A spinal implant (1400) insertable in a spinal disc space, the implant comprising a body having: a leading end wall (1406) and a portion of the front end (1450); a wall of the rear end (1408) and a trailing end portion (1452); a rear wall (1402) extending between said leading end wall and said trailing end wall (1408); and an anterior wall (1404) extending between said leading end wall (1406) and said trailing end wall (1408); and characterized by said anterior wall (1404) includes a compensation portion (1434) being offset anteriorly with respect to the remaining portions of said anterior wall (1404).
