Technical field
The invention relates to a women's undergarment with elaborate shell, in particular a brassiere, of two bust cups containing side parts, which are joined together in the front central area between the breast cups, which at the rear ends of a back fastener and which are provided with carrier tapes.
State of the art
Bras are undergarments that have to be made in terms of their determination to cover, support and shape the female breast in many sizes and shapes and kept on hand. Through her, this provision matched spatial form conditioned, they consist conventionally of a plurality of different parts that need to be constituted of a plurality of steps which are time consuming and rewarding and largely unaffected by a rational industrial operation. Besides the fact that a brassiere consists of a number of different parts, usually of textile material, is, as side panels, bust cups, carrier tapes, stocking or straight bindings, back fastener, etc., it is required by a conventional manner, to connect these parts by sewing together. This requires not only along withdrawing at the junctions sewing operation, but also the use of a bonding medium, such as a sewing thread.
There has been no lack in the art of attempts both to simplify this complex manufacturing process, but on the other hand to find a fit that comprises several possible sizes and shapes, and eventually to connect these two conditions together.
So is a "one for all" known as displaced bra, consisting of two, respectively one-piece, comprising the bust cups side parts of textile, stretchable material. These parts are each reinforced at the edges by strips of elastic material, which are connected by spot welding to the side parts. In this way, carrier tapes were produced, and at least the reinforcement strips of the side members undergo proceeding along the shoulder straps. Although there was no need of this kind of edge reinforcements on the connection medium for the sewing, but still remains the time that is required to trace the edges of the brassiere to produce the weld joints. Moreover, it was possible to dispense with seams not to connect the side members, nor for attaching the fastener parts or the carrier.
increase especially to the wearing comfort of such bra, in which to increase the shaping power amplifying parts, such as rods, bars or the like are incorporated, it is also known, blanks in the form of to reinforcing areas of a suitably rigid material with a sealable polyester material to conceal and then these parts together with a second continuous workpiece of stretchable material and by heating to a three-layer workpiece to connect (US 5,154,659). After cooling, the bust cups are then worked out of the elastic base material in the breast area by Molden. Also with this bra, the side parts are connected in the front central axis by a sewing yarn with each other and sewed the back fastener parts and shoulder straps.
Similarly, it is for reinforcement of selected areas of a garment such as a girdle or a brassiere, known to apply on a basis of a textile material by screen printing in certain patterns a powdered adhesive which is then melted in a drying oven (EP 0255101 B1). On the thus coated with adhesive areas based a corresponding areas of the adhesive application cover layer is then applied, which is bonded by application of heat and pressure by means of the adhesive with the base. Strength and forming properties are determined here by the shape and size of the adhesive application and choice of adhesive material. The other assembly and this bra is made by sewing.
Object of the invention
The invention is based is to provide a design for a ladies' undergarment, in particular a brassiere, which is suitable for a modern industrial production, avoids the mainly any ongoing and a connection medium requiring suturing the task.
Summary of the Invention
According to the invention, this object is achieved by a ladies' undergarment, in particular a brassiere with the features specified in claim. 1
Advantageous developments emerge from the dependent claims.
Compared to conventional joining techniques, in particular by sewing, the brassiere according to the invention can be made not only without any threads or similar joining means, but there are also practical only sporadically, thus by pressing, welding or the like, takes place operations for connecting the individual parts or the assembly required.
By eliminating most disturbing and affecting the strain behavior or possibly brushing, produced by sewing seams of new bra also has improved wearing properties. Because of its flat terminal edges and material transitions Bra invention is ideal for wearing under tight-fitting clothing, since he does not show on the above work clothes. Through reduced material variety is easy to care for and also a simplified recyclability result. Finally, the method of production also allows a better reproduction of the required fit and a comparably favorable cost structure in manufacturing.

In the drawing the invention using the example of a brassiere is shown as a ladies' undergarment. However, the invention is applicable to other garments having an elaborate shell, such as bathing suits or the like.
In Fig. 1, an inventive brassiere is shown from the inside. The brassiere 1 comprises two side parts 2 and 3, which are mirror-symmetrical to a central axis M and the front disposed. The side parts 2 and 3 each comprise by molding molded bust cups 4 and 5. The side parts 2 and 3 are connected with each other in an area 6 in the area of the front central axis M. are located on the rear ends of the side parts 2 and 3, the active and passive parts of a back fastener 7. In the front upper part of the side parts 2 and 3, above the bust cups 4 and 5, are carrier tapes 8 at 9, and in the rear region at 10 in a loop formed by an adjustment 11 12 adjustable fixed.
The side parts 2 and 3 consist of its entire surface covering layer 13 or 14 from a textile, stretchable to some extent material containing at least in part thermoplastically fusible fibers, respectively. In this base parts 13 and 14 are reinforcing members are laminated from the inner side that are designated in its entirety with 15 and sixteenth These reinforcement parts 15, 16 are also made of a textile, preferably a less stretchable material, which also contains at least in part thermoplastically fusible fibers.
As FIG. 1 shows that there are the reinforcing members 15, 16 from frame-like blanks which approximately equally wide, ribbon-like 2 and 3 extend along the outer edges of the side parts in order to effect a gain and stabilization of the edges here. These are lower, parallel to the bottom 17 extending parts 18, located in the back area adjoining, extending to the carrier tapes 8 parts 19, along the upper edges 20 extending parts 21 and finally above the bust cups 4, 5 extending parts 22 Starting from the bottom 17 of the brassiere 1 extending parts 18 of the reinforcements 15, 16 into the region of the breast cups 4 and 5 into; there they form reinforcements 23 to support the breast or to shape their contour.
Although undergarment according to the invention is illustrated here using the example of a brassiere with a back closure and carrier bands, the invention is not so limited. The bra can be used instead of a back fastener own or without closure as a so-called also a front closure to be "step-in Bra" formed. It may also be so designed strapless without shoulder straps. Finally, the invention also relates to swimsuits, both one-piece and bikini applicable.
For the manufacture of the brassiere according to the invention, first the two side parts 2 and 3 are made, these then joined together in the front central area 6 and finally mounted the carrier tapes 8 and the closure parts 7th
For the preparation of the side parts 2 and 3 of the brassiere 1 a coating is first applied to a base web or a rough cut of the reinforcements 15, 16 forming the textile material can be prepared by a connection to the base web 13 and 14 respectively. This can either be a "hot melt" -Kleberbeschichtung, or a thin, activatable by application of heat film. Thereafter, the inner contours of the reinforcement parts 15, 16 are out of this rough blank punched out and the remaining frame-like parts - is placed on the rough blank for the blank portions 13 and 14 - even without external contour. By application of heat and pressure, the reinforcing members 15, 16 containing coarse blanks with the rough blanks 13, 14 of the base sheet are connected. Only after the bust cups are 4 and 5 gemoldet and punched the outer contours. It makes sense, 2 and 3 to superimpose two side portions corresponding to each other in mutually congruent position.
After these preparatory measures, the assembly of the bra begins. For this purpose the superimposed punched and gemoldeten parts 2 and 3 are opened, brought to a triangular overlap 23 in the front central area 6 of the central axis M and connected in this area by a weld seam 24 firmly together. This can be done by a single pressing and welding process. This compound can also be a creative design, including "flower", will create visually pleasing.
Then, the parts of the back fastener 7 and the carrier tapes 8 are attached. This can be explained with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3 which respectively show cut-outs in a larger scale.
The fixed connection 9 of the carrier tapes 8 with the front upper portions of the brassiere 1, Fig. 2A. The shoulder straps 8, which usually consist of elastic tape material, usually containing thermoplastically fusible fibers, so that it is brought to the corresponding areas of the side parts 2, 3 in the overlap can be joined together by welds 25th For adjustable mounting 10 of the shoulder straps 8 in the rear region (Fig. 2B), a tab 26 is formed from the material of the side parts 2 and 3, with laminated reinforcement which is pulled through an eyelet 27 and then folded back. By a weld 25, the tab 26 welded to the side part 2 and 3 respectively. Through the eyelet 27 is pulled in a conventional manner, the carrier tape 8, which forms a loop 12th
Similarly, with the parts of the back fastener 7 process (Fig. 3). The back fastener 7 is 7b of an active fastener part 7a and a passive fastener part. The active fastener part 7a has a fastener head 7c, the passive fastener part 7b a recess 7d. Both fastener parts 7a and 7b shall each continue in an eyelet 7e. Again, run the ends of the side parts 2 and 3 in tabs 28, which are handled respectively by the eyelets 7e pulled and backward, to then be welded by welds 29 with the material of the side parts 2 and 3 respectively.
It follows that for the assembly of the brassiere according to the invention there is no need along a route running and a connection medium-requiring suturing; the production is limited to rather simple punching, pressing and welding operations, ie operations that can be performed easily by automatic machines machines.
While the side parts 2, 3 of the brassiere according to the invention 1 encountered in the embodiment shown in Fig. 1 in the front central area 6 by overlapping 23 and are connected by a the triangular outline of the lap joint corresponding also triangular weld 24, there is also the possibility of the side parts 2, 3 in the front central area 6 between the breast cups 4, 5 edges equal dull to combine in a weld 30th This possibility is shown in Fig. 4A in detail in front view and in Fig. 4B in a corresponding cutout in a view from the inside. How such a blunt weld can be produced in a simple manner, is shown schematically in several successive stages in the Fig. 5 to 7.
This simple connectivity is based on that according to the invention both for the rough blanks 13, 14 of the side parts, as well as the reinforcement members 15, 16 textile materials are used which contain at least partly thermoplastically fusible fibers. Such fibers can be prepared by applying ultrasound or heat, possibly with the simultaneous application of pressure, are welded. It succeeds by overlaying the existing from the rough blanks 13, 14 and the reinforcement parts 15, 16 side parts 2, 3 in mutually congruent position these in the later the front central area 6 forming ends 32, 33 by welding with pressure application with complete transection so to combine that, 33 fall after hitting the parts 2, 3, the two successive lying welded together end 32 into an extended position and so edges equal butt-welded together. In this way achieves a virtually invisible, at least not Brushing straight-line connection of the two front inner ends of the side parts 2; 3.
To secure this weld 30 and at the same time to reinforce this very highly stressed front central area 6 of the brassiere 1, it is useful, in this area, preferably on the inside of the brassiere, a reinforcing member 31 aufzukaschieren which usefully consists of the same material as the side parts can be 2, 3 themselves and connected in the same manner as the various layers with these material layers (Fig. 4A / B).
How such a blunt weld 30 can be produced advantageously, FIGS. 5 to 7.
In Fig. 5 is illustrated schematically how the two side parts 2, 3 from the base material 13, 14 and the reinforcement parts 15, 16 are superposed so that their front inner ends 32, 33 overlap each other. The double-layered area is then brought into the effective range of an ultrasonic welding device 34 which is only indicated by a sonotrode 34a and a bottom abutment 34b. The lower abutment 34b has triangular in its upper, the material part facing cross-section in order to allow not only a weld, but also a separation of the material parts.
By lowering guiding the sonotrode 34a in the direction of arrow 35 which is located between the sonotrode 34a and the abutment 34b material energy is supplied. This leads to a development of heat and therefore to a welding of the Kunsttoffäden in the two material layers. The two superposed ends 32, 33 of the side parts 2, 3 connecting weld seam 30 is shown in Fig. 6, which shows the situation after welding and separation, as indicated.
Thus, the two front central edges 32, 33 of the side parts 2, 3 are interconnected.
After breaking the two side parts 2 and 3 fall previously still superimposed ends 32, 33 into an extended position (Fig. 7), in which the side parts 2, 3 with their ends 32, 33 edges equal butted against each other.
