The present invention relates to a holding and adjusting device for movable
Furniture parts, in particular for a horizontally pivotable articulated on a furniture body
Furniture flap, for example for a flap of an upper cabinet, which comprises at least one actuating arm lever that can be articulated to the furniture part and is adjustable in length. Furthermore, the invention relates to a piece of furniture with a furniture carcass and a folding flap, which has a first partial flap, which is attached to a cover surface of the furniture carcass about a horizontally arranged first axis, and a second partial flap, which is pivotable with the first about a horizontally arranged second axis Partial flap is connected, has.
In addition, the present invention relates to a method for adapting a length-adjustable actuating arm lever and a further method for setting the bearing point position of an actuating arm lever articulated on a movable furniture part.
To move movable furniture parts, in particular furniture flaps of the type mentioned at the outset, so-called cover plates are used, which comprise an actuating arm lever for pivotably moving the furniture flap from a closed to an open position. The core of the lid plate is usually attached to a side wall of the furniture body, the actuating arm lever protruding from the core being articulated movably on the furniture flap or on a partial flap of the same. With different sizes of the furniture body and / or the furniture flaps, the required length of the actuating arm lever in order to move the movable furniture part from the fully closed position into the fully open position also varies. Therefore, length-adjustable actuating arm levers have already become known in order to adapt the flaps, which vary in size, to the different body sizes. In the solutions known according to the prior art, however, the adjustment process has proven to be extremely complicated and time-consuming, since the length-adjustable actuating arm lever is initially approximately adjusted in length during assembly and is successively adapted to the required length by opening and closing the furniture flap several times . This takes a lot of time and an optimal adaptation is often only achieved by trained specialist staff.
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a holding and adjusting device of the type mentioned at the outset which, in addition to the simplest operation, is also characterized by high precision with regard to an optimal length adjustment of the actuating arm lever.
This is achieved according to the invention in that the length of the actuating arm lever and / or the bearing point position of the actuating arm lever is adjustable when the furniture part is closed.
According to the present invention, the setting of the actuating arm lever can take place without tools, since an automatic adjustment, triggered by a movement of the furniture part initiated by the user - preferably during the closing movement of the furniture flap - takes place. This eliminates the need for multiple readjustments and the associated repeated opening and closing of the furniture flap. When the furniture flap is closed, the actuating arm lever is in a "memory position" in which it is pre-fixed.
It is advantageously provided that the actuating arm lever has at least two actuating arm parts which can be displaced into one another. The design can be such that at least two actuating arm parts are frictionally connected to one another for pre-fixing the set length of the actuating arm lever. Due to the frictional connection, the actuating arm lever can change its length, but when it reaches the memorized position, it retains its set
Location at.
In terms of design, it can advantageously be provided that the frictional connection is preferably formed by a spring-loaded pressure part which is pressed against the inner wall of the actuating arm lever. The spring-loaded pressure part can, for example, be made of plastic with a high coefficient of friction
AT 414 257 Β cients. As an alternative to this, basically all of the frictional locking connections known from the prior art can be used.
If the length of the actuating arm lever is set when the final closed position of the flap is reached, access to the actuating arm lever can be established by opening the flap, the length of the actuating arm lever being advantageously finally fixable by a locking device. It can be advantageous here if the locking device has a tensioning lever which enables rapid fixing.
As an alternative or in addition to the actuating arm lever described above, another development of the invention is characterized in that the bearing point position of the actuating arm lever can be fixed by a fixing device arranged on the movable furniture part, an actuating member of the fixing device being actuatable from the outside when the furniture part is closed. In this way, the storage location of the articulated actuating arm lever on the furniture flap can be varied and also pre-fixed.
The furniture according to the invention is characterized in that it has a furniture body and a folding flap, the folding flap having a first partial flap which is fastened around a horizontally arranged first axis to a cover surface of the furniture body, and at least one second partial flap which is arranged around a horizontally arranged second Axis is pivotally connected to the first partial flap, has.
The method according to the invention for adapting a length-adjustable actuating arm lever is characterized by the following steps:
The actuating arm lever is attached to the furniture body so as to be pivotable about a first adjusting axis and to the movable furniture part so that it can be pivoted about a second axis.
- The movable furniture part is brought into the closed position, the length of the actuating arm being changed.
- The movable furniture part is opened again.
- The length-adjustable actuating arm lever is finally fixed in the length set with the furniture part closed.
The method according to the invention for setting the bearing point position of an actuating arm lever linked to a movable furniture part is characterized by the following steps:
The actuating arm lever is attached to the furniture body so as to be pivotable about a first adjusting axis and to the movable furniture part so that it can be pivoted about a second axis.
- The movable furniture part is brought into the closed position, the bearing point position of the actuating arm lever on the movable furniture part being changed.
- The movable furniture part is opened again.
- The bearing point position of the actuating arm lever set when the furniture part is closed is finally fixed.

1 shows a perspective sectional illustration through a piece of furniture 1 which has side walls 2, a cabinet lid 3 and a drawer bottom 4. A movable furniture part 5 has a folding flap with two partial flaps 6, 6 ′, the first partial flap 6 being fastened around a horizontally arranged first axis 7. The second partial flap 6 ′ is connected to the first partial flap 6 so as to be pivotable about a horizontally arranged second axis 7 ′. A swivel fitting 8 with two- or three-dimensional adjustment can be provided for the mutual connection of the two partial flaps 6, 6 '. A cover plate 9 is fastened to the vertical side wall 2 and comprises a core 12 and an actuating arm lever 10 pivotably linked to it. The core 12 will not be discussed in more detail in the course of the present invention, since it is not essential to the invention. It is pointed out that this core 12 can in principle have all devices known from the prior art. The core 12 can be designed in such a way that it acts on the actuating arm lever 10 with a torque in such a way that the furniture flap 5 is held in every pivoted position relative to the furniture body. The actuating arm lever 10 is mounted in a known manner on the core 12 so as to be pivotable about a first adjusting axis and pivotably about a second axis on the furniture flap 5 - in the present case on the lower partial flap 6 '- via a fastening element 11.
Fig. 2 shows a side view of the inner surface of the side wall 2 of the furniture 1. The upper 45 partial flap 6 of the furniture flap 5 is via an adjustable hinge 13 with the underside of the
Cabinet lid 3 connected. The cover plate 9 comprises the core 12 which can be fastened to the side wall 2 and to which the length-adjustable actuating arm lever 10 is pivotably connected. With different body sizes and / or different sized partial flaps 6, 6 ', the length of the actuating arm lever 10 must be changed in order to move the furniture flap 5 with its partial flaps 6, 6' into its fully closed position so that the partial flaps 6, 6 'are flat the

10 ', which is pivotably connected to the partial flap 6' via the axis 11 'of the fastening element 11 and can be displaced relative to the actuating arm lever 10. The actuating arm lever 10 and its actuating arm part 10 ′ can preferably be displaced into one another in a telescopic manner. The actuating arm parts 10, 10 'are used to pre-fix the set length
AT 414 257 Β frictionally connected to each other and can be finally fixed in their relative position to each other by the clamping lever 14 of a locking device 15 to be described below.
Fig. 3 shows the position of the two partial flaps 6, 6 'or of the actuating arm lever 10 with its telescopic actuating arm part 10' in a further phase of the setting process. In the illustration shown, the length of the actuating arm lever 10, 10 'is too short, so that the two partial flaps 6, 6' cannot be brought into their intended closed position by resting flat against the end face of the furniture body. By pressing one hand on the area of the swivel fitting 8, the partial flaps 6, 6 'can be brought into their closed position, the length of the actuating arm lever 10, 10' being changed. This is possible through the frictional connection of the actuating arm lever 10 with its actuating arm part 10 '. Provision is preferably made for the actuating arm lever 10, 10 ′ to be in a substantially retracted position at the beginning of the adjustment process.
Fig. 4 shows a side view of the furniture 1 in the next phase of the adjustment process. The two partial flaps 6, 6 'of the furniture flap 5 have already been brought into their closed position, the actuating arm lever 10 and its actuating arm part 10' having changed in their relative position to one another, in the present case being lengthened. The two partial flaps 6, 6 'lie essentially flat on the end faces of the furniture body.
Fig. 5 shows a side view of the piece of furniture with an actuating arm lever 10, 10 'that is too long. If the actuating arm lever 10, 10 'is too short or too long in the basic position, the two partial flaps 6, 6' are not yet arranged exactly parallel to the furniture body. The inappropriate position of the two partial flaps 6, 6 'can also be due to the elastic behavior of the overall system. In order to shorten the actuating arm lever 10, 10 ', the lower partial flap 6' is moved towards the furniture body in the area of its lower edge 16 against the direction of the arrow shown, while the area of the central pivot point around the swivel fitting 8 is pulled outward with the other hand and thus something is moved away from the furniture body again. As a result, the length of the actuating arm lever 10 with its actuating arm part 10 'is reduced and the two partial flaps 6, 6' can be aligned exactly parallel to the furniture body. The length of the actuating arm lever 10 for the purpose of the intended movability of the furniture flap 5 has now assumed its required extent and is pre-fixed in its length by the frictional connection provided.
If the length of the actuating arm 10, 10 'is too short in the basic position, the furniture flap 5 would be somewhat curved in relation to the furniture body. In this case, the curved furniture flap 5 is pressed against the furniture body from the outside in the area of the swivel fitting 8, as a result of which the actuating arm lever 10, 10 'is lengthened. The two partial flaps 6, 6 'can thus be adapted to the furniture body in a parallel manner.
Fig. 6 shows the side view of the furniture 1 in a subsequent phase of the setting process. The furniture flap 5 is - as shown - brought back into an open position, whereby the rocker arm 14 - which was previously always in a relaxed position - is accessible. The toggle lever 14 is part of a locking device 15 - not shown - whereby the length-adjustable actuating arm lever 10, 10 'is finally fixed in the position which is prefixed when the furniture part is closed. The rocker arm 14 terminates essentially flush with the outer surface of the actuating arm lever 10, 10 ′, as a result of which inadvertent opening of the rocker arm 14 can be effectively prevented.
FIG. 7 shows a side view of the furniture 1 in the closed position of the two partial flaps 6, 6 ', the actuating arm lever 10 being finally fixed by the rocker arm 14 as described in FIG. 6. The adjustment process up to the final fixation consists only of a single closing and a single opening movement.

FIG. 8a shows an embodiment of a length-adjustable actuating arm lever 10, 10 ', FIGS. 8b and 8c each show the detail D1 and D2 from FIG. 8a. 8a shows the actuating arm lever with its displaceable actuating arm part 10 ', which is connected by a frictional connection 17 - as in FIG
Fig. 8b - are held against a relative displacement to each other. The friction connection 17 in the interior of the actuating arm lever 10 has a holding part 18, a spring element 19 in the form of a compression spring being received in a bore. In this case, the pressure part 20 acted upon by the spring element 19 is constantly pressed against the inside 21 of the actuating arm lever 10. The two actuating arm parts 10, 10 'can thus be displaced while overcoming the frictional forces, but these forces are sufficient for a pre-fixing of the two actuating arm parts 10, 10'. For a final fixation, a locking device 15 is provided which comprises an adjusting rod 22, at the end of which a wedge-shaped clamping part 23 is formed. If the control rod 22 - as also in Fig. 8b - moved to the left by actuating the rocker arm 14, pressure is exerted on the corresponding surface of the clamping part 24 via the wedge-shaped surface of the clamping part 23, whereby the
Clamping part 24 is pressed against the inner wall 21 of the actuating arm lever 10 and thus enables a stable fixation of the two displaceable levers 10, 10 '. FIG. 8c shows the detail D2 from FIG. 8a, this side of the actuating arm part 10 ′ being connected to the core 12 which can be fastened to the furniture body. By actuating the rocker arm 14 towards the actuating arm part 10 ', an eccentric 37 is moved in which a molded head 38 of the actuating rod 22 is supported. By moving the
Eccentric 37 is also moved the control rod 22 via the head 38 and thus the wedge-shaped clamping part 23 - as described above under FIG. 8b - moved.
9 shows an advantageous further development of the invention, the bearing point position of the actuating arm lever 10, 10 ′ being adjustable when the furniture part 5 is closed. The side view shown shows again a side wall 2 of the furniture 1 with a cabinet lid 3 and a cabinet base 4. A movable furniture part 5 in the form of two partial flaps 6, 6 'is articulated with a hinge 13 attached to the underside of the cabinet lid 3. The two partial flaps 6, 6 'are connected to one another via a horizontal axis with an adjustable two- or three-dimensional swivel fitting 8. A core 12 of a cover plate 9 is attached to the side wall 2, to which an actuating arm lever 10, 10 'is firmly connected. The actuating arm lever 10, 10 'is articulated to the lower partial flap 6', the bearing point position of the actuating arm lever 10, 10 'being fixable by a fixing device 26 arranged on the lower partial flap 6', with an actuating member 25 of the fixing device 26 when the furniture part 5 is closed from can be operated externally. This fixing device 26 provided for the bearing point position is preferably provided when the actuating arm lever 10 is not adjustable in length, but rather already has a length provided in the scope of delivery of the furniture, depending on the flap size. This adjustment of the bearing point position serves in the present case to compensate for slight dimensional and manufacturing tolerances of the furniture system.
FIG. 10 shows a side view of the piece of furniture 1 from FIG. 9 in a further step of the setting process for pre-fixing the bearing point position of the actuating arm 10, 10 '. In the illustration shown, the bearing point position of the actuating arm lever 10, 10 'is set too low in relation to the lower partial flap 6', as a result of which the two partial flaps 6, 6 'cannot rest flat against the furniture body. For this purpose, the bearing part 27 is within the fixing device 26 opposite the partial flap
6 'vertically displaceable as long as the actuating member 25 is not in a clamping connection with the fixing device 26. The actuating member 25 protrudes beyond the lower edge of the cabinet base 4, so that it can also be actuated when the furniture flap 5 is closed. Analogous to Fig. 3 If the actuating arm lever 10, 10 'is too short, the two partial flaps 6, 6' are moved in the direction of the closed position by pressing the furniture flap 5 in the area of the swivel fitting 8
Bearing part 27 slides upwards in relation to the fixing device 26 and thus to the partial flap 6 '.
