Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Flachbaugruppe, die aus einer mit integrierten Bausteinen (5) bestückten Leiterplatte (7), aus einem Steckverbinderteil (3) und aus einem, einen Druck auf eine Leiterplattenfläche ausübenden Andruckbauteil (4), beispielsweise einer Kühleinrichtung, besteht. Um zu verhindern, daß eine Durchbiegung der Leiterplatte (7) durch das Andruckbauteil (4) oder durch Steck- und Ziehvorgänge Leitungsbrüche oder ähnliches verursacht, wird ein Gegendruck auf die Leiterplatte (7) erzeugt und eine elastische Verbindung zwischen dem Steckverbinderteil (3) und der Leiterplatte (7) hergestellt. Dazu sind die Kontaktierungselemente (18) des Steckverbinderteils (3) gleichmäßig, flächig über der Leiterplatte (7) verteilt. Sie bestehen jeweils aus einem Federschaft zur Aufnahme eines Kontaktstiftes und aus einer an der Leiterplatte (7) federnd anliegenden Anschlußfahne.
