The invention relates to a device for producing packaging of disk-shaped, cut food or the like.
It is known, sausage or other foods, such as bacon, ham, cheese or the like to cut through high-speed machines in slices. The cut material is then subsequently conveyed in stacks given weight or number of slices of a packaging machine, in which the stacks are packaged. Such packaging machine is designed for example as a vacuum packaging machine and forms a lower film and an upper film packaging. In the lower film, for example, trough-like depressions are formed and covered after filling with the product to be packaged by a top film. After the evacuation, the top film is sealed to the bottom film.
It is known to arrange the material to be cut also shingled in the manufacture of such packages. A shingled packaging has the advantage that the individual disks are visible and a more pleasing image. The shingling can take place in one direction, in particular in the conveying direction of the discs after the cutting operation. But it can be shingled in two directions, then a comparatively large-scale arrangement of the cutting material is achieved.
Both in the packaging of stacking as well as in the shingling, the problem arises that the individual slices to stick together and it is often difficult to separate the discs from each other during usage. This applies particularly when cutting material which is cut into very thin slices. A better separation of the individual slices can be achieved if between the discs of paper sheets and sheets of plastic are inserted. Besides the fact that the lodging of papers requires an extra effort, the contribution of such interleaves is often undesirable.
The object of the invention to improve a device of the type indicated above so that packages are obtained which have a very attractive external appearance and which in particular allow easy separation of the individual slices of each other.
To achieve this object, an apparatus is proposed, which is characterized by a cutting machine that continuously cuts the material to be cut into slices, which sequentially specifies the cutting machine on a conveyor, the zufördert the discs of a winding device, wherein the winding device the discs by means of a rolling or winding process converts to individual wrapping and reach the winding by the winding device at least partially juxtaposed in a package.
By wrapping the individual slices is achieved that in the finished package, each disk as itself is visible, in full size, and also that a removal of the individual roll from its packaging without touching or even without damaging the other winding possible is. This is particularly true when all the coils are arranged side by side in the package. However, an almost similar result can be achieved when the individual coils are stacked in the package partially each other, which is, however, usually prefer less well.
A winding device for the invention may for example be designed such that at least one rotatingly driven winding mandrel is provided which detects the beginning of the discs. The interaction of the winding mandrel with the disk start can be ensured, for example characterized in that a slotted mandrel is used and the disk top is inserted into the slot. In another embodiment, a holder is provided at the mandrel for fixation of the disc beginning.
It is advantageous if several pins are arranged on a rotating device. The arrangement of several spines on a rotating device allows the mandrels from a receiving position to move to a dispensing position in which the finished packages are discharged again. As a further advantage is obtained that the time available for the winding operation available, can be significantly prolonged.
The discharge of the winding from the winding device can in particular take place in that the mandrel engages a scraper that the winding formed by the mandrel is removed in an axial relative movement of the stripping device towards the mandrel. The winding passes after stripping, for example, in wells of the further conveying device, the zufördert the winding, for example, the packaging machine.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention is the winding mandrel of parallel rods which are each supported at one end of a carrier and the carrier and the rods about an axis can be rotated, at least a part of the rods from the axis at the same distance and wherein the disc-shaped foods are approximately radially pushed to the axis between two adjacent bars.
It has been found that well succeed at a winding apparatus in accordance with the invention embodiment of the winding operation. This applies to both disks smaller thickness as well as discs with a bit more strength. Specifically, there is sufficient space between two rods in order to insert the to be wound disks may even if the slices for some reason have small deformations.
The winding mandrel is preferably formed of four rods, which are arranged at the same distance to each other. Such an arrangement gives the possibility to be able to slide the discs in four different positions of the winding device, whereby the efficiency of the device is improved.
For the conveying in of the discs to the winding device is a conveying device, preferably provided an endless revolving conveyor having belts, straps or the like.
Between the output end of the conveyor and the bars of the winding apparatus in this case the slices a supporting slide is provided. It has been found that generally a small gap between the emitting end of the conveyor and the bars is inevitable, since space for the formation of the package must be left. For thin slices, there is now a risk that these adhere to the conveyor and do not enter between the rods. This prevents the above-mentioned slide.
The slideway can be formed in various ways. In particular, the slide may be arranged to be movable. In this case, it is possible to advance and retreat to design the slide in the conveying direction, so that the slideway substantially only at the moment of insertion of the plates is effective in the spaces between the rods. If the slide is retracted, the winding are formed. Also, the arrangement of a resilient slideway is possible, which is then pushed away in each case during the winding operation of the rods. The slide may, in particular rest on the bars, so that it is ensured that even thin slices reach the desired location between the rods.
The invention further proposes a holding-down device which presses the disk during the winding process against the rotating around the axis of the rods. Such a hold-down device ensures an adequate tight wrapping which maintains its shape even during the transfer into the packaging and in the package. It is clear that the cohesion of the lap is optionally also supported by the adhesion of the surfaces of the disc to each other.
In particular, the invention provides that the discs between the rods of the winding device are inserted in such a way that during the winding movement of the disk by at least two bars is driven.
After lapping the wound has to be removed from the rods. This can be done in various ways. The wrap can be rejected or withdrawn, for example, in the axial direction of the disks. It is better, however, when the rods are displaced in the direction of the winding shaft, wherein the winding in particular remain under the action of a scraper and disengaged from the winder. In this way the packages are moved very little, which is in view of the sensitive material and the low strength of advantage. Optionally, can be dispensed with a stripper, namely when the shifting movement of the rods occurs rapidly enough so that the rods can not take the winding.
It is advantageous if the winding device inserts the winding in the package is. It can be provided that for example, the package is placed directly below the winding device so that winding fall into the packaging or in the wells provided for therein. The arrangement of the transfer devices is possible and, with the invention.

The device shown in FIG. 1 consists essentially of the cutting machine 10, the conveyer 11, the winding device 1, a further conveyor 12 and the packaging machine 3. The device shown in FIG. 1 consists essentially of the cutting machine 10, the first conveyor 11, the winding device 1, a further conveyor 12 and the packaging machine. 3
The cutting machine 10 cuts of a material to be cut from 14 individual slices 15, which fall on the conveyor 11th This conveyor is in the embodiment shown as a conveyor belt dargestellt.Es but can also be another conveyor, for example, a transport plate or similar device, be provided.
Behind the winding device 1, which will be described in greater detail below, enter the locally manufactured winding 16 on the conveyor 12 which preferably has recesses 17 which are adapted to the size of each winding 16th
The conveyor 12 is also shown in the embodiment shown as a conveyor belt. Again, other funds are used, if desired.
The winding 16 in the troughs 17 are conveyed to the packaging machine 3 and there packaged in a conventional manner. The insertion of the winding 16 in the packaging machine can be automatically performed, but it is also possible to supply the winding by hand, the packaging machine.
The packaging machine 3 produces, as known per se, packaging 13, namely a shell 18 which is closed by a sealed-lid 19th The dish takes adjacent the winding 16. It is also possible to mold in the shell 18 trough-like depressions. 4
FIGS. 3, 4 and 5 illustrate a winding device 2, in which the individual windings are each wound on a winding mandrel 20. On the rotator 21 six mandrels 20 are mounted rotatably on each. The direction of rotation of the mandrels 20 is indicated by the arrow 22, the direction of rotation of the rotary means by the arrow 23. In order to achieve the rotation of the mandrels 20 about the axis 35, carrying the pins 20, for example, a gear wheel 29, which rolls on the stationary ring gear 30 , The mandrel 20 can, if desired, also be driven in the reverse direction. Each mandrel is provided with a bracket 24, as is apparent from FIG. 5. In the gap between the bracket 24 and the mandrel 20, the front end of the disk 15 is inserted, which is conveyed forward on the conveyor eleventh The mandrel 20 is also surrounded by a part-cylindrical shell 25, which facilitates the winding operation.
The orientation of the feeding-in direction of the discs 15 to the pins 20 and the alignment of the mandrels 20 to the carrier 21 may also be angled to achieve helical winding sixteenth
If the respective winding mandrel reaches a position, which is marked by the reference numeral 26, the stripping device 27 in function (cf. Fig. 4.) Occurs, which strips the molded winding from the mandrel 20, so that it in one of the wells 17 of the conveyor 12 arrives. The revolving roller 28 of the conveyor 12 is disposed coaxially with the rotator 21st
The device shown in FIG. 6 consists essentially of the conveyor 11 and the winding device 1. The conveyor 11 comprises an endless conveyor which consists of the two roller assemblies 44, 45 which serve to guide cords or ribbons. 8 It can be 44 driven via the shaft 46, for example, the rear roller assembly. The frame of the conveyor is designated by 47th In the frame 47 a number of rods 48 is further mounted, whose rear ends are connected by a cross member 49 with each other. At the Traverse sits 49 a bracket 50 which is engaged by a not shown drive. This drive can impose a movement according to the double arrow 51 the rods.
The front ends of the rods 48 together form a slide 9. When the slide is pushed 9 forward protrude the ends of the rods in the spaces between the rods 32 of the winding apparatus into it, as is apparent in particular from the illustration of Fig. 7. In this way it is prevented that the discs 15, which are conveyed forward by the belts 8 to fall into the gap 42nd reach the discs 15 in this manner secure the space between the bars 32. The conveying in of the discs 15 should be effected as far as, that the rods 32 detect during the winding operation the disc beginning safe and form the winding.
As is apparent in particular from FIG. 6, the ends 33 of the rods 32 are held by a carrier 34 which is in turn connected to the shaft 5.
To form a roll is carried out as follows. In one position of the device, as 6 and 7 can be seen for example from the FIG., A plate 15 is conveyed forward so that it reaches with its front end between the rods 32. Now, the slide 9, consisting of the front ends of the rods 48, is retracted. The shaft 5 carries out several turns, so that from the disc, a winding is formed. The hold-6, which is supported by a frame part 7 and is slightly resilient construction, presses against the outer periphery of the package and ensures that a compact winding possible is obtained.
The direction of rotation of the shaft 5 can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise while. Is the wrapping done formed, the shaft 5 is retracted to the rods 32 in the direction of arrow 36, ie, the bars 32 are removed from the inside of the reel. For this movement, it is advantageous if a scraper 27 is provided, which excludes the entrainment of the roll. It is noted that this stripper 27 is shown only in the diagram of FIG. 7 and 8. The scraper 27 can be for example a ring which is axially fixed. In cross-like design, the wiper will rotate with the rods.
Are the bars 32 withdrawn, 16 drops of the winding formed in one of the wells 41 of the tray 18th
In FIG. 8 is a modification of the invention is shown. There are the rods 48 forming the slide is replaced by a slideway 9 that are formed from a resilient rod or from a plurality of such resilient rods. These rods are supported by the Traverse 31st In the formation of the mold according to Fig. 8 it is not necessary to retract the slide. Both in one as in the other direction is the slide which is resting with their front ends on one of the rods 32, dodge.
