to the support arm (1).
The crosspiece (31) is connected via a clamping screw (30) with the upper support arm (1). The crosspiece (31) and the clamping screw (30) form approximately a T-piece, so that in this crosspiece (31) on both sides of the clamping screw (30) each have an elastic tension member (7) can be arranged. In the support arm (1) a plurality of bores for the passage of the clamping screw (30) are provided, wherein it is fixed with a nut (32) and optionally a lock nut. By arranging a plurality of spaced holes or a corresponding longitudinal slot in the support arm (1), the elastic tension member (7) at different locations on the support arm (1) are attached. Again, a stepless adjustment would, in turn, conceivable, for example by means of a spindle.
In the embodiment of Fig. 4, another form of a sanding pad (20) is shown. Also in this embodiment, this sanding pad (20) could be replaced by an impeller.
In the context of the invention, various design changes are conceivable, but always the basic principle of an upper, inherently rigid support arm and a lower, resilient or elastically deformable support arm and further the arrangement of the elastic tension member (7) must be maintained to the optimum effect of To ensure construction according to the invention.
