Back-wash filtering device for filtering high viscosity liquids

Backwashable filter device for filtering a highly viscous liquid comprising a housing (1) having an inlet (2) for the liquid to be filtered, a filter (3) and a filtrate outlet (4), characterized in thatthe filter (3), with its side facing the liquid to be filtered, bears against a separating body (5) with recesses ("reject spaces") (6),the separating body (5) has inlet channels (7) for the liquid to be filtered, the inlet channels opening into the recesses (6),the separating body (5) has a drain device (8, 8 ', 8' ') spatially separate from the feed channels (7) for the backwashed liquid,the housing has a discharge (9) for the backwashed liquid and thatthe inlet (2) and the discharge (9) are designed to be closed. The filter device according to the invention has no moving internal parts and is fully backwashable (Fig. 2).
