The pipe (22) has a three-layer cylindrical core member consisting of an inner continuous glass fiber random mat, a uni-direction continuous glass fiber layer formed on the random mat, and an outer continuous glass fiber random mat formed on the uni-direction glass fiber layer. The layered structure is impregnated with orthophthalic acid type unsaturated polyester resin.
