Bispecific and oligospecific, mono- and oligovalent receptors, production and applications thereof

Abstract

The invention relates to bispecific and oligospecific, mono- and oligovalent receptors which are genetically engineered by fusion of DNA encoding F (ab) fragments of the antibodies of two or more different specificities by means of suitable linkers. Preferably, a specificity is directed either against an epitope of a tumor-associated antigen (TAA) located on the cell membrane or in the interstitium, while the other specificities relate to high molecular weight or low molecular weight ligands and, for example, complexed with ethylenediaminetetraacetate or diethylenetriamine pentaacetate in Y90 complexed form (EDTA-Y90 or DTPA-Y90). In a particularly preferred embodiment, the binding with the complexons takes place at the Komlexon receptor arm via fos-jun interaction (or even avidin-biotin interaction).
