p0001The invention relates to a motor vehicle having mounted in a body of lighting devices with at least one lamp and one reflector in a lamp chamber and a lamp space from the outside final lighting glass and with a transmitting and / or receiving device for transmitting and / or receiving special signal beams, preferably electromagnetic signal beams ,
p0002It is known to equip vehicles with additional instruments for purposes of creating adaptive equipment for the driver of the motor vehicle or driving controls. Thus, it is known to arrange behind the windshield of a motor vehicle an optical transmitter and receiver, which performs a continuous measurement of distances from preceding vehicles in order to produce at a too close a warning for the driver or even automatically throttle the speed. Also known are according to the radar principle working distance measuring devices, which are also similar to the measurement of distances from preceding vehicles, as well as parking aids can be used and therefore also attached to the rear of the motor vehicle.
p0003The attachment of the known device behind the windscreen to monitor the fore-running traffic has the advantage that the windshield is cleaned by the driver using the wipers when the view through pollution, rain, etc. is prevented. Naturally, this is of such equipment is important, whose emitted radiation, such as scattered by optoelectronic devices, by contamination and / or attenuated in their intensity. The disadvantage of this arrangement is seen in the fact that at the windscreen or near the windscreen, a regular review of the obstructing device must be fitted, further in the passenger compartment can be a hindrance. In addition, the regularly required for the device transmitting and / or receiving optics disturbs the aesthetic impression of the vehicle.
p0004The invention is therefore based on the problem, required transmitting and / or receiving devices be installed so that a deterioration of people is avoided in the passenger compartment as well as a disturbance of the overall visual impression of the motor vehicle by the transmitting and / or receiving devices.
p0005Starting from this problem, a motor vehicle of the aforementioned type is characterized in that the transmitting and / or receiving device is disposed in the lamp chamber of an illumination device so that can be emitted or be received by the lighting glass of the special signal beam.
p0006According to the invention, the transmitting and / or receiving device is thus integrated into a lighting device, in particular a headlight of the motor vehicle. This offers the advantage that for transmitting and / or receiving device does not have its own place, in particular not in the vehicle interior, is required, and that parts of the illumination device for transmitting and / or receiving device are utilized, namely always the stable lighting glass of the lighting device, the preferably can be kept clean by a cleaning device while driving. Known cleaning devices operate it with wipers or with water jets at a higher pressure. If desired, also other components of the lighting device, in particular for the transmission of signal beams can be shared such as the reflector of the illumination device.
p0007The transmitting and / or receiving device can have its own optical system for forming the special signal beam. In this case, the transmitting and / or receiving device in the lamp chamber, periodically introduced through an own hole of the reflector next to the lamp through lead. The lighting device in the rest can then remain unchanged. Alternatively or additionally, it is also possible to use additional beam-shaping elements, preferably to realize in the lamp glass has a lens for forming the special signal beam. The lens takes expediently only a small proportion of the surface of the luminaire case in order not to disturb the emission of light of the illumination device noticeably. but is a prerequisite for this solution is that the radiation can be influenced by glass lenses in their shape, ie that optical beam or the optical beam similar electromagnetic radiation emitted or received by the transmitting and / or receiving device.
p0008Under the same conditions, the reflector of the illumination device for accommodating the transmitting and / or receiving device can be also utilized. This is possible through a special additional shaping of the reflector in the area of transmitting and / or receiving device, but it may also preferably be realized in that the emitted signal beam is at least partially directed through an opening provided in the air space reflection means to the reflector in the lamp room, in particular by a reflection means on the surface of the lamp glass. The reflection means may be provided with a beam forming or beam-scattering reflector surface and can be arranged in the optical axis of the lamp and small compared to the surface of the luminaire case, so that the radiation of the normal light of the illumination device is not or not significantly disturbed by the reflection means.
p0009Does the transmitting and / or receiving device with optical beams, the influence of the light from the lighting device will be unavoidable nature. This is thereby reduced, that the transmitting and / or receiving unit is designed for emitting and / or receiving a signal beam with a narrow frequency band. In addition, a carrier frequency to be modulated with the optical signals, whereby the interference is minimized by the light from the illumination device.
p0010The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing embodiments illustrated. Show it:

Figure 1 -

a section through a lighting device with an inserted transmitting and / or receiving device

Figure 2 -

a view according to Figure 1 with a modified light glass

Figure 3 -

a view according to Figure 1 with a provided with a reflector surface luminaire glass.

p0011Figure 1 can be a lighting device with a reflector 1, a light lens 2 and inserted into the reflector lamp 1 3 recognize. The reflector 1 is formed so that the schematically by two beams indicated emitted light from the lamp 3 passes as a searchlight beam through the light lens 2 and, for example, at the front of the car for the illumination of the road for the driver is used. The luminaire case 2 may be formed so that the emitted headlamp beam is influenced in a desired manner.
p0012Closely adjacent to the lamp 3, a transmitting and / or receiving device 4 is used in the reflector 1, whose emission and reception direction is for a signal beam A through the lamp glass 2 and extending to the optical axis of the lighting device in the embodiment shown in parallel. An optical system 5 of the transmitting and / or receiving device 4 ensures that the beam A emitted with a desired divergence, for example as parallelized beam or that of the received beam A to an optical sensor in the transmitting and / or receiving device is focused.
p0013In the embodiment shown in Figure 2, the luminaire case 2 is formed at the point at which the signal beam passes through the lamp lens 2 to a lens 6, which supplements the effect of the optical system 5 of the transmitting and / or receiving device. 4 A emitted from the transmitting and / or receiving device 4 divergent beam A can be converted by lens 6 into a beam with a different divergence C.
p0014In the embodiment shown in Figure 3, the transmitting and / or receiving device 4 is used here so inclined that its emitted beam A is reflected at a reflection means 7, which is arranged approximately in the optical axis of the lamp third For this purpose, the reflection means 7 is provided with a reflection surface, which causes a change in the propagation direction and the beam shaping is used. In the illustrated embodiment, the transmitted beam A is thereby expanded by a diverging formation of the reflection means 7 in a conical beam B which is reflected on the reflector 1 to a wide parallel beam C and exits through the light glass 2nd Similarly, an entering beam C by the reflector 1 and the reflection means 7 is mapped to the optical system 5 of the transmitting and / or receiving device.
p0015The arranged in the optical axis reflection means 7 does not interfere with the emission of the lamp 3, since in most cases a direct radiation of the lamp 3, ie without previous reflection on the reflector 1, is not desirable and therefore, the lying in the optical axis area is often blocked.
p0016The illustrated embodiments show that in the area bounded by the reflector 1 and the lamp glass 2 lamp housing a space and cost-saving arrangement is possible by the inventive arrangement of the transmitting and / or receiving device 4 that enables multiple use of data contained in the illumination device parts ,
