Papilloma virus probes and in vitro methods for the diagnosis of papilloma virus infections

Abstract

L'invention concerne des papillomavirus, particulièrement des ADN-HPVs obtenus à partir de ces papillomavirus de types respectivement distincts corrélables à des affection ou des potentialités d'affections également distinctes, ou encore des sondes contenant ces ADN-HPVs ou des fragments obtenus à partir de ceux-ci. Elle concerne en outre des nécessaires ou "kits" contenant ces sondes de types distincts, ou des groupes distincts de sondes appartenant au même type, ainsi qu'un procédé de détection et d'indentifi- cation de papillomavirus dans des échantillons biologiques par hybridation avec lesdites sondes, en vue du diagnostic de la nature de l'affection dont souffre le sujet donneur de l'échantillon biologique, ou des affections auxquelles il risque d'être exposé.
