Car door lock

Abstract

Lock for an opening leaf of a motor vehicle, comprising a pivoting bolt (6) which cooperates with a keeper (4) arranged in the bodywork, the bolt (22) being able to be locked by means of a pawl, the pawl being pivotable by a locking position at an unlocking position, by means of an electric motor (9) equipped with a gear (10), lock in which:a) the gear (10) drives a crank disc (11);b) the crankpin (13, 14) meshes with a driver (18) of the pawl, so thatc) when opening, the crankpin (13, 14) first rotates the pawl in its unlocking position, andd) the disc (11) then continues to rotate until the crankpin (13, 14) is out of engagement with the ratchet driver and the ratchet is returned by its spring (21) to its locking position , characterized in that the pawl comprises:a pawn shaped trainer,two link levers (15, 17) provided between the disk (11) and the pawl.
