Process for producing a factor v concentrate
Abstract
A method for producing a coagulation factor V concentrate is described, wherein such a concentrate is prepared from blood plasma or a fraction of blood plasma containing an anticoagulant, wherein a salt of a bivalent metal is added in an amount such that the concentration of bivalent Cation is less than the concentration equivalent to the concentration of anticoagulant.
