Improvements in the Patent of Invention No. 23038 by clutch mechanism for locksmith, characterized in that said stem (6b) of the radial actuator (6) has an articulated joint with the tip of a first elastic arm (13) that at its opposite end is radially embedded in a shaft (14) which is mounted with freedom of rotation and which, with a rotational offset of 90, on this shaft (14) is radially recessed one end of a second elastic arm (15) having its other end engaged with the helical screw thread of a worm (16) which is constituted as output shaft of an electric motor (17) that rotates in both directions of rotation and that is oriented transversely to said shaft (14) freely rotating.
